Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk in Dringu, Probolinggo Regency with the aim of knowing the effect of price, promotion, location, and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk in Dringu, Probolinggo Regency. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The population is consumers who make purchasing decisions at PT. Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk and sampling using non-probability sampling, namely incidental side as many as 90 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, documentation and questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis methods in this study were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 23.0. The results of this study also show that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance and company size on company value in food and beverage sector manufacturing companies contained in the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. In this study GCG can be measured by proxy managerial ownership, audit committee and independent commissioner, while company size is measured using Ln total assets. The dependent variable in this study is the value of the company measured using Tobin's Q analysis. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the number of samples used was 76 companies. The data used is in the form of secondary data derived from audited annual financial statements. The results of the study showed that managerial ownership, audit committee and independent commissioner partially had no effect on the value of the company. While the size of the company partially affects the value of the company.

Abstract

Employee performance can be carried out to the maximum if conditions are properly satisfied. One of the factors in order to improve performance is organizational culture, motivation and an adequate work environment. This experiment is to determine the impact of organizational culture, motivation and work environment through simultaneous, partial and knowing the dominant variable on performance. This experimental method is quantitative through a causal associative approach. The experimental population is all employees, totaling 80 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. A sample of 80 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis techniques through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The experimental results show that the physical work environment and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. The dominant impact in this experiment is work motivation.

Abstract

Basically, companies make human resources an important factor in the sustainability of the company and make them play a fairly efficient role in every activity in the company. One of them is performance, which plays an important role in the company to achieve profits. From the results of good performance, positive opportunities are obtained. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, so the total sampling number of all Perum Perhutani KPH employees in the city of Probolinggo was 74 employees. The source of data Z that is used is obtained from primary data and secondary data. From the results of the job assessment test) and career development have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the partial test results it was found that the work assessment variable had a significant influence on employee performance. And the career development variable partially influences employee performance.

Abstract

Research aims to see effect of viral marketing, price, and product quality on purchase decision partially. The type of research used is quantitative and a causal approach. The respondents were 103 female students of Panca Marga University who bought and used Implora facial serum between January - December 2022. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling method. The sample was 52 female students who fulfilled the research measures. Data analysis techniques used test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial tests that have been carried out see that viral marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions for Implora facial serum skincare, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions for Implora facial serum skincare, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions for Implora facial serum skincare.

Abstract

The object of this research is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Probolinggo City. This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image, and customer satisfaction on repurchase, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research with a causality approach (a causal relationship). The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling method. The population of this study is consumers who buy directly at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Probolinggo City in May and June 2023, with a sample of 100 respondents.The research results show: There is an influence between price, brand image, and customer satisfaction partially on repurchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline partially, simultaneously, and to determine the dominant variable on Employee Performance at the General Election Commission Office of Probolinggo City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 33 employees with a sampling technique that is saturated sample. Source of data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. data analysis methods in this study in the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study also indicate that Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. And Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The dominant influence in this study is Work Discipline..

Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the effect of the variables communication, work envronment and job satisfation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially in Diva Swalayan Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regncy. This type of reseach use quantiative reseach methods, with a total samplle of 60 respondets who are employees of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan. Probability Sampling is the sample determination method, and Simple Random Sampling is the technique. Validity test, reliabilty test, clasical assumtion test, multipel liinear regresion analyss, the coeficient of deterination (R2) and also the T test are the data analysis methods. The resuts of the T test it is known that here is a positiv and signficant influece of tha variable of communication, work environment, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Diva Swalayan Kraksaan.

Abstract

The main objective of human resource management is to increase the contribution of human resource management (employees) to organizations/institutions in order to achieve organizational goals. The independent variables consist of employee welfare, motivation, and work discipline while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Processed using data analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that: employee welfare, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Probolinggo Branch.

Abstract

The factory company PT Bromo Falcata Indonesia is engaged in barecore production with the location of activities being at Jalan Brantas km 1, Pilang sub-district, Kademangan sub-district, Probolinggo Regency. The independent variable consists of the work environment, work sincerity, and work enthusiasm while the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is the entire workforce at PT Bromo Falcata Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The sample in this study is all workers at PT. Bromo Falcata Indonesia Probolinggo with 30 workers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Processed using data analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that: work environment, work seriousness, work enthusiasm and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bromo Falcata Indonesia, Probolinggo Regency
