Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Conceptual Cost Estimate (CCE) dalam evaluasi kelayakan proyek, pemilihan desain yang optimal, dan pengembangan alternatif desain di Indonesia. Dalam konteks proyek pemerintah, anggaran yang berasal dari pemerintah pusat dan daerah harus mematuhi regulasi yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Pekerjaan Umum, khususnya melalui Peraturan Menteri PUPR No. 22 Tahun 2018, yang merupakan revisi dari peraturan sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung CCE meliputi pendekatan berbasis data, dengan mempertimbangkan estimasi biaya elemental serta parameter lain yang sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Keputusan Menteri Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah No. 332/KPTS/M/2002. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mcetode studi kasus untuk mengevaluasi penerapan model CCE sesuai dengan pedoman yang diatur dalam Permen PUPR No. 22 Tahun 2018. Lokasi penelitian terfokus pada proyek konstruksi bangunan di Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur, yang telah atau akan menggunakan panduan estimasi biaya tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai biaya standar mencapai Rp 16.117.306.800, biaya non-standar sebesar Rp 12.336.488.328, nilai retribusi bangunan sebesar Rp 1.442.474.800, biaya pemeliharaan bangunan sebesar Rp 221.919.200, dan nilai saat ini (Present Value) sebesar Rp 4.837.838.560.

Abstract

Abstract: So far, social studies learning has tended to be rote, and teachers present facts from the past, without the help of adequate media. In the era of digital technology, there are actually many applications that teachers can use to convey material in class to make learning social studies/science more interesting. The aim of the research is to determine the potential of the Old Banten Historical Site as a social studies learning resource based on the Powtoon application for elementary school students at SD Labschool UPI Serang Campus, Serang City, Banten. Powtoon is a simple to use web-based application that can be used to create animated videos attractively and quickly. The research was carried out using the R & D method from February 2024 to September 2024. Bearing in mind the importance of digital literacy skills for a teacher to be creative in teaching in the classroom. Animated Video Based on the Powtoon Application on the theme of Indonesia's rich culture in the fourth grade of elementary school, such as the uniqueness and customs of the people around me, the richness of Indonesian culture, as well as the benefits of diversity and preserving cultural diversity. In addition, the use of technology in learning media can stimulate students' interest and motivation to learn about social studies. One of them is the Indonesian Cultural Diversity animation video about the customs of the people around me and the richness of Indonesian culture, which can strengthen students as a way to strengthen the student profile of Pancasila, especially the Global Diversity component. The research method uses the Hannafin & Peck R & D Model which consists of three phases, namely Needs analysis, design, development and Implementation, all three of which involve evaluation and revision stages. Various historical relics were made into learning videos using the Powtoon application and used in the learning process at the Labschool UPI Elementary School, Campus Serang, as an effort to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, especially in the aspect of global diversity.

Abstract

This article discusses the theory of relationship-based Christian religious education: building a community of mutual love in the school environment. This research uses literature research or library study methods. With this method the author can analyze literature sources that are relevant and related to the objectives of this research and express them in a research result. Christian religious education is a conscious effort that is planned to instill the basic teachings of Jesus Christ and the development of faith by creating learning situations and learning systems so that students are able to develop potential or spiritual, noble morals, skills needed by students and the surrounding community. Relationship-based Christian religious education aims to build a community of mutual love in schools through positive relationships between teachers and students and between students. This approach emphasizes the application of Christian values ​​such as love, forgiveness, and respect. This research examines how Christian religious education can create an inclusive environment that supports student character development. The research method used is literature study, with data sources from books, scientific journals and relevant articles. Relationship-based Christian religious education is effective in creating a community that is full of love, respects differences, and supports each other, as well as encouraging students' spiritual and social development in an inclusive and tolerant environment. Implementing these values ​​in schools can strengthen relationships between students, foster a sense of togetherness, and create space for each individual to develop. Teachers should also be role models in implementing the values ​​of love, forgiveness and mutual respect, as well as creating an environment that is inclusive and supportive of every individual regardless of their background. This concept contributes to the formation of better student character.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of financial distress in four palm oil plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2022-2023 period, using the Altman Z-Score method. The basis for selecting companies as sampling is the criteria for companies whose share price trends are below IDR 500 per share. In addition, this research evaluates the relationship between stock price trends and company financial conditions as a reflection of market sentiment on business performance. The results of the analysis show that two companies are in the financial distress zone, one company is in extreme conditions with a high risk of bankruptcy, and one company is in the safe zone with stable financial performance. It was found that companies with low Z-Score values ​​tend to have stagnant or declining share prices, while companies in the safe zone show more stable share prices. This research provides insight for management, investors and policy makers to understand the relationship between financial risks and market trends, as well as design mitigation strategies to maintain business sustainability in the palm oil plantation sector

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of Jewish customs in the context of multicultural education and explore its integration in pluralism learning. Using a qualitative approach, this research examines how understanding Jewish customs can enrich the educational curriculum and build attitudes of tolerance among students. The research results show that the integration of material about Jews, through a thematic approach, allows students to link the values ​​taught with contemporary social issues, so that learning becomes more relevant and meaningful. This research also emphasizes the importance of the teacher's role as a facilitator in creating an inclusive learning environment. Thus, it is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of a more inclusive and relevant curriculum, as well as forming a generation that respects diversity and is able to contribute positively to a plural society.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the professionalism of Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in implementing the curriculum. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research found that Christian religious education is an education that focuses on the Lord Jesus Christ who uses the pulpit as a communication tool to introduce people to Christ with the help of the Holy Spirit. Christian religious education is a medium for bringing believers together with Jesus Christ so that they can truly know Jesus Christ personally. The professionalism of Christian Religious Education teachers greatly influences the success of curriculum implementation. The main influencing factors include pedagogical competence, mastery of material, and the ability to adapt learning to student needs. Apart from that, managerial support, facilities and competency development policies are also important. In conclusion, a deep understanding of the curriculum, appropriate learning design, and the use of relevant methods and technology are very necessary for effective implementation.

Abstract

Transportation is a necessity in the current era, one of the transportation services that is currently experiencing rapid development, namely becoming an online motorcycle taxi driver, including the drivers at the BTC Mall Bekasi online motorcycle taxi base. Competence and experience in a job are indispensable in the case of online motorcycle taxi drivers, namely how drivers master, understand, are intelligent and educated in terms of using applications as a means of supporting income. This study examines the effect of Utilization of Infrastructure on Family Welfare, the effect of Income on Family Welfare and the study of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. Using a quantitative description method to explain the relationship and influence of two independent variables on the dependent variable. The research instrument with a questionnaire on a linked scale was given to 32 online motorcycle taxi drivers as respondents. The results of research on the use of online motorcycle taxi infrastructure and income on family welfare, the data are declared valid and reliable and partially infrastructure affects family welfare but has a low relationship and is declared not to contribute directly, but income has a relationship and has a significant effect on family welfare with a moderate correlation, and tested simultaneously on 3 variables showing that the two independent variables have a positive effect and have a significant relationship between the variables of infrastructure and income together with family welfare.

Abstract

Agregat adalah bahan penting yang digunakan untuk kontruksi jalan. Sungai Limbong Lando memiliki cadangan material agregat yang sangat besar yang berlokasi di Enrekang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik agregat dan kelayakan agregat pada campuran aspal beton AC-WC berdasarkan spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental yang dilakukan di laboratorium mulai dari bulan Hasil pengujian campuran aspal beton AC-WC diperoleh nilai stabilitas maksimum yaitu pada kadar aspal 5 % sebesar 1514,74 kg dan minimum yaitu pada kadar aspal 6.5% sebesar 1253,43 kg. Nilai VMA maksimum pada kadar aspal 6.5 % sebesar 16.26 %, dan minimum pada kadar aspal 4.5 % sebesar 14.53 %. Nilai VIM maksimum pada kadar aspal 4.5 % sebesar 5.30 %, dan minimum pada kadar aspal 6 % sebesar 4.21 %. Nilai VFB maksimum pada kadar aspal 6.5 % sebesar 75.98 %, dan minimum pada kadar aspal 4.5 % sebesar 65.79 %. Nilai flow maksimum yaitu pada kadar aspal 6.5 % sebesar 3.88 mm, dan dan minimum yaitu pada kadar aspal 5.5 % sebesar 3.57 mm. Nilai MQ maksimum yaitu pada kadar aspal aspal 5 % sebesar 401.20 mm/kg, dan minimum yaitu pada kadar aspal 6 % sebesar 323,86 mm/kg.

Abstract

Interpersonal relationships are crucial for university students navigating the transition to adulthood, particularly in dormitory settings that blend shared spaces with individual privacy. This study investigates the self-disclosure process among students living in dormitories with separate rooms, utilizing the Social Penetration Theory framework. Adopting a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 10 informants. The results reveal a gradual progression of interpersonal relationships through four stages: orientation, exploratory affective exchange, full affective exchange, and stability. Each stage is influenced by the dynamics of dormitory life, where shared areas like kitchens and living rooms encourage interaction, while private rooms maintain personal boundaries. The findings align with Social Penetration Theory, demonstrating that self-disclosure evolves from surface-level conversations to deeper emotional exchanges as trust develops. Trust, shared experiences, and consistent interaction are identified as critical factors in fostering closer relationships. These insights emphasize the importance of communal environments in supporting interpersonal growth. The study concludes that while individual privacy is valued, shared spaces play a pivotal role in promoting social bonding among students. Recommendations include designing dormitory layouts to facilitate interaction and implementing university programs to foster a sense of community, especially for students living away from their families. This research contributes to understanding how self -disclosure unfolds within a collective culture and provides practical strategies to enhance student well- being and connection.

Abstract

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) are an effective strategy that can be carried out by companies including banks to increase capital, expand business and create financial stability. This research evaluates the financial performance of banks that did mergers and acquisitions. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review to obtain results by collecting various research journals related to M&A using a published search system that focuses on Google Scholar, Crossref, Semantic and Science Direct as sources of journals. The results of this research show that the impact of M&A on financial performance in the banking sector is variative. The result of this study is M&A has significant impact to financial performance commercial banks but not significant for public banks. M&A can have a significant impact if done voluntarily. On the other hand, M&A can also have an insignificant impact if the M&A is carried out with aim only for saving the company target and not focused on increasing the company's value.
