Abstract

The study aimed at discovering (i) the description of teh implementation of academic supervision of supervisor at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo in Polewali Mandar district, (ii) the factors which influence academic supervision of supervisor at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo in Polewali Mandar district. The study is aqualitative research with a case study approach. The study provided in-depth description on the implementation of academic supervision of supervisor at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo in Polewali Mandar district. Data sources were taken purposively. Data were collected through interview, obervation, and documentation then validated through triangulation and meber check. The results of the study revealed that (i) the implementation of academic supervision of supervisor at SMPN Katumbangan Lemo in Polewali Mandar district ran well by applying supervision principles: scientific principle, democratic principle, constructive and creative principles, and partnership principle; by applying supervision techniques: individual technique such as class visit, class observation, and teaching demonstration, and group techniques such as teacher meeting, group study of teachers and MGMP, and discussion as a group process which applied supervision mode: scientific model, artistic model, and clinical model; the factors which influenced academic supervision of supervisor were the internal and external factors. The internal factors were strong commitment of supervisor, academic competence of supervisor in terms of ability in guiding to arrange the syllabus, lesson plan, the selection and use of method, the use of media and learning facility, the utilization of information technology, guiding to teach in class, and guiding and evaluating the process of teaching, and highly motivation of supervisor. Whereas, the external factors of supervisor were empowerment of supervisor by the superior by giving the authority, good working environment, friendly, conducive, pleasant, working together and supported each other, and the superior policy factor towards supervisor in providing support and decision making from Kadisdikpora and the principal based on the recommendation from the supervisor in terms of the improvement of teaching quality in school.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: How is the understanding of tabe' culture among students at SMAN 4 Pinrang? How is the implementation of tabe' culture at SMAN 4 Pinrang? What is the influence of tabe' culture in shaping the character of students at SMAN 4 Pinrang? The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires or surveys, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. From the data obtained, it can be said that the understanding and implementation of tabe' culture at SMAN 4 Pinrang fall into the moderate category with a percentage of 58.33%. Meanwhile, the students' character at SMAN 4 Pinrang also falls into the moderate category with a percentage of 66.66%. Furthermore, it is found that there is an influence of tabe' culture in shaping the character of students at SMAN 4 Pinrang. This is supported by the partial testing results (t-test) which yielded a value of ????ℎi????????????g > ????????????????????????, that is, 5.218 > 1.691. The results of simple linear regression analysis indicate that if tabe' culture (X) increases by 1 point, the character of students (Y) will increase by 0.914 with a constant of 5.690. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi supervisi akademik pengawas dan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi supervisi akademik pengawas di SMP Negeri Katumbangan Lemo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian adalah studi kasus pada tingkat organisasi sekolah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan secara purposive, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang diabsahkan melalui triangulasi dan member chek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi supervisi akademik pengawas di SMP Negeri Katumbangan Lemo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar berjalan dengan baik dengan menggunakan prinsip supervisi serta prinsip kemitraan, menggunakan teknik supervisi: teknik individu dan teknik kelompok, model supervisi dan model klinis. Abstract

Penelitian Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Kepemilikan Manajerial dan KepemilikanInstitusional terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Pelaporan Keuangan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 22Perusahaan Manufaktor Sektor Makana dan Minuman dengan tiga tahun observasi, yaitutahun 2014-2016. Jumlah data yang diobservasi sebanyak 68 laporan keuangan. Teknikpengumuman data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis menggunakananalisis berganda.Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh negatiftidak signifikan terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Pelaporan Keuangan. Dan KepemilikanInstitusional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Ketepatan Waktu PelaporanKeuangan.

Abstract

Problem: This study was driven by the lack of diversity in physical education lessons in schools, thus limiting the optimal development of children's basic motor skills. Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of implementing a movement-based learning model on improving basic motor skills in children aged 4-5 years at Al-Hidayah Kindergarten, Lambopini Village, Iwoimenda District, Kolaka Regency. Methods: The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test in one group, with 15 students taken from the sample. Data collection was carried out using the Basic Motor Ability Test which includes locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative aspects, which was carried out before and after the intervention for six sessions. Result: The results in this study, referring to the paired t-test analysis, showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores with an average increase of 16.4 points and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The results indicate that a structured basic movement learning model based on active games and adapted to the child's developmental stage is effective in improving coordination, agility, muscle strength, and confidence in performing movements. Conclusion: In conclusion, basic movement learning is effective in developing basic motor skills in childhood and can be an appropriate physical education strategy for teachers in rural areas with limited resources.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) adalah program pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa yang diwajibkan di perguruan tinggi Indonesia sebagai bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah sosial dan keagamaan di Desa Talungeng, Kecamatan Barebbo, serta merumuskan solusi melalui kolaborasi mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Bone. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif, mahasiswa aktif terlibat dalam pengumpulan data dan penerapan solusi, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, kebersihan lingkungan, dan kegiatan keagamaan. Analisis SWOT mengungkap kekuatan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap KKN, namun dihadapkan dengan tantangan seperti keterbatasan tenaga pengajar dan benturan jadwal kegiatan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembersihan masjid dan lingkungan, serta peningkatan partisipasi remaja masjid dan kegiatan pendidikan, memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program KKN di wilayah lain dengan kondisi serupa, dan memperkuat kolaborasi antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat dalam pembangunan sosial serta spiritual.

Abstract

Religious education plays a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students, including in fostering legal awareness. This study aims to analyze how religious education can contribute to the development of students’ legal consciousness within the school environment. Using a qualitative-descriptive method and a literature review approach, this paper demonstrates that religious values such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and obedience to rules are highly relevant in shaping legal attitudes. Effective religious education can serve as a means of internalizing legal values from an early age, which in turn can lead to the emergence of a law-abiding and morally upright generation.

Abstract

Peringatan maulid Nabi Muhammad Saw. menjadi salah satu indikator yang sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan rasa cinta siswa kepada Rasulullah. Metode yang digunakan, dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan tiga pendekatan utama agar dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta siswa kepada Rasulullah. Hasil yang di peroleh, Tiga Pendekatan ini terbukti dapat menumbuhkan rasa cinta siswa kepada Rasulullah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keadaan yang sebenarnya tentang Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an Peserta Didik Kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, angket dan tes. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deduktif, artinya data yang diperoleh di lapangan secara umum kemudian diuraikan dalam kata-kata yang penarikan kesimpulannya bersifat khusus. Hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan bahwa: Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, yaitu sebagai Fasilitator, motivator, inspirator, mediator dan evaluator, terhadap kemampuan Baca Tulis Al- Qur’an peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil wawancara Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan membandingkan angket yang dibagikan kepada 24 peserta didik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya peserta didik mengatakan Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kemampuan baca tulis al-Qur’an peserta didik kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang sebagai Fasilitator, motivator, inspirator, mediator dan evaluator dalam proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an Peserta didik Kelas XII IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai rata-rata 80. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan melihat hasil analisis tes kemampuan membaca dan menulis al-Qur’an Peserta didik.

Abstract

Artikel ini berfokus pada peran penting dan urgensi pendidikan agama Islam yang berbasis paradigma konektivisme dalam menghadapi Era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka atau analisis konten. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa revolusi industri yang ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan otomatisasi yang pesat, memerlukan pendekatan baru dalam pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan agama Islam. Dalam paradigma konektivisme, pendidikan agama Islam harus mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Artikel ini akan membahas karakteristik dan solusi pendidikan agama Islam berbasis paradigma konektivisme dalam menghadapi Era Revolusi Industri 4.0.
