Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers play a crucial and crucial role in the development of children's golden years. However, this profession is also highly susceptible to work stress due to several factors, including the administrative burden of schools, high demands for emotional regulation, and the diverse management of children's behavior in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the factors that trigger stress in PAUD teachers and the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress management strategies and collaborative methods (co-teaching). Using a systematic literature review of reputable national journals (2020–2026), the analysis shows that poorly managed stress negatively impacts the quality of classroom management and educational interactions. Conversely, the application of emotional coping through regular mindfulness training and institutional approaches such as co-teaching has been shown to significantly reduce burnout levels and improve mental well-being for teachers on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of an easy, fun, and enjoyable method in improving students' speed and accuracy of two-digit multiplication. The main problem of this research is the low arithmetic performance and high mathematical anxiety of students due to the dominance of conventional learning. The research approach used is an experiment with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model. The research sample consisted of 60 fourth-grade students. Data collection used a dual metric computational performance test instrument to measure speed (duration in seconds) and accuracy (score 0–100). Data were analyzed inferentially using the Paired Sample t-Test. The results showed a very significant increase in multivariate cognitive performance. The average student work duration was drastically reduced from 724 seconds in the pre-test to 185 seconds in the post-test (time efficiency of 74.4%). In contrast, the average accuracy score jumped sharply from 42.50 to 88.33 (an increase of 107.8%). The results of the hypothesis test reject H_0 and accept H_a with a p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). The conclusion of the study proves that the Concrete-Abstract-Concealing hierarchical stages in the GASING Method are effective in reducing the cognitive load of working memory, eroding mathematical anxiety, and accelerating students' mental arithmetic automation.

Abstract

Educational service marketing has become a strategic aspect in enhancing the competitiveness of educational institutions, particularly within the context of transformative Islamic education, which emphasizes the integration of Islamic values and social transformation. However, marketing practices that are not quality-based often result in low levels of public trust in educational institutions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze quality-based educational service marketing as an effort to increase public trust in transformative Islamic educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected through documentation from various relevant scientific sources, including accredited journals, books, and other supporting documents. The data analysis technique utilizes content analysis through stages of unitization, coding, categorization, and interpretation to produce a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. The results indicate that quality-based educational service marketing plays a significant role in building public trust through four main dimensions, namely input quality, process quality, output quality, and service quality. Public trust is formed through the consistency of service quality, transparency of information, institutional reputation, and user experience. In the context of transformative Islamic education, quality-based marketing is further strengthened by Islamic values, which serve as the main differentiating factor of educational institutions. In conclusion, quality-based educational service marketing is an effective and sustainable strategy for enhancing public trust. The integration of educational quality and value-based marketing strategies is key to building the competitive advantage of transformative Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

One of the regional languages that is part of Indonesia's linguistic wealth is the Kaili language spoken by the people in Central Sulawesi. This study aims to describe the use of nominal, verbal, adjectival, and adverbial affixes in the syntactic constructions of the Rai Dialect of the Kaili Language. The study is motivated by the importance of understanding the relationship between affixation processes and the syntactic functions of words in sentence formation. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a syntactic approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of native speakers’ utterances. The findings indicate that nominal, verbal, adjectival, and adverbial affixes play significant roles in determining syntactic functions such as subjects, predicates, objects, complements, and adverbials. Affixation not only influences word categories but also contributes to the relationships among sentence constituents. The results of this study are expected to enrich syntactic studies of regional languages, particularly the Rai Dialect of Kaili, and support efforts to document and preserve local languages in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines historically the practice of tolerance and interreligious dialogue in Islamic civilization, starting from the period of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in Medina, the era of the Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphate, to the plurality of al-Andalus (Islamic Spain). Using a historical-critical approach and analysis of primary and secondary sources, this study argues that tolerance in Islam is not just a pragmatic concession but has strong theological roots in the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The findings show that Muslim societies have historically succeeded in building a social ecosystem that allows for productive coexistence between Muslims, Christians, Jews, and adherents of other religions, which is manifested through legal mechanisms (dzimmi systems, interreligious agreements), intellectual (translation movements, philosophical debates), and culture (mutual influence in art, architecture, and science). This article also discusses the relevance of this historical heritage to contemporary interreligious dialogue discourse in the midst of the challenges of global radicalism and Islamophobia.
