Abstract

This research aims to highlight the value of entrepreneurial leadership in developing students' leadership capabilities. By using various leadership styles, this research attempts to provide insights into how entrepreneurial leadership can be applied in higher education to improve the human resources, industry, and education sectors. Various leadership philosophies have been applied in entrepreneurial endeavors over the past few years, but more research is needed to identify the most effective leadership styles, especially for university students. The results of this study suggest that different entrepreneurial leadership approaches and leadership philosophies among university students may contribute to the development of characters who are creative, well-behaved, and possess important leadership qualities.

Abstract

The aim of the problem in writing this thesis is to determine the suitability between performance and expectations for the services provided by the UPTD Puskesmas Senaken and to find out what attributes are the main priority in improving the quality of service at the UPTD Puskesmas Senaken. The sample in this study was people who visited in June 2023 using an incidental sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 50 respondents. The community as the research sample was given a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements. The responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before the importance performance analysis (IPA) method was carried out using SPSS. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, showed that 24 statement items were declared valid because r count > r table. Apart from that, all statements are reliable because the Cronbach's alpha performance value is > 0.60 (0.916 > 0.60), and Cronbach's alpha expectation > 0.60 (0.916 > 0.60). The value of the level of community satisfaction with the UPTD services at the Senaken Community Health Center is 93%, meaning that the community feels "very satisfied" with the service performance of the UPTD at the Senaken Community Health Center. To improve the quality of UPTD Puskesmas Senaken services more optimally, the UPTD Puskesmas Senaken should immediately improve the attributes, including: officers respond well to the community, officers carry out services appropriately, officers carry out services carefully so that services are fast.

Abstract

Based on observations of phenomena in the East Nusa Tenggara Province, this region demonstrates significant progress across various sectors such as tourism, education, and industry, supported by increases in minimum wages, constant domestic economic growth (constant GDRP), and relatively low inflation rates. However, this situation has not successfully optimized labor absorption. This study aims to examine the "Impact of Inflation, GDRP, and Minimum Wage on Employment Absorption in the East Nusa Tenggara Province". The methodology employed is multiple linear regression with a time range from 2010 to 2022, focusing on the East Nusa Tenggara Province. The independent variables in this study are inflation, GDRP, and minimum wage, while the dependent variable is employment absorption. The results indicate that inflation and minimum wage variables significantly influence employment absorption, while the GDRP variable does not affect employment absorption.

Abstract

The growth of the industrial sector has a significant impact on economic growth in a region. The industrial sector that dominates Mojokerto Regency is the food and footwear industry. Industrial development can be seen through the number of industries, workforce and investment. Even though they both dominate, the development of the footwear industry has decreased compared to the food industry which is increasingly developing well. The aim of this research is to determine the differences between the food and footwear industries and their influence on the economic growth of the industrial sector in Mojokerto Regency. This research is important because it not only discusses the differences between the food and footwear industries but also looks at the influence of these two industries on the economic growth of the industrial sector. This research uses a different test analysis method independent sample t-test and multiple linear regression analysis on time series data. The research results show that the number of industries and workers in the food and footwear industrial sector does not make a difference to the economic growth of the industrial sector, while investment in the food and footwear industrial sector has a difference to the economic growth of the industrial sector. Then the number of industries, workforce and investment in the food industry partially and simultaneously influence the economic growth of the industrial sector. While labor and investment in the footwear industry have an influence on economic growth, the number of industries in the footwear industry has no effect on the economic growth of the industrial sector in Mojokerto Regency.

Poverty is a very complex problem caused by many factors. Poverty itself means that individuals lack the ability to fulfill the basic needs of life. Regional autonomy established by Indonesia requires regional governments to manage their respective territories. Yogyakarta Province has the highest poverty rate on the island of Java. Poverty occurs due to microeconomic factors. Minimum wages, inflation rates, and economic growth are among the macroeconomic factors that cause poverty. The aim of this research is to find out how Yogyakarta Province's minimum wage, inflation rate, and economic growth affect the province's poverty level. Panel data regression models are used in this type of quantitative research. Cross-sectional data from districts and cities in Yogyakarta Province for 2009–2023 were used in this study. Based on research findings, the poverty level of DI Yogyakarta Province is largely determined by the minimum wage and economic growth variables, while it is not influenced by the inflation variable.

Abstract

The regulatory changes introduced by the Omnibus Law (Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja) have significantly impacted Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in Indonesia, particularly in terms of work flexibility and employee productivity. This study examines the influence of these regulatory changes on work flexibility and employee productivity at ABC Company, a firm based in North Sumatra. Utilizing a quantitative approach, this research applies regression analysis within two distinct structural models. The sample comprises employees and managers of ABC Company, totaling 200 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical software. The results indicate a positive and significant impact of regulatory changes on work flexibility and employee productivity. These findings suggest that the Omnibus Law has initiated strategic shifts in HRM at ABC Company. Specifically, the results highlight the need for more adaptive and innovative HRM strategies to address the challenges of flexibility and productivity in a dynamic work environment. Moreover, this study provides empirical evidence of the significant impact of regulatory changes on HRM practices, particularly regarding work flexibility and employee productivity. The findings underscore the importance of adapting HRM strategies in response to regulatory changes, offering valuable insights for other companies undergoing similar transitions in workforce management. This study contributes to the broader understanding of how legislative changes can influence HRM practices and provides a foundation for future research on adaptive HRM strategies in evolving regulatory landscapes.

Abstract

The phenomenon of financial statement fraud, which has a very large loss effect compared to other forms of fraud despite its low number of incidents, is the reason behind this study. Aside from that, there are still instances of financial statement fraud that call for additional investigation to determine how different independent variables—like financial stability, inadequate oversight, shifting directors or auditors, arrogance, and collusion—affect the dependent variable of financial statement fraud. The quantitative study makes use of secondary data from corporate annual reports. State-owned enterprises (BUMN) that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023 made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling process, resulting in 16 corporate samples over the course of five years and a total of 80 observation data points. Logistic regression analysis is the method of data analysis that is applied. The study's findings demonstrate that, in contrast to the factors of financial stability, change of auditor, change of directors, and arrogance, which have no effect on financial statement fraud, inefficient supervision and collaboration have a substantial impact.
