Abstract

Each agency has its own regulations for each employee to improve discipline and provide comfort to employees in order to improve the quality of the relevant agency. Every employee has the right to leave at their respective places of work. Leave can be used for employees not working for certain reasons such as personal needs, illness or other needs. Therefore, a web-based information system will be designed for employees to apply for leave. The system design uses a waterfall system development method which consists of several stages starting from analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. So, the implementation of this method produces an information system that meets the system requirements of the agency. By designing this web-based information system, it produces a system that is useful for employees in agencies to apply for leave, so that leave applications can be more efficient and have more integrity.

A programming algorithm is a coherent progression that is followed to address a specific problem or task. A programming language is a guide used to convey tasks to a computer. Programming languages ​​include: C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript. Each programming language has its own advantages and disadvantages. This article is expected to provide a broad understanding of the programming languages ​​used in programming algorithms. The method used is a literature study which presents a programming language that is easiest to learn for beginners.

Abstract

The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) details the activities that occur at each stage of the software development process. SDLC models are crucial in systematically structuring software, ensuring timely delivery and the desired quality. SDLC models provide a theoretical framework for software development, and due to the variety of models that exist, each SDLC has advantages and disadvantages that are used according to user requirements. Therefore, it is important to understand the needs in which an SDLC model will be implemented. In this research, various prominent SDLC models, such as the waterfall model, prototype, RAD, Spiral model, and Agile model, will be reviewed. As such, readers can use this research as a guide to find the model that best suits their specific needs.

Abstract

The development of information systems is too affected by advances in science and technology. A system is needed in order to provide all data accurately and precisely. The system uses Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language with MySQL database. This article is expected to facilitate sales in managing data to be more accurate. By using the method of literature study, design and applied research (Applied research) which makes it easy to make this article. Based on the results of the design that the author made with the Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language and the MYSQL database, where the design that has been done is more effective and efficient, this design includes data processing features that are useful for minimizing data entry time.

Abstract

The development of information technology has become a necessity in optimizing the management of legal documents, especially P44 documents (judgment results). The success of a legal institution depends greatly on its ability to manage and access legal documents, including the results of P44 decisions, quickly and accurately. The process of managing P44 documents at the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office still faces various obstacles. Therefore, there is a need for solutions that can improve the quality of managing P44 documents. Based on these problems, a web-based p44 (decision result) document information system was created. This research uses a Research and Development (RnD) approach with the aim of designing and developing electronic mail. With this system, it is hoped that it can increase accessibility, efficiency and security in managing P44 documents and support the operational performance of the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office as a whole.

Abstract

This final project aims to address the challenges of monitoring students' development in Islamic boarding schools by leveraging technological advancements. The background of the problem highlights the insufficient supervision by parents over their children in boarding schools due to busy schedules and limited information received. The proposed application provides a solution by delivering real-time information on students' progress to parents, enabling them to monitor their children's grades and attendance remotely. The goal is to establish improved communication patterns between the boarding school and parents, as a step towards advancing education in Indonesia. Through research and testing, the Monitoring Activities of Students Application in High School-Level Education at Mamba’ul Maarif Islamic Boarding School in Denanyar Jombang has proven to be efficient and capable of providing detailed student data. The conclusion of this research indicates that the application has the potential to assist parents in better understanding their children's development during their stay at the boarding school

Abstract

Meeting management is a series of activities aimed at planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating a meeting or meeting to achieve certain goals. The Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy at the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra functions as a technical institution that handles government affairs and regional autonomy under the coordination of the governor. It is not uncommon for this bureau to hold meetings every day. When holding a meeting, meeting management such as attendance lists and meeting minutes are still done manually using paper and recorded by hand and then stored in a storage room. Manual processes like this tend to be time consuming and can increase the risk of errors. Seeing this problem, the need for the process of checking information on availability and confirming the borrowing of a room to be used for meetings takes a relatively longer time so it becomes an obstacle. The aim is to design and implement an effective information management system to increase the efficiency of meeting minutes in government bureaus and regional autonomy. This system was built by modeling several UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. It is hoped that the Bureau of Government and Regional Autonomy at the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra can improve the quality of education which can be realized through the appropriate and efficient use of information technology.

Abstract

As a part of a government agency, the use of information systems is very important in assisting the performance of the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office Branch in Pancur Batu. At the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Branch in Pancur Batu, inputting evidence and found items is still done manually, that is, just by taking notes, so there are difficulties and it is also very time consuming when you want to see or look for information regarding the evidence or found items. For this reason, the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor's Office Branch in Pancur Batu needs an effective and efficient system for managing information regarding evidence and found items. The aim of this research is to make it easier to input data and find information about the evidence and findings that we want. In this research I used the waterfall method, this method is one of the most experienced and easiest programming improvement models, this method includes the stages of system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of this research, namely the output on the report page, prove that the system is running well and at the testing stage the Information System Application for Evidence and Found Items can work as desired. And at the testing stage it is carried out using the Black Box testing method. From the test results, the system runs well so that the Evidence and Found Items Information System application can be used.

Abstract

Serdang Bedagai Regency Youth Sports Tourism and Culture Service (DISPORAPABUD) is one of the OPDs in the Serdang Bedagai Regional Government.[1] DISPORAPARBUD needs a website that can help manage the guest book because at this service many guests often come every day from various agencies to various regions to attend meetings, regular meetings, and other matters [2]. This research aims to develop an interactive guest reception website using the Laravel framework to improve services at the agency [3]. This interactive guest reception website is designed to simplify the registration and management process for guests visiting the Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Department. Interactive facilities such as online registration forms, current activity information, and online communication mechanisms are integrated on the website to increase guest engagement. Evaluation results show significant improvements in the efficiency of the guest reception process and increased user satisfaction. The use of the Laravel framework provides the system stability and security needed to handle sensitive data. With this website, it is hoped that the Serdang Bedagai Regency Youth, Sports, Tourism and Culture Service can provide better and more responsive services to guest needs, while also improving the agency's image in public services.
