Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality on patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. The research employs a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, which is service quality, and the dependent variable, which is patient satisfaction. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the research instruments. The validity test results indicated that all questionnaire items were valid, with calculated r-values greater than the r-table values, while the reliability test showed that the instrument was reliable, with a Cronbach's Alpha value greater than 0.6. The regression analysis demonstrated a significant positive relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.362 and an R² value of 0.131, meaning that 13.1% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The F-test results indicated that the regression model is significant, with an F-value of 14.774 and a p-value of 0.000, suggesting that service quality significantly influences patient satisfaction. From this analysis, it can be concluded that an improvement in service quality will significantly enhance patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. This research implies that policies considering service quality factors can effectively increase patient satisfaction, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the hospital.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. The results indicate that the Brand Image (X1) and Product Quality (X2) variables have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions (Y) at PT. Tempo Scan Pacific, Tbk. The validity analysis shows that all variables have a correlation above the r-Table (0.273), with Cronbach's Alpha values greater than 0.70, indicating the reliability of the research instruments. Tests of normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation assumptions were also met. However, the multiple linear regression test shows that the coefficient of determination (R²) is only 0.035, indicating a very small contribution from Brand Image and Product Quality to Purchase Decisions. Both variables have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions, both partially and simultaneously, as supported by the results of the T-test and F-test. Therefore, although these variables have a positive influence, their impact is not strong enough to significantly affect purchase decisions.action, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the hospital.

Abstract

Industry 4.0 is an emerging phenomenon that changes the industrial paradigm by combining digital and physical technology to create a production system that is more efficient, flexible and connected. The increasingly effective use of the internet for long distance communication has resulted in the disappearance of time and space boundaries in living life. In the industrial sector, this is exploited by the emergence of a remote work system that relies on the internet to support its work, namely a remote working system. With this remote working system, there are benefits felt by both the company and the workers. Even though it offers flexibility and efficiency, remote working also presents various challenges that need to be overcome, especially related to legal and employment aspects. Especially in terms of fulfilling the rights of remote working workers themselves. Therefore, in this context, the relevance of the Employment Law becomes increasingly important. Considering that there is still legal uncertainty and a legal vacuum regarding the provisions relating to the remote working system itself.

Abstract

Technological advances in the world of work have led to various kinds of renewal systems, one of which is the Remote Working system that does work remotely. With the existence of this system brings enormous changes, of course, in the dynamics of the system by Remote Working companies. In this study there are two problem formulations, namely the implications of the development of digital technology on the working relationship between Remote Working workers and companies in Indonesia, the dynamics of legal protection of Remote Working workers through digital implications and arrangements in Indonesia. With normative juridical research methods that examine using library materials or secondary data. In essence, this study aims to explain the dynamics of technological developments that trigger positive and negative impacts on the relationship between companies and remote working workers. Then legal protection for Remote Working workers can be seen from the Manpower Law, Ciptaker Law, and PDP Law.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at how the Manado Branch Office of PT TASPEN (Persero) measures up in terms of both responsiveness (X2) and reliability (X1) in relation to customer satisfaction (Y). Using the Slovin formula, a total of 85 respondents were selected for the research sample. We used a questionnaire to gather data, and then we ran the numbers through SPSS's Multiple Linear Regression analysis with a Simultaneous Test (F Test) and a Partial Test (t Test). The study's findings indicate that both responsiveness and reliability, which are independent factors, significantly and positively affect customer satisfaction, the dependent variable. Moreover, Y (Customer Satisfaction) is positively and significantly impacted by the two independent factors. Finally, the Manado Branch Office of PT TASPEN (Persero) affects customer satisfaction through responsiveness and reliability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, and leverage on earnings management with company size as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2022. The research method used is a quantitative method employing multiple linear analysis and MRA, with data processed using SPSS version 25. The population of this study consists of 140 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2022, and a sample of 53 companies with a total of 318 company data points was obtained. The sample was selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The results of the study indicate that profitability, managerial ownership, and leverage significantly affect earnings management. Company size does not moderate the effect of profitability, managerial ownership, and leverage on earnings management

Abstract

In the world of digital-based education, perspectives regarding human resource management (HR) have also changed. This article discusses how digital transformation affects HR, especially school principals, by focusing on how technology is used in assisting, digital skills development, and paradigm shifts. School principals and teachers now need to focus on their digital skills, in this pre-digital era, administration received a lot of attention. It is important to have digital skills because schools require all school principals and educators as well as all school staff to be able to use information technology in accordance with the needs of the world of education in this digital era. Abstract

This article is the result of research on the analysis of the application of accounting applied to smp amkur begkayang , the purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the accounting application carried out by smp amkur Eni Veronika with generally accepted accounting principles. This research uses descriptive analysis method, which is to carefully explain certain phenomena and test hypotheses with theory. As for the results of this study, the author suggests that sekolah in the recording process do not calculate depreciation for fixed assets, madrasas only prepare balance and profit and loss reports, and do not compile cash flow reports and notes on financial statements. Thus, based on the description of the discussion and research results, it can be argued that the application of accounting at smp amkur amal dan kurban Eni Veronka is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Abstract

With the contract agreement, it is expected that each individual will keep their promises and carry them out. The concept and meaning of justice as the purpose of making an agreement used in this paper is to emphasize the role of aspects of contract justice values ​​and the elements contained in the law of agreements. This provision gives the parties the freedom to make agreements as long as they do not conflict with the law, public order and morality. Thus, the parties are given the opportunity to make clauses that vary from the provisions of Book III of the Civil Code. Provisions that can be set aside are optional or optional, while provisions that are mandatory such as the requirements for the validity of the agreement are provisions that cannot be set aside by the parties. Thus, from the review, the parties who wish to bind themselves into a legal relationship in a contract certainly need to have a good understanding of all aspects of the implementation of contracts in business activities so that in the future it does not cause undesirable consequences. An agreement is a legal document that regulates the rights and obligations of the parties who make it. If there is a dispute regarding the implementation of the agreement between the parties, the document will be referred to for resolution of the dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved easily through negotiations between the parties themselves because it takes a lot of time and energy, they will resolve it through a litigation process in court, where the contents of the agreement will be used as the basis for the judge to resolve the dispute.

Abstract

Wanita karir merupakan seorang wanita yang telah melakukan satu atau lebih pekerjaan cukup lama, menyukai, dan melakukan pekerjaan yang sama terus menerus. Sebagai seorang wanita karir tentunya memiliki kemampuan, bakat dan keahlian. Berbagi peran tentu tidak mudah oleh sebab itulah beberapa perempuan merasa cemas pada pernikahan. Kecemasan merupakan salah satu bentuk emosi individu yang berkaitan dengan adanya rasa terancam oleh sesuatu. Memiliki rasa cemas dan takut yang berlebihan terhadap pernikahan termasuk kedalam phobia yang sering disebut Gamophobia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kecemasan wanita karir terhadap ikatan pernikahan (adaptasi kasus gamophobia). Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 (dua) subjek wanita karir, berusia 30 tahun lebih dan berstatus belum menikah. Metode pengumpulan data ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara. Observasi dilakukan dengan teknik observasi non partisipan. Teknik wawancara yang dilakukan adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur dengan menggunakan guide wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing subjek memiliki kecemasan. Pada subjek I terindikasi mengarah pada gamophobia dan pada subjek II tidak ada gejala yang menunjukkan bahwa subjek mengalami gamophobia.
