Conference on Community Engagement Project (Concept)
Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

<![CDATA[The spread of Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world, including Indonesia has caused most of the daily activities to be replaced by an online system. This causes the urgency for MSMEs to implement business marketing through a digital system. This study aims to create and implement the best business strategy in this current digital era for AJF Collection which is based in Batam, Indonesia. The strategy for this business is to create an e-brochure and start implementing digital marketing by using Instagram as the social media platform. The project started from September 2021 and was carried out until December 2021. Results of the study shows that e-brochure and implementation of digital marketing through Instagram has increased the user’s brand awareness towards AJF Collection’s products, which hold an important key in the business customer database growth.]]>

Brands are also used in the world of advertising and marketing because the public often associates an image, quality and reputation of goods and services with certain brands. A brand can be a very valuable asset commercially and often it is the brand that makes a product expensive or even more valuable than the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection assistance for trademark registration on the product of the Point of Gathering Coffee Brewers in the city of Batam. The method used puts forward normative legal research with a prescriptive model. The collected legal materials will be studied comprehensively and analyzed deductively with a systematic presentation.]]>

<![CDATA[Mortgage right is a guaranteed right over property where assets are seen as a unity towards the property that is utilized by the creditor to acquire collateral rights for debt payments. Mortgage rights are regulated in Indonesia under Peraturan Menteri Agraria Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2019 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi secara elektronik. Input of Mortgage via online system of Mitra ATR BPN improves the simplicity indicator in public service for the people in utilizing communication and information by applying electronic based land services. Land deeds officials and banks are parties who are involved in the execution of mortgage rights applications. The parties need to have a proper comprehension on the technical and be more thorough in order to minimize error in the input of mortgage rights within the electronic system. Currently, the registration of mortgage rights are done through an online application of mitra.atrbpn.go.id by a registered user as land deeds officials and financial service officers in order to process the mortgage certificate legalized by the National Land Agency]]>

<![CDATA[Community service was carried out at the Widi Shop which was established in 2016. This shop sells various kinds of food and beverages, as well as various other household needs. Writing this report is intended to assist shop owners in making bookkeeping and inventory effectively and safely. Information collection techniques are based on primary information sources, where research information is obtained directly from first-person sources, while for data collection techniques, the practitioner conducts interviews and observations during the community service. Based on the evaluation of community service, it was concluded that digital bookkeeping was more effective, resulting in increased store revenue 12,1% compared to the previous month and the data are more secure than the traditional bookkeeping and the impact of implementing the activities are that Toko Widi is aware of the importance of digital bookkeeping and stock availability which mean the community service is 100% success.]]>

<![CDATA[The author does practical work on the LloiLo Tea SMME business starting on September 19 2021 until November 30 2021. The location of the LloiLo Tea SMME is located in Batu Aji. Mr. Sion Sihotang's micro, small and medium enterprises need a digital marketing plan to improve and face competition with other competitors. The author helps SMME owners to find obstacles and create strategies for businesses to be able to face other fierce competition.The process carried out during this practical work, the author conducted a survey and collected data for analysis in the form of the background of LloiLo Tea SMME. After doing the analysis, the author found several obstacles faced then the author implemented a strategy so that Mr. Sion Sihotang's business could compete with the current market. The obstacle found is the lack of a sales system so that it takes time to improve and develop a sales system. The system is a Digital marketing plan. Loilo Tea's micro, small and medium enterprises have implemented the results of the Digital Marketing Plan which was designed and developed by the author. The author has registered SMME with Go-Food partners, made advertisements posted on social media, namely Instagram, so that many consumers know what promotions are currently in effect on SMME LloiLo Tea.]]>

However, with so many new brands and products, it is possible that there will be a dispute, one of which is plagiarism against a particular brand. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the rights to the mark by registering the mark with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Registration of a mark aims to ensure that the mark gets legal protection from the state. Shipowner Apparel is one of the businesses engaged in the fashion sector. However, the trademark has not been registered because the business owner is still unfamiliar with the trademark rights. So in this case the aim is to register to avoid disputes related to trademarks that may occur in the future. Community Service (PkM) is carried out with 3 stages of implementation methods, namely pre-implementation, implementation stage and evaluation stage. <![CDATA[As one of the implementations of the Work Practice program, the author chose to assist PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia in creating or designing a Work Agreement or it can also be called a Work Contract by following the directions of PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia, but still pay attention to the applicable laws. This is necessary to minimize the risk of problems between PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia as the employer and its workers. Considering that in the world of employment, there must be several rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by the parties in the employment relationship, namely the role of the employer and worker.The type of research that the author uses is normative-empirical / applied legal research using primary data sources obtained from the field and interviews with PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia. For the purpose of achieving within a period of 3 (three) months, the author adjusts the form of the Work Agreement according to the requests, circumstances, and also needs of PT. Global Yupiter Indonesia by staying guided by the applicable Labor Act. In making, the author divides the process into 3 (three) stages, namely the preparation stage as a prefix, then implementation, and then the assessment of reporting. The exterior of the Practical Work program that the author carries out is in the form of a draft of a Fixed Time Employment Agreement (PKWT) and a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWTT).]]>

<![CDATA[Employment Contract Limited Time (PKWT) is a work agreement between workers and the company in establishing a working relationship for a certain period of time or for certain jobs. The latest regulations governing PKWT are Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 concerning Employment Contract Limited Time, Outsourcing, Working Time, and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment. In a company, PKWT is one of the important documents because it can be valid evidence for both parties, namely the employee and the company. Therefore, the authors are encouraged to contribute in the form of PKWT design which is expected to help the company PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara in creating good working relationships with workers in carrying out their business activities. The main problem is that adjustments must be made to the latest law, but PT. Sarana Inspirasi Maju Bersaudara has not carried out the adjustment due to the lack of manpower in the legal field. The implementation method used in this report uses empirical juridical. The empirical juridical method is a type of legal research that is examined directly in the field in the form of examining company documents or data obtained in the field which is then adjusted to the applicable law.]]>

<![CDATA[Accounting and financial reporting systems are very important for business owners in the decision-making process for business development but Junia Sempoa SIP has been established for more than 5 years without an accounting bookkeeping system and still uses manual recording based on tuition invoice and receipts. The purpose of the implementation of this project is to facilitate Junia Sempoa SIP business owner in the process of bookkeeping transactions and the financial position they have. The data collection techniques starts from the process of interviewing, observation and documentation with business owners in the period from September to December 2021. Systems designed using Microsoft Access are capable of generating student lists, cash disbursement forms, cash receipt forms and financial statements. The results of the implementation are expected to help Junia Sempoa SIP business owner in the process of making the right decision in business development and know the financial position owned.]]>
