Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X students at ATPH SMKN 1 Adonara by utilizing infocus media in learning Catholic Religious Education. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, which is a research approach carried out by teachers with the aim of improving the quality of learning and increasing student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMKN 1 Adonara, Kolilanang Village, Adonara District, East Flores Regency, NTT, in September 2024. The research subjects were 9 students of class X ATPH and a teacher as researcher. To collect data, several techniques were used, namely observation, tests and interviews. The research results showed that in Cycle I, teacher activities received an average score of 3.4 (good category), while student activities received an average score of 13.33 (fairly good category). In Cycle II, the average teacher activity score increased to 4.00 (very good category), followed by student activity with the same average score, namely 4.00 (very good category). Student learning outcomes in Cycle I reached an average score of 76.11, with 5 students completing and 4 students not completing. In Cycle II, the average student score increased to 83.88, with all students (100%) achieving completeness. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of infocus learning media has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes in class X ATPH at SMKN 1 Adonara.

Abstract

Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers at RA Al Mizan Babakan, Garut Regency, researchers saw that conditions were not in harmony and there were still children who did not have the same work attitude. Use of the project method. The subjects of this research were 14 students from RA Al Mizan Babakan, Garut Regency. The results of the calculation of Variable Meanwhile, for variable Y, Early Childhood Cooperation Attitudes, an average value of 70 was obtained. This figure is in the interval 70-79 in the good category. In this study, there was a relationship value of 0.64, this figure was in the interval 0.600 – 0.799 in the strong category. This is also shown by the results of hypothesis testing which obtained ????ℎ???????????????????? namely 2.91 and ???????????????????????? with db = 7 at the 5% significance level of 1.78229. Therefore, it can be concluded Thar ????ℎ???????????????????? > ???????????????????????? then it can be interpreted that ????0 is rejected and ???????? is accepted. significance of the cooperative attitude of early childhood in RA Al Mizan, Garut Regency. The results of the significance test showed that children's activities in applying the project method to the cooperative attitude of early childhood contributed 40.96% to the cooperative attitude of early childhood. This means that there are 59.04 more cooperative attitudes of early childhood children at RA Al Mizan Garut

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations in group B RA Al- Wafi Bumi Panyileukan Bandung, namely the existence of an interesting phenomenon from the activity of playing jumping rope how enthusiastic children are and also enthusiasm but on the other hand children are also not able to play well. So that there is a gap between the high activity of playing jumping rope and the low gross motor skills of some children. This study uses a quantitative approach and correlation method. The subjects in the implementation of this study were group B children of RA Al-Wafi Bumi Panyileukan Bandung, totaling 15 children. Academic Year 2019/2020. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and documentation. The results of data analysis on the variable Jumping play activity (Variable X) obtained an average value of 0.28 The value is in the interval 0-49 with a sufficient category. While the data analysis on the gross motor ability variable (Variable Y) obtained an average value of 0.75. This value is in the 70-79 interval with a good category. The results of the significance test obtained the price ????ℎ???????????????????? = 1.26> ???????????????????????? = 1771 That is, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected in other words, there is a positive and significant relationship between jumping rope play activities and children's emotional intelligence in group B RA Al-Wafi Bumi Panyileukan Bandung. The coefficient of determination or the level of influence is 44% Thus, 57% of children's emotional intelligence in group B1 RA Al-Wafi Bumi Panyileukan Bandung, is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of reading interest and communication skills among students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah at IAIN Sorong. The purpose of this research is to 1) determine the reading interest of students, 2) determine the communication skills of students, and 3) determine the relationship between reading interest and communication skills of students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Sorong. This research uses a correlational quantitative method. The population used was 279, and by using Stratified Random Sampling, a sample of 164 was taken. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, for validity testing using Product Moment, while reliability testing used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and parametric statistical techniques. The results of the descriptive analysis show that students' reading interest falls into the low category at 59.76%, and students' communication skills also fall into the low category at 53.66%. The results of the statistical analysis using the product moment correlation technique obtained values of 0.305 and 0.152, at a significance level of 5% (>), thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between reading interest and communication skills among students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah at IAIN Sorong, meaning that if students have a good reading interest, it is likely that they will also have good communication skills. The implications of this research indicate that the Faculty of Tarbiyah at IAIN Sorong needs to enhance students' reading interest, as reading interest is closely related to students' communication skills.

Abstract

The demonstration method can be applied to facilitate someone in the process of writing, especially writing procedure texts. This method is aimed at students who are still below their ability to produce procedure texts. Lack of student expertise in making procedure texts is motivated by less planned learning made by educators Writing skills are activities to express ideas and ideas in the form of writing. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of demonstration methods on writing skills in grade 2 students at SD Inpres 24 Sorong Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The population in this study was grade 2 students at SD Inpres 24 Sorong Regency totaling 39 students. A sample of 39 students was taken using the total sampling method. Analysis used using the t-Test. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji paired sample test, diperoleh hasil untuk bentuk huruf , huruf sambung, tanda baca, kerapian dan ketepatan diperoleh p value = 0,000 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif metode demonstrasi terhadap ketrampilan menulis pada siswa kelas 2 SD Inpres 24 Kabupaten Sorong.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the ability to understand concepts and solve mathematical problems in multiplication material for class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik. This research also aims to determine the effect of the ability to understand concepts on the ability to solve mathematical problems in multiplication material for class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik. The method used in this research is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. This ex-post facto research examines cause-and-effect relationships that are not manipulated or treated (designed and implemented) by researchers. This research was conducted at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik from November to December 2023 with research subjects being class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik with a total of 32 students. The results of the research carried out were the concept understanding ability of class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik with a percentage of 85.47% in the good category. The problem solving ability of class IV students at UPT SD Negeri 19 Gresik with a percentage of 56.47% in the poor category. The results of simple linear regression analysis of the influence of concept understanding ability on problem solving ability was 25.7%.

Abstract

This study develops an E-Encyclopedia for the sub-topic "How Breathing Helps Me Perform Daily Activities" within the IPAS subject to enhance interactive learning. Using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the research was conducted at SD Negeri Citeureup 03, Bogor, involving three experts as validators and 34 fifth-grade students. Data collection included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results showed significant improvement in students' understanding, with an N-Gain score of 67% and increased pretest (76) and posttest (93) scores. Expert validation confirmed the media's high feasibility, receiving positive feedback from teachers and students. The E-Encyclopedia effectively enhances the quality of science education by making learning more interactive and engaging.

Abstract

This study analyzes teachers' ability to integrate Indonesian teaching materials with the learning needs of fifth-grade students at MI Quba Kota Sorong. The research utilized a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, conducted from April 22 to July 15, 2024, using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were validated using source triangulation and coding techniques, while data analysis was performed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The results reveal several challenges teachers face in integrating Indonesian teaching materials with students' learning needs, including frequent curriculum changes that reduce teachers' focus on teaching, limited instructional time, ineffective learning strategies, a lack of reading materials for students, and the need for intensive and continuous teacher training. These factors hinder the integration process. Proposed solutions include conducting regular curriculum evaluations to achieve effective teaching with a focus on core materials. The use of read-aloud techniques can help with time management and maintaining student focus. Additionally, findings show that students prefer learning activities that involve games, songs, and pictures, which could serve as a foundation for Indonesian language teaching strategies at MI Quba Kota Sorong. This study recommends providing additional reading facilities and recruiting more teachers to ensure that each subject is taught by a dedicated teacher. The use of the SMART Goals method can help set specific and achievable learning objectives. These findings provide an overview for other SD/MI institutions to streamline their curriculum so that teaching materials better meet students' learning needs.

Abstract

SMPIT Al-Khair Barabai is one of the schools in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency that passed the Third Generation of the School Mover Program, where the school is guided directly by the school mover facilitator for the implementation of the Independent Curriculum including the implementation of differentiated learning. Therefore, the researcher wants to describe the implementation of differentiated learning, especially in the PAIBP subject in class VIII-D, starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation processes. This type of research is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is carried out descriptively qualitatively, then described based on the problems that occur in the field. The data sources for this study are PAIBP teachers for class VIII-D, the Deputy Principal for curriculum and several students in class VIII-D. The data analysis techniques used are condentation (summary), data display and conclusion drawing. The data validity test used is editing and triangulation techniques. The results of this study are that teachers use the results of the initial assessment conducted by the BK teacher first, then conduct a curriculum analysis (analysis of basic competencies and learning objectives) then the results of both are used as the basis for compiling differentiated teaching modules/RPP and as a basis for selecting the differentiation strategy used. In learning activities, students are divided into three groups based on learning styles, namely: visual groups, auditory groups and kinesthetic groups, each group is given different learning media and tasks, in the closing activity the teacher provides reinforcement so that students do not misunderstand the concept, reflection and drawing conclusions together. At the evaluation stage, the teacher conducts formative assessments in the form of daily assessments and summative assessments in the form of Mid-Semester Assessments and Final Semester Assessments.

Abstract

This study began with the lack of social care character in students. Therefore, the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering social care character in students is highly expected. Based on this statement, the focus of research in this study can be on the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering social care character in SDS Swadaya Andika, Sungai Durian District, Kotabaru Regency and the factors that influence it. The subjects in this study were 2 Islamic Religious Education teachers of SDS Swadaya Andika. While the object in this study is the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering social care character in SDS Swadaya Andika, Sungai Durian District, Kotabaru Regency and the factors that influence it. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and provided conclusions using general methods based on data in the field. The results of this study indicate that 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering socially caring characters at SDS Swadaya Andika, namely Islamic Religious Education teachers play an important role in shaping students' socially caring characters through examples and interactive methods such as storytelling, discussions, and direct practice activities. This coaching is effective in increasing students' empathy and concern for their peers, as seen from their more open and respectful attitudes. Values ​​such as compassion, justice, and mutual cooperation are integrated into lessons, with the support of a harmonious school environment. Special programs such as “Sharing on Fridays” and collaboration with parents and the school strengthen these coaching efforts, so that they run consistently at school and at home. 2) Influencing factors, such as the educational background and teaching experience of Islamic Religious Education teachers play a major role in fostering socially caring characters at SDS Swadaya Andika. School policies that support social activities provide clear direction in teaching. Support from the school and fellow teachers creates effective collaboration, while family factors, such as parental communication and moral education, help strengthen the development of students' social character. In addition, facilities and infrastructure that support joint activities also facilitate the implementation of social values ​​in daily activities at school.
