Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi pemasaran media sosial guna meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM Master Food, sebuah usaha kuliner di Nagoya Hill Mall Food Street, Batam, didirikan oleh Ibu Purnawati pada tahun 2022. Meskipun menyajikan hidangan lezat seperti mie ayam, miso ayam, nasi lemak, bakso ayam, dan bakso sapi, Master Food menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan penjualan efektif. Dalam era digital, peran krusial media sosial sebagai alat promosi tidak dapat diabaikan, terutama bagi UMKM seperti Master Food. Namun, kendala terjadi dalam memanfaatkan media sosial secara optimal, terutama dalam menciptakan konten menarik dan berinteraksi dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini fokus pada merancang dan mengelola akun media sosial di Instagram dan Facebook sebagai strategi utama. Membangun konten visual yang profesional menjadi pusat perhatian untuk menarik minat konsumen potensial. Prosesnya mencakup pembentukan akun media sosial, pemotretan produk, dan pengeditan gambar produk untuk memastikan kualitas tinggi. Diharapkan, pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan kehadiran Master Food di media sosial, memperkuat ikatan dengan konsumen, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan penjualan dan pendapatan. Manfaatnya mencakup peningkatan kehadiran di media sosial, interaksi dan keterlibatan konsumen yang lebih baik, serta penguasaan keterampilan manajemen media sosial bagi pemilik usaha. Bagi penulis, penelitian ini memberikan pengalaman praktis berharga dalam pemasaran digital dan penerapan teori dalam konteks nyata.

Abstract

Production costs owned by each company are certain to increase along with the increase in the amount of demand for finished products in the market. However, the increase in the number of requests for finished products is not proportional to the level of profit generated, making it difficult for companies to control cast flow, therefore allocating costs, and determining the amount of costs becomes something important in order to reduce the cost of production per unit. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of cost allocation used to determine the cost of goods manufactured to obtain the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the company in order to achieve ideal profits. The method used is the full costing method. The Full Costing method provides a comprehensive overview of production costs, including direct and indirect costs, and provides information relevant to the company's strategic decision making. The results showed that the application of the Full Costing method provides a more comprehensive picture of production costs, so that the company is able to identify more precisely the cost of goods. So that the company is able to increase efficiency, optimize profitability in determining the cost of goods.

Abstract

Composting is one way of making organic waste into a new product in the form of humus made from organic waste from plant and animal waste. This research was carried out in July-November 2023 at the final disposal site (TPA) in Pucuk Village, Mojokerto. The aim of this research is to analyze the benefits and content of C-Organic in solid organic fertilizer from spinach waste. The research method was carried out by measuring and analyzing the C-Organic content in fertilizer using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results obtained from research testing the C-Organic content of 6.5% are still relatively low, and do not meet the quality standards of SNI 7763:2018 and Decree of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 261/KPTS/ SR.310/M/4/2019 which states C-organic content of at least 15%.

Abstract

In the development of technology and information, developments in means of transportation cannot be separated, which as time changes, always offers the newest forms of technology, even in terms of vehicle design. In its current development, cars are a means of transportation that can be said to be owned by all groups. The need to have this means of transportation makes it possible for consumers who need a car as a means of transportation but it is not always available and accessible to the general public. Non-bank financial institutions exist as an effort to facilitate the community in meeting their needs. Credit is an alternative for the community as an alternative effort to meet existing needs. Fiduciary guarantees are regulated in Law Number 42 of 1999 in order to maintain security in the credit process and to become a credit object registered with the Fiduciary. In legal research, it is explained that the rights and obligations on the part of the consumer are to pay the consumer with the nominal value of the party making the sale and then take back the car as an object of consumer financing guarantee if in the future there is a default. If a default occurs, the buyer is obliged to provide compensation, namely canceling the agreement under compelling circumstances

Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of social interaction between ethnic groups and the influence of cultural values ​​on the formation of attitudes of tolerance and good citizenship among students in a multicultural school environment. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to collect data from students and teachers in several ethnically diverse schools. The research results show that positive social interactions between students of various ethnicities promote understanding and appreciation of each other's cultural values, which is an important foundation in building tolerance. Furthermore, curricular and extracurricular activities designed to celebrate diversity are important instruments in developing students' citizenship. However, research also reveals barriers, such as prejudice and stereotypes, that need to be overcome through effective pedagogical approaches. Recommendations include developing inclusive learning programs, training teachers to manage diversity in the classroom, and integrating best practices between schools. This research provides insight into the importance of multicultural education in creating a harmonious society in the context of rich ethnic diversity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze user perceptions of the performance of integrated transportation services in Jakarta. Against the backdrop of rapid urban development and high levels of community mobility, transportation is considered a crucial element in supporting urban sustainability. This research examines how the integration of transportation modes, such as Transjakarta, KRL (Commuter Line), MRT, and LRT, contributes to user satisfaction and how people perceive the quality and reliability of these services. This research uses a combined approach between qualitative and quantitative data analysis. For qualitative data analysis, data and information obtained from interviews and document collection are presented descriptively, ensuring that the results become a reasonable, systematic, and structured description of the phenomena that occur in the context of public transportation integration services. In line with that, quantitative data analysis is carried out through validity and reliability testing of questionnaire instruments before distribution. From the results of the analysis, the implementation of the transportation integration system has a lot to be improved. In the analysis of handling priority mapping using the AHP and IPA integration method to obtain a priority order of handling in improving the quality of integrated transportation service performance, it is found that of the 18 (eighteen) service attributes of the 5 (five) transportation integration variables, the results show that there are 3 (three) service attributes that are in Quadrant I (service attributes that are the top priority for improvement), 5 (five) service attributes are in Quadrant II (attributes whose performance quality must be maintained), 6 (six) service attributes are in Quadrant III (attributes that are considered less important, but the quality of performance is considered to be decreasing so that priority is low), and 4 (four) other attributes are in Quadrant IV (attributes that are considered excessive performance). In conclusion, users consider that these service attributes are very important to support user needs but currently their performance is low so it is necessary to prioritize their improvement.

Abstract

This research presents an in-depth literature review to explore the effectiveness of private school management strategies in facing competition in the education domain. The purpose of this study is to analyze and synthesize recent findings related to private school management strategies, with a focus on how schools can improve their competitiveness. The research method involved reviewing a number of empirical studies, academic articles and other relevant literature. The results identified several key factors that contribute to the effectiveness of management strategies, including the adoption of innovative business models, financial sustainability, efficient human resource management and active involvement in educational community building. The conclusion of this literature review is that private schools that adopt evidence-based strategies and are responsive to environmental changes can achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The importance of technology adoption in the management process is also prominent in the literature. Therefore, further research and practical implementation are needed to further understand the dynamics and applications of private school management strategies in facing competition in the modern education era.

Abstract

Aplikasi SIPPADU merupakan aplikasi berbasis web yang menerapkan sistem self assessment pajak yang memberikan kemudahan dalam melaporkan, menghitung pembayaran pajak. Dimana dengan aplikasi ini wajib pajak dapat melaporkan sembilan jenis pajak daerah yang terutang. Aplikasi web SIPPADU ini baru mulai efektif digunakan pada awal tahun 2020. Hal ini untuk menilai keberhasilan dalam aspek usability dari sebuah aplikasi pembayaran pajak daerah sekaligus mengetahui aplikasi tersebut dapat bermanfaat dengan baik dan memiliki fungsi yang sesuai atau tidak. Penelitian ini yang dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan aspek usability. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode USE Questionnaire/Kuesioner USE dengan menggunakan 4 aspek pengujian. 4 aspek yang diuji adalah Easy of Use, Easy of Learning, Usefulness dan Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi SIPPADU berdasarkan kriteria usability. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan pada pengguna (user) aplikasi web SIPPADU di Kabupaten Sumedang dengan menyebarkan kuesioner USE yang terdiri dari 27 pertanyaan. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil pengukuran usability aplikasi web SIPPADU dengan nilai 87,5% pada aspek usefulness, 85,3% pada aspek easy of use, 87,2% pada aspek easy of learning, dan 86,1% pada aspek satisfaction.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kinerja guru, oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi guru SMA terhadap kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari 100 guru SMA di Kabupaten Bogor melalui kuesioner yang dirancang khusus. Penguasaan teknologi diukur melalui tingkat pemahaman dan penggunaan teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Adaptasi guru diukur sejauh mana mereka dapat menyesuaikan metode pengajaran dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan kurikulum terkini. Partisipasi guru dinilai berdasarkan tingkat keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan pengembangan profesional dan kolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat. Kinerja guru dievaluasi melalui capaian hasil belajar siswa, interaksi dalam kelas, dan kontribusi mereka dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi guru membawa pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja guru. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah guru perlu termotivasi untuk meningkatkan penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi. Sekolah perlu mengembangkan kurikulum dan silabus yang mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran, menyediakan fasilitas dan infrastruktur yang mendukung penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru yang aktif menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pemerintah perlu mengembangkan program pelatihan dan sertifikasi guru yang mencakup penguasaan teknologi, adaptasi, dan partisipasi, memberikan bantuan dana kepada sekolah untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur teknologi, dan mendorong penelitian dan pengembangan di bidang pendidikan teknologi.

Abstract

Penegakan hukum lingkungan memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Kebijakan lingkungan yang konsisten dan berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk melindungi sumber daya alam dan memastikan keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek yuridis dari penegakan hukum lingkungan melalui analisis terhadap gugatan pada peradilan tata usaha negara. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memahami peran peradilan dalam menegakkan hukum lingkungan dan dampaknya terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis yuridis terhadap putusan peradilan tata usaha negara terkait dengan gugatan lingkungan. Data diperoleh melalui studi kasus dan analisis terhadap kebijakan lingkungan yang terkait dengan putusan peradilan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum lingkungan melalui peradilan tata usaha negara memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Putusan peradilan memainkan peran penting dalam menegakkan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi lingkungan. Penegakan hukum lingkungan melalui peradilan tata usaha negara merupakan aspek krusial dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Konsistensi dalam penegakan hukum lingkungan dapat memberikan landasan kuat bagi keberlanjutan lingkungan hidup dan pembangunan secara keseluruhan.
