Abstract

Perusahaan akan melayani konsumen dengan baik dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta mencapai tingkat kepuasan tertinggi bagi konsumen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptiff kuantitatif, dengan variabel independen (bebas) Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), dan Word Of Mouth (X2) serta variabel dependen (terikat) Kepuasan Konsumen(Y). Populasi yang dimaksud adalah jumlah konsumen yang memakai jasa pada Barbershop De Laki’e Kota Probolinggo dengan acuan bulan Desember 2022 sebanyak 479 konsumen. penentuan pengambilan jumlah responden (sampel) yang “Sampling insidental adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan/insidental bertemu dengan penentuan sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebentulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Sumber data meliputi : (1) data primer, (2) data Sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi : statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R Square), pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian dari uji simultan kuliatas pelayanan (X1), dan word of mouth (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dari perhtungan uji F peroleh nilai Fhitung = 18.539. Selain itu dariuji parsial menunjukan bahwa kuliatas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 2,094, dan word of mouth (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 5,967. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

Sinar Terang Supermarket Probolinggo City implements human resources starting from compensating its employees and always communicating with employees to increase the comfort and intimacy of superiors and subordinates. The strategy is implemented for the purpose of providing job satisfaction to its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and communication partially, bersamaeously, and to determine the dominant variable on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bright Light Supermarket Probolinggo City. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 72 employees with a sampling technique that is saturated sample. Source of data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. data analysis methods in this study in the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the effect of compensation and communication bersamaeously has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of this study also indicate that compensation partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And communication partially has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The dominant influence in this study is compensation.

Abstract

The research was conducted on the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Office with the aim of knowing the effect of workload, work stress and motivation on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency Transportation Service. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study used was all civil servants as many as 67 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were all civil servants as many as 67 people. The data sources used in this study come from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta with the aim of knowing the effect of cross selling and telemarketing customer service on sales of gold installment products BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, through independent (free) cross selling and telemarketing customer service variables and the dependent variable (tied) sales of gold installment products. The population in this study used were customers at BSI KCP Probolinggo Soetta. Samples were taken as many as 83 customers from a total population of 475. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data sources use: (1) primary data, (2) secondary data. Data analysis methods used include: descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R Square) and partial hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the research from the partial test shows that cross selling and telemarketing customer service have an influence on the sale of gold installment products

Abstract

This research is to find out how much influence leadership and compensation styles have on employee performance at CV. Bright Light Supermarket Probolinggo City. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. This study uses Observation, Documentation, Interview, Questionnaire methods using primary data and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and processed data. The sample in this study were 72 employees. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance. The results of this study also show that Leadership Style and Compensation have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. CV. Sinar Terang Supermarket Kota Probolinggo pays close attention to Leadership Style and Compensation to be able to improve employee performance, because the better the work given, the company will get good results in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency with the aim of knowing the effect of the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population is all consumers who come to buy products at Rocket Chicken Dringu, Probolinggo Regency and the sample is taken using a non-probability sampling technique through internal sampling (accidental sampling), as many as 50 respondents. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, questionnaires and documentation which were distributed to respondents. Methods of data analysis from research results, namely quantitative methods in the form of validity and reliability tests as well as testing hypotheses with multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests and partial tests, simultaneous and dominant tests using SPSS Version 23.0. The results showed that the Product, Price, Distribution Channel, and Promotion Variables simultaneously or jointly and partially had a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the Purchase Decision of Rocket Chicken Dringu Products. And Promotion has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions compared to other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teamwork, communication and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of PERUMDA drinking water bayuangga Probolinggo city employees. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The research population is all employees of PERUMDA drinking water bayuangga Probolinggo City. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The sample in this research is 80 respondents. Source of data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using data analysis methods in the form of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that teamwork partially has a significant effect on employee performance. And communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance and competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The performance of KPU Probolinggo City employees can be maximized if conditions are met properly. One of the factors increasing performance is managing emotional intelligence, maintaining motivation and increasing work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, motivation and work discipline on employee performance partially on the performance of KPU Probolinggo City employees. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population of this research is all employees, totaling 32 employees. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The sample in this study were 32 respondents. Source of data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of a country's economy is inseparable from the condition and performance of the banking sector. Banking plays an important role in supporting the Indonesian economy because banks are one of the drivers of the country's economy and part of the financial system. In accordance with Law Number 7 of 1992 concerning banking as amended by Law Number 10 of 1998, banks are required to maintain their health. The purpose of this researcher is to analyze and summarize the soundness level of state-owned commercial banks from 2017 to 2020 based on the RGEC method, so that it can be determined which bank has the best title among several state-owned banks. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, the variables used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The data used is from 2017-2021. The results showed that NPL values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, LDR values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, GCG values ​​were categorized as very healthy, ROA values ​​were categorized as very healthy, ROE values ​​were categorized as unhealthy, NIM values ​​were categorized as very healthy, BOPO values ​​were categorized as very healthy and CAR values ​​were not categorized. Healthy.

Abstract

The decision to purchase KFC in Probolinggo City can be maximized if the conditions are met properly. One factor in improving product quality is by providing good product quality and prices that match the quality of the products being marketed. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on partial purchasing decisions at KFC Probolinggo City. This research method is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population of this research is consumers who made purchases at KFC Probolinggo City in February 2022, totaling 719 consumers. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 75 respondents. The data sources used in this research came from primary data and data secondary. Data was collected through questionnaires and completed through data analysis methods in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R-Square) and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that partial product quality has no significant effect on Purchasing decisions and price partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
