Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is a crucial aspect in creating a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. This study aims to identify and analyze effective OHS management strategies for improving employee productivity in the manufacturing industry. A quantitative approach was used, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents working in a medium-sized manufacturing company. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of various OHS strategy variables, such as safety training, risk communication, management involvement, and the implementation of standard work procedures, on employee productivity levels. The results indicate that regular safety training and open risk communication significantly influence productivity increases. Furthermore, management involvement in the implementation of OHS programs has been shown to strengthen the company's safety culture. Consistent implementation of work procedures also minimizes workplace accidents and downtime. This study confirms that a planned, structured, and integrated OHS management strategy positively contributes to employee performance, both in terms of work efficiency and motivation. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of a company's commitment to implementing a sustainable OHS management system. Recommendations are given for companies to continue strengthening training, improving internal communication, and increasing the active role of leaders in K3 supervision to create a work environment that supports optimal productivity.

Abstract

This study investigates impulse buying behavior within the TikTok Shop ecosystem through a netnographic lens. As TikTok evolves into a dominant force in social commerce, it blurs the boundaries between entertainment and shopping. This research explores how algorithm-driven content, influencer marketing, live streaming, and user-generated interactions stimulate unplanned purchase decisions. Drawing on data collected from three months of online observation of Indonesian TikTok Shop environments, this study identifies key emotional, social, and technological triggers of impulse buying. The findings reveal a novel model of algorithm-induced impulsivity, contributing to consumer behavior theory and offering implications for marketers, platform designers, and digital literacy advocates.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the relationship between product quality management and customer satisfaction control at CV Wery Group in Gunungsitoli City. The background of this study stems from the importance of product quality in maintaining customer loyalty and the company’s competitiveness, especially in a local market characterized by geographical and operational challenges. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 83 respondents, consisting of employees and managers of the company. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test to determine the strength and significance of the relationship between the variables. The results of the study indicate a significant and positive relationship between product quality management and customer satisfaction control. This is evidenced by the Pearson correlation coefficient, which falls under the strong category, and a t-test significance value of < 0.05, indicating that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that a large portion of the variation in customer satisfaction control can be explained by the product quality management implemented by the company. In other words, the better the product quality management applied by CV Wery Group, the greater its ability to control and enhance customer satisfaction.

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the quality of tax knowledge, the application of tax sanctions, and the level of individual awareness on public compliance in fulfilling their obligations to pay taxes on land and buildings in the city of Palembang. The focus of the respondents in this study is taxpayers residing in Seberang Ulu I District, totaling 1,370 people. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, with respondents selected using random sampling without stratification, resulting in 93 participants. The analytical techniques used include quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression testing. In this study, the independent variables consist of tax literacy, penalties for tax violations, and fiscal awareness, while the level of compliance in paying taxes serves as the dependent variable. Partial testing indicates that neither tax literacy nor tax awareness has a strong relationship with compliance behavior. However, in the combined analysis, the three variables collectively had a significant influence on fiscal compliance behavior. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a reference by government agencies in improving the quality of tax services to build taxpayer satisfaction and trust, particularly in the city of Palembang
