Abstract

The development of the industrial revolution 4.0 era is the cause of progress in various fields, especially the economic sector. The covid-19 pandemic that occurred 4 years ago paralyzed the sector, especially the economic sector, and led to a transformation that can be seen based on VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). This research aims to find out what strategies are carried out by home industri entrepreneurs to increase the number of sales volumes amid the onslaught of VUCA transfomation and provide suggestions or input for what solutions should be done in the home industri company Batang-batang Daya Village, Sumenep Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with primary data in the form of interviews, documentation, and observation. The technique of taking sample data is done by purposive sampling. The results of the study are the strategies used in the industri can increase business volume in the Household Industri is to use Advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, and direct marketing. The contribution of this research is that it can help the Household industri in Batang-batang Daya village, Sumenep district in providing solutions to increase sales volume in the midst of the VUCA Era. In addition, this research also contributes to providing information to academics in dealing with problems related to the economy in the VUCA Era.

Abstract

The existence of the police as the front guard in enforcing criminal law has been guaranteed by Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Police of the Republic of Indonesia which places the position of the police as a government institution which has the main task of enforcing the law, maintaining security and public order, as well as providing protection. protection and service to the community. In carrying out these main tasks, the police institution requires police functions that have their respective work areas which are interrelated and integrated. Law Number 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police, dogmatically normatively, has regulated the functions of the Indonesian police, namely precisely in Article 2 that the function of the police is to carry out one of the functions of state government in law enforcement duties in addition to protection, protection and community service. Through the function of criminal law enforcement, it is of course included in the framework for dealing with drug crimes. The reality of illegal drug trafficking and distribution on remote or coastal islands is of course a type of criminal act that must be addressed as early as possible, so that it does not have a widespread impact on public order and security. Problems of distribution and abuse of Narcotics and illegal drugs (abbreviated as Narkoba). Especially in remote and especially conflict-ridden areas, it turns out that it has entered an alarming stage that must be handled seriously, because this could cause damage to the nation's roots in those areas. This is where awareness of the illegal distribution of drugs is needed, which should be increased from an early age. In this regard, the role of the police, especially in remote areas, for example in the interior or on the borders of islands in Indonesia, requires coordination between the roles of the government, police and local communities on these islands in synergy to tackle and prevent the distribution of narcotics and drugs

Abstract

Appearance is currently in the spotlight of every individual caused by high social and economic changes. Students are one of the actors who experience this change. The hijab is a sacred thing to wear for Muslim women, but in its development the presence of the hijab has become one of the fashions used by students to keep up with the times. This has led to the emergence of the phenomenon of removing the hijab among students, so that dramaturgical theory will analyze the existence of this phenomenon. This research will use qualitative research methods with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law and to try to resolve the distribution of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law. Nowadays, the problem of inheritance between religions has become a modern problem because there is no explanation in the Al-Qur'an or Hadith regarding the distribution of inheritance to heirs of different religions. Standard jurisprudence is used as an approach to this research. The research results show that the Hadith regulates the inheritance rights of children who are not Muslim. However, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has determined that heirs who are Muslim have rights over heirs who are not Muslim. The focus of this research is the regulation of inheritance rights for children of different religions according to Islamic law and efforts to resolve the distribution of inheritance rights for children of different religions. As an analytical method, qualitative methods are used, namely "research methods that produce analytical descriptive data", namely what respondents say in real terms. written or spoken, as well as his actual behavior as a whole is examined and studied. Research also functions to describe, prove, develop and find facts.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the da'wah message broadcast by Salam TV account on Instagram media and analyze the attitude of the salafi group towards the government. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis approach using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data sources in this study are the Salam TV account manager and the content material of Salam TV's da'wah messages. The results of this study found that from the total number of posts, namely 4,477 Salam TV posts, there was no da'wah material criticizing the government and controversial da'wah messages and debates between Salafi and non-Salafi groups. The Salafi group emphasizes that jihad against the government is by delivering gentle da'wah and wise advice and praying for the government without committing acts of violence, hate speech and propaganda. This study also found that the da'wah message conveyed by Salam TV was Akidah, Sharia and Akhlak material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran brain based learning berbantuan wordwall terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental Design dengan tipe One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. Jumlah populasi terdiri 7 kelas dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X.2 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian pre test dan post test angket motivasi belajar siswa, dan dokumentasi. Sesuai analisis data yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) for windows version 22 sebagai alat bantu pengelola data yang menunjukkan bahwa uji normalitas pada hasil Kolmogrove-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa nilai (sig) > (0.05) atau (0.061) > (0.05) berdistribusi normal. Setelah dilakukan uji normalitas, selanjutnya dilakukan uji homogenitas untuk mengetahui data dari populasi homogen atau tidak, menyatakan probabilitas (0,912) > (0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa populasinya homogen diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to design a spare part integration system using a VBA Excel application as a solution to expedite the search process in a spare part warehouse in Tangerang. The main problems encountered include lengthy search times due to disorganized layouts and the absence of an adequate support system. The methods used include downtime analysis, redesign of spare part rack layouts, and development of a VBA-based search application. The results show that the proposed system significantly reduces spare part search times and improves the warehouse's operational efficiency (Integration system, spare parts, VBA Excel, efficiency.).

Abstract

The shift in consumer behavior patterns has led to changes in the packaging of traditional foods. Packaging, which was once solely a container to protect food, has now also become a means of attracting consumers. Food industry entrepreneurs play a role in this transformation, sparking a trend in the packaging of traditional foods. This change is driven by the market demand for traditional foods. Arsik, a traditional Batak dish, has also followed this trend of evolving packaging. This shift allows arsik to reach a broader market and present a more appealing appearance compared to traditional packaging. The use of aluminum foil packaging, zip sealers, and labels featuring a blend of images, gorga motifs, and colors that harmonize with the appearance of arsik gives it a modern packaging style. The modernization of arsik’s packaging is influenced by factors such as the form of its spices and environmental conditions. The impact of this packaging transformation also affects cultural, economic, and environmental aspects.

Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) dalam proyek pada masa pandemi Covid-19 merujuk pada penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di lingkungan proyek konstruksi yang diperlukan untuk menjamin keamanan dan kesehatan pekerja dan masyarakat disekitarnya. Proyek perencanaan Penambahan Gedung/Ruang Baru Puskesmas Abang II di Kabupaten Karangasem merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi yang berjalan di masa pandemi Covid-19, proyek ini memiliki resiko kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi dikarenakan proses pengerjakan pekerjaan ini dimulai dengan mebongkar bangunan lama serta membuat bangunan baru dengan struktur lantai II. Maka dari itu perlu adanya penelitian tentang penerapan SMK3 pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Proyek Penambahan Gedung/Ruang Baru Puskesmas Abang II di Kabupaten Karangasem. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian faktor – faktor yang berpengaruh dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dikelompokkan menjadi 4 faktor yaitu, faktor perencanaan, faktor pelaksanaan, faktor pengawasan, dan faktor pelatihan K3, dalam penelitian ini faktor perencanaan memiliki nilai faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3), dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,32. Tindakan dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dikelompokkan menjadi 4 tindakan yaitu, tindakan perencanaan, tindakan pelaksanaan, tindakan pengawasan, dan tindakan pelatihan K3, dalam penelitian ini tindakan pelatihan K3 memiliki nilai tindakan yang paling tepat dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3), dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,38.
