Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sumber daya manusia di PT. RahardjaEkalancar dari berbagai aspek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodekualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan hasil data. Dari penelitian iniditemukan bahwa untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia, PT. Rahardja Ekalancarmelakukan beberapa metode, termasuk pelatihan untuk meningkatkan beberapa aspek, termasukproduktivitas, efisiensi, kerusakan, kecelakaan, pelayanan, moral, karier, kontekstual,kepemimpinan, remunerasi, dan konsumen. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan mencapaitujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the use of Interactive Student Worksheets using the wizer.me platform on Social Interaction material. The data collection in this study resulted in 43rd students being the sample in the study. They were given learning by using the Interactive Student Worksheet with the wizer.me application and at the end of the lesson they were given a test. In addition, to students who completed this material was 33 of the 43 students who were used as respondents. As well as the effectiveness of using the Interactive Student worksheets with the wizer.me application, it has a completeness percentage of 76.74% so that completeness is in good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to describe to Project based learning learning increase students. Project based learning is a learning model that uses projects/activities as media. Learners explore, assess, interpret, synthesize and information to produce various forms of learning outcomes. Interest in learning is a psychological aspect of a person that manifests itself in several symptoms, such as; passion, desire, feeling like to carry out the process of changing behavior through various activities which include seeking knowledge and experience. This research uses a qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach, which describes or describes the research object based on the facts that appear or as they are. so it is necessary to give full attention in learning and this attention because students feel happy and challenged to participate in learning activities in class. Factors of student interest in learning are influenced by internal factors and external factors. Students who have good physical and mental abilities and supportive environmental conditions can foster good student interest in learning. Abstract

A perlocutionary speech act is an utterance that is uttered by a speaker that often has the power of influence or effect on the listener. This effect or influence is intentionally or unintentionally created by the speaker. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on this research, it can be seen that there are types of perlocutionary speech acts, namely non-commissive speech acts as much as 2 findings with a percentage of 3.08%, directive perlocutionary speech acts as many as 27 findings with a percentage of 41.53%, declaration perlocutionary speech acts as many as 4 findings with a percentage 6, 15%, expressive perlocutionary speech acts as many as 22 findings with a percentage of 33.85 and representative perlocutionary speech acts as many as 10 findings with a percentage of 15.38%. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the types of perlocutionary speech acts, namely directive speech acts and expressive speech acts, have more numbers than other types of perlocutionary speech acts in the novel.

Abstract

Abstract

Quality education is strongly influenced by several factors, including teachers. In order to transfer his knowledge, a student must be able to acquire social skills and develop the application of democracy in his own life practice as an interaction with the community environment. Social studies education learning patterns should have been changed, both as teachers and students. Teachers as the vanguard have broad opportunities to open up carawala and treasures of mastery of approaches and methods for transforming social studies learning. Changing a new paradigm in social studies teaching is urgently needed now-adays, which aims to build good citizens. Students who receive social studies education can change their minds, that learning social studies can make these students ready to enter society under any cir-cum-stances. Through social studies education, it is hoped that civilized human resources (HR) will be formed, namely human resources who are educated (knowledgeable and skilled) and cultured (with strong character).

Abstract

This research aims to process and analyze information related to (1) social studies learning and (2) social studies learning principles. This research takes the form of a literature study. The data collection method used is the documentation method for library study procedures, namely topic selection, information exploration, determining research focus, collecting data sources, reading data sources, making research notes, processing research notes, and preparing reports. The data source is bibliographic or comes from various literature, including books, journals, newspapers, personal documents, and so on. The instrument in library research is the researcher himself. The results of social science research integrate social sciences such as geography, economics, history and sociology. The research results show that (1) Social Studies has a close relationship with Social Sciences. The relationship between Social Studies and Social Sciences is that Social Sciences is based on Social Studies. However, learning at school in Social Studies is different from Social Sciences. The location of these differences lies in the level of thinking of students at the level of education. (2) The principles of social Studies learning refer to learning integration, learning interaction, continuity and change in learning material, contextual learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education in SPS Bening Bogor. The implementation is seen from several components, namely: 1) the vision and mission of the institution, 2) learning tools, 3) the involvement of parents in learning and 4) the implementation of learning during distance learning (PJJ). The research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers conducted a study of documents and matching with laapangan. The results of the research found are: 1) the vision and mission of the institution has a distinctive civilized, courageous and inspiring work from the letter al-Fatihah, 2) learning devices are poured in the form of learning programs and its implementation using 4 syntax, 3) parents are involved in character education in the form of religiosity character, in the form of the implementation of worship and adab, 4) during the pandemic learning is carried out with a limited open gaze in accordance with the area , online and parental assignments.

Abstract

The Value of Character Education and Character Behavior in a Collection of Short Stories When Mas Gagah Goes and Returns by Helvy Tiana Rosa and Its Implications for Literature Learning. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the value of character education in a collection of short stories When Mas Gagah Goes and Returns by Helvy Tiana Rosa and its implications for Literature Learning. 2) to determine the behavior of the characters in the short stories collection When Mas Gagah Goes and Returns by Helvy Tiana Rosa and its implications for literary learning 3) to determine the relationship between character education and the short story When Mas Gagah Goes and Returns by Helvy Tiana Rosa and its implications for literary learning. The method in this study uses a qualitative method because it does not use numbers. The author only prioritizes appreciation of the interaction or concept being studied. The theory used is the theory of Samani and Hariyanto. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research were obtained from a collection of short stories in the novel. The analysis in this study is the value of character education and character behavior. 1) The values ​​of character education include (1) religious values, (2) honesty, (3) tolerance, (4) discipline, (5) hard work, (6) creative, (7) independence, (8) desire know, (9) Like to read, (10) Responsibility, (11) Social Spirit (Friendly, respectful, environmental care, and social care), (12) National spirit. 2) character behavior includes (1) religious values, (2) honesty, (3) tolerance, (4) discipline, (5) hard work, (6) creative, (7) independence, (8) curiosity, ( 9) Love to read, (10) Responsibility, (11) Social Spirit (Friendly, respectful, environmental care, and social care), (12) National spirit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the introverted personality of the main character in the novel Aku Mencintaimu As Widly as My Sincerity Lets You Go by Sarah Aulia to reveal the introverted personality of the main character. Apart from that, the researcher hopes that readers will understand the novel better. The research method used to analyze this novel is the library method, which means the author looks for material or data sources through relevant books as a theoretical basis. The focus is on the introverted personality which is divided into four functions, namely introverted thinking, introverted feeling, introverted sensing, and Introverted intuition in the novel I Love You as Much as I Will Let You Go by Sarah Aulia. The results of the research describe introverted personality thoughts that appear most frequently, then introverted personality feelings, introverted sensory personality, and introverted personality intuition with the following percentages: of the 50 quotes found, there are introverted personality thoughts of 48% or the equivalent of 24 data findings, introverted personality feeling as much as 34% or the equivalent of 17 data findings, introverted personality sensing as much as 12% or the equivalent of 6 data findings, and introverted personality intuition as much as 6% or the equivalent of 3 data findings. The personality of the main character in this novel is very closed. This personality has the advantage of using his mind first before speaking or doing something so he can be a good listener.
