Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV.Jaya Mandiri Abadi adalah sebuah Toko Bangunan yang menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan bangunan Yang beralamat di Kota Probolinggo secara parsial. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausalitas. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 700 pelanggan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 pelanggan. Menggunakan sampel incidental dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Adapun tahap-tahap dalam metode analisis data yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda,Uji Determinasi dan Uji T menggunakan SPSS V25.0. Hasil dar uji validitas menunjukkan rhitung > rtabel diartikan bahwa uji ini valid dan dari keseluruhan angka nilai Cronbach Alpha > 0,60 maka dinyatakan bahwa seluruh variabel pada uji penelitian ini dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan(X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan(Y) dengan demikian, apabila harga yang ditawarkan cukup baik maka pelanggan akan tetap menggunakan jasa pengiriman barang dengan Nilai thitung variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) = 3,145>ttabel= 1,985 dengan nilai sig. t = 0,002, karena nilai sig. t 0,002<0,025 yang berarti menunjukan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to see the influence between the variables of organizational communication, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population came from the AKU office (Administration, Finance and General) totaling 45 people and sampling using non probability sampling and saturated sample method. So the sample was 45 people. Data analysis techniques used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t test). The results of hypothesis testing obtained the conclusion that the variables of organizational communication, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Gending Sugar Factory, Probolinggo Regency.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the Infuence of Influencer, flash sale and harbolnas on Impulsive buying. The type of research used quantitave. The population in this study were active students of the 2020 Faculty of Economics and Business, Panca Marga University, Probolinggo.The sample is used by incidental sampling which amounts 40 responden with determinantion of each variable multiplied by 10. The data needed in the form of primer in the form questionnares. The data was analyzed using statistics in the form validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing and in its processing using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). Data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple liear regression analysis, det erminant analysis (R2), t test (partial). Based on the results of the partial test hypothesis test (t test) that has been carried out with a significance level of 5% it can be concluded that 1) Influencer with a tcount value of 4.913 is greater than ttable 2.028. 2) flash sale with a tcount value are 2.130 greater than ttable 2.028. 3) harbolnas with tcount value is 0.935 smaller than ttable 2.028.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and quantify the impact that Online Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction, and Perceived Value have on Fashion Product Purchase Decisions made using the Shopee App. Quantitative research with an interdisciplinary focus is employed. Students enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Panca Marga for the 2020 school year make up the study's population; researchers selected a sample of 40 customers using a purposive sampling approach. The data needed is in the form of a primary form of a questionnaire. Statistical Packages for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for the analysis. Analytical procedures such as the validity test, the reliability test, the F test, the partial test, and the dominance test. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) that has been carried out with a significance level of 5% it can be concluded that 1) Perceived Value with a tcount of 2.917 > ttable of 2.028. 2). Online promotions with a value of 3.129 > ttable 2.028. 3). Consumer satisfaction with a value of 2.754 > 2.028.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-WoM, Promotion, and Place on Customer Satisfaction PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. Customers in June 2023 are the population of this study. The data collection method used non-probability sampling, and obtained 99 respondents and a linear regression analysis tool using the SPSS 26 application. The ways of collecting information carried out in this study were: Questionnaire, observation and documentation. The results of the E-WoM have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction. Promotion have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction. Place tests have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dan mempunyai peran penting dalam setiap kegiatan perusahaan. Produktivitas kerja menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan perusahaan, produktivitas kerja yang baik akan menghasilkan hal yang positif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, jadi jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Prabu Kencana Surya Pratama Probolinggo sebanyak 40 karyawan. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan diolah dengan metode analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R Square) dan uji hipotesis. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Standar Operasional Prosedur (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 3,397 dan Variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja (Y) dengan nilai thitung = 2,583.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the influence of Budget Planning, Budget Execution, and Accuracy of Cash Planning has a simultaneous and partial effect on the Level of Budget Absorption at BPPKAD probolinggo city. And also among these three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable (Budget Absorption Rate). The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, with the variables Budget Planning, Budget Execution, and Cash Planning Accuracy, the number of samples in this study were 76 respondents. The test results show that it partially affects the level of budget absorption at BPPKAD probolinggo city. The partial test results show that budget planning (X1), budget execution (X2), and cash planning accuracy (X3) of the three variables have significant values. Thus the results of the t (partial) test show that there is a positive and significant influence of variable budget planning budget execution and cash planning accuracy on the level of budget uptake at BPPKAD, City of Probolinggo.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi, sangat penting untuk memahami bagaimana komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Disiplin tempat kerja sangat membantu dalam membentuk kepribadian karyawan sehingga mereka dapat bekerja dengan baik, dan tingkat dedikasi setiap karyawan terhadap bisnis menentukan keberhasilannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Paseban Sena Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan di sini. Metode sampel diterapkan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 orang karyawan Paseban Sena di Kota Probolinggo. Observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi tradisional (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis parsial dan pengujian simultan (uji t dan uji f) semuanya digunakan dalam analisis data kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variable disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan. secara simutan disiplin kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 47,5%.

Abstract

This research was conducted on DKUMP Probolinggo City with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational culture, workload, job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of KUMP Probolinggo City. The type of research used is quantitative, through independent variables (free) Organizational Culture, Workload and Job Satisfaction as well as the dependent variable (tied) Employee performance. The population in this study were DKUMP employees from Probolinggo City (non ASN). The samples taken were 82 employees. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Sources of data in this study come from primary and secondary data. data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and processed with data analysis methods in the form of validation tests, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organizational culture (X1), workload (X2), job satisfaction (X3) simultaneously on performance (Y) where the calculated f value was 51.649. Then from the test it shows that organizational culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 3.675, workload variable (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y) with t count 2.852 and job satisfaction variable (X3) has a significant effect on Performance (Y) with t count 2.921. The dominant test shows that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a dominant influence on performance (Y) with a standardized beta coefficient of 0.321.
