Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of Interactive Student Worksheets using the wizer.me platform on Social Interaction material. The data collection in this study resulted in 43rd students being the sample in the study. They were given learning by using the Interactive Student Worksheet with the wizer.me application and at the end of the lesson they were given a test. In addition, to students who completed this material was 33 of the 43 students who were used as respondents. As well as the effec- tiveness of using the Interactive Student worksheets with the wizer.me application, it has a completeness percentage of 76.74% so that completeness is in good criteria..

Abstract

Social sciences at the school level is basically aimed to prepare students as citizens who master knowledge, skills, attitudes and values , that can be used as an ability to make decisions and participate in various community activities in order to become good citizens. To achieve these objectives, this paper discusses the development of teaching social studies in elementary education, which consists of: 1) recognize the concepts associated with society and the environment, 2) have the basic ability to think logically and critically, curiosity, inquiry, problem solving, and social skills in life, and 3) a commitment and awareness of social values and humanity, 4) have the ability to communicate, cooperate and competation in a pluralistic society, locally, nationally and globally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan keterampilan praktik peserta didik Tata Kecantikan di SMK Perintis 29 Ungaran. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL dan Teaching Factory mampu mengoptimalkan hard skills peserta didik, sementara media digital seperti video dan e-modul membantu meningkatkan kemandirian belajar. Originalitas riset ini terletak pada analisis penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka secara spesifik di bidang Tata Kecantikan dengan keterbaharuan pada integrasi PjBL, Teaching Factory, dan media digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka efektif mendukung peningkatan kompetensi kerja peserta didik meskipun terdapat keterbatasan sarana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam proses internalisasi nilai tradisi lokal melalui penggunaan media game interaktif Wordwall pada mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas 4 sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana teknologi digital dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan efektif untuk menanamkan nilai kearifan lokal di tengah tantangan globalisasi. Hasil kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa media Wordwall tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan aktif siswa, tetapi juga memungkinkan siswa menghayati nilai-nilai karakter seperti gotong royong, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab melalui pengalaman belajar yang bermakna (experiential learning) dalam aktivitas permainan. Selain sebagai sarana penyampaian materi yang kontekstual, media berbasis web ini juga berperan sebagai alat asesmen digital yang praktis dan efisien untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan perlunya penelitian lapangan lebih lanjut untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan media ini secara empiris di lingkungan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem caused by a lack of nutrition in the long term, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting is also one of the causes of stunted children's height, so that it is lower than children of their age. Indonesia is a country with a high stunting rate, according to WHO data, Indonesia's prevalence of stunting ranks third in the Southeast Asian region. The phenomenon of stunting has a considerable influence on the quality of human resources in Indonesia in the future. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method which can be useful for developing a deeper study of Management science that focuses on the realm of human resources (HR). With a demographic bonus, stunting is still one of the problems that must be resolved in order to build a golden generation in 2045. Conditions like this, and the high rate of stunting in Indonesia will present challenges for Human Resources Development (HRD) in recruiting new job candidates. To develop the ability of these prospective workers to be able to compete with others, one way is to conduct training for prospective workers who have these deficiencies to train their skills and knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to describe to Project based learning learning increase students. Project based learning is a learning model that uses projects/activities as media. Learners explore, assess, interpret, synthesize and information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. Interest in learning is a psychological aspect of a person that manifests itself in several symptoms, such as; passion, desire, feeling like to carry out the process of changing behavior through various activities which include seeking knowledge and experience. This research uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach, which describes or describes the research object based on the facts that appear or as they are. so it is necessary to give full attention in learning and this attention because students feel happy and challenged to participate in learning activities in class. Factors of student interest in learning are influenced by internal factors and external factors. Students who have good physical and mental abilities and supportive environmental conditions can foster good student interest in learning. Project based learning very helpful in learning as it is today so that it can foster children's learning interest and children are increasingly motivated to learn

Abstract

Education has an important role in efforts to improve human resources in a better direction. Education is very helpful and is expected to be able to form students who can develop attitudes, skills and intellectual intelligence so that they become human beings who are skilled, intelligent and have good morals. The professionalism of an educator can be seen from his mastery in the field of science he teaches. The teacher's technical ability and high moral commitment to his duties. The purpose of this study is to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the effort to implement human resource management in improving the quality of professionalism at SMP Negeri 51 Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative method, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts individually and in groups. The results of this study state that human resource development is an effort to increase teacher professionalism by conducting training, training, seminars, KKG, group studies between MGMP teachers, conducting supervision and class visits and conducting assessments. In addition, it also provides motivation aimed at broadening teacher insight, providing job opportunities for teachers to increase the spirit of discipline and teacher skills

Abstract

Equal distribution of education in the city of South Tangerang is an issue that requires special attention, which must be resolved immediately as an effort to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). Educational equality is an effort to ensure that every individual has the same opportunity to gain access to and adequate quality of education. However, when the issue of corruption arises in the context of educational equality, this shows that resources that should be used to improve access and quality of education are often misused for personal gain or that of a particular group. This research aims to create a systematic, factually accurate picture and the rela-tionship between the phenomena that occur. The data obtained during this research will be pro-cessed and further processed using existing theories. In this research, we used qualitative methods in the form of descriptive data supported by journals and information from official websites. From the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the distribution of the education system in the city of South Tangerang is not yet completely equal. The lack of equal distribution of education in the city of South Tangerang can have an impact on the quality of education and the quality of education for all students

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum is here to be the answer to the tight com-petition of human resources in the world in the 21st century. The change in curriculum to an independent curriculum also affects social studies learning in elementary, junior high, high school. This research method uses descrip-tive qualitative research methods, while data collection techniques use lit-erature study studies, namely studies that have the aim of collecting various data and information needed for research. The results of the discussion ob-tained similarities and differences from social studies learning activities in the independent curriculum from elementary, junior high, and high school levels. Unlike social studies learning in junior high and high school, the learning process is carried out through activities such as showing relation-ships, using various studies, analyzing, critiquing, applying thoughts and values, designing, applying, constructing, developing, and most importantly the learning process is directed so that students can integrate various basic concepts of social science through learning principles that liberate and give freedom in thinking.

Abstract

In this research, justification ability is viewed from four indicators, namely the ability to develop mathematical arguments (proving), the ability to analyze (basic level), the ability to generalize, the ability to make decisions which are first analyzed for their initial mathemat-ical abilities which are divided into three categories, namely high, medium and low levels. . The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design, with division into ex-perimental classes and control classes. The results obtained from each sample based on the initial mathematical ability level category are the highest N-Gain sequence at high KAM (0.3943), followed by medium KAM (0.3600) and over all KAM (0.514) and finally low KAM (0 ,22470).
