Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

PT Indo Matra Power is a company engaged in the field of Electricity, . PT Indo Matra Power can be said, a fairly large company with a fairly large number of employees, however PT Indo Matra Power does not enter into an employment agreement with its employees. Whereas the agreement between the company and the employee is a important. Therefore, the author wants to take this topic as a practical work report. In this practical work, the author forms a draft agreement unspecified working time. From this design, it is intended that PT Indo Matra Power and its workers have bonds and can fulfill each other's rights and obligations. With the draft work agreement already made, Entrepreneurs feel better understand what rights and obligations entrepreneurs have to do give, and if the worker violates the company rules the employer is more it's easy to give sanctions because it's already stated in the agreement work. Meanwhile, the workers feel that there is legal certainty from the parties involved workers with this work agreement starting from the rights and obligation must be fulfilled by workers and clarity in the calculation of overtime and clarity in calculating wages. At the time of implementation of the results of practical work that the author made did not exist obstacles, both from employers and from workers, but there are only a little criticism in calculating work overtime

Abstract

Komputer akuntansi merupakan sebuah inovasi baru dalam dunia akuntansi, dimana tujuan utamanya untuk mempermudah para masyarakat umum dan para akuntan dalam hal menyusun laporan keuangan, menyajikan transaksi-transaksi suatu perusahaan atau pribadi, dan yang lainnya. Namun, tidak sedikit juga masyarakat umum serta akuntan yang masih belum bisa mengoperasikan perangkat lunak seperti MYOB. Pelajaran komputerisasi akuntansi dengan aplikasi MYOB mulai merambah dan dipelajari di sekolah. Pembelajaran MYOB yang semulanya dilakukan secara tatap muka di Sekolah SMK Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang berubah menjadi pembelajaran dengan sistem daring dikarenakan pandemi COVID-19. Sehingga diperlukan bahan ajar/modul dan materi lain dalam bentuk digital yang dapat diakses secara mudah bagi guru dan siswa agar pembelajaran dapat dilakukan secara efektif. Dengan demikian, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat kepada murid-murid SMK Maitreyawira Tanjungpinang dengan metode wawancara kepada guru mengenai pembelajaran yang memerlukan bantuan modul digital dan pelatihan bagi guru dan siswa. Luaran dari program ini yaitu pembuatan modul bahan ajar dan powerpoint dengan harapan agar mereka sudah mengetahui dan mahir dalam menjalankan komputer akuntansi yang tentunya sangat diperlukan di masa yang akan datang. Penulis berharap modul bahan ajar dapat menjadi pedoman dan penambahan literasi bagi sekolah. Sehingga siswa dapat mendalami pelajaran komputer akuntansi. Selain itu, diharapkan PKM selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan modul bahan ajar komputer akuntansi ini yang disesuaikan dengan pembaharuan terbaru dari aplikasi MYOB maupun aplikasi komputrer yang lain.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu penopang dan penggerak utama perekonomian di Indonesia. Di masa pandemi sekarang, banyak UMKM yang berusaha untuk bertahan dan beradaptasi sehingga usaha yang dibangun tidak tumbang. Indoria 8000 merupakan salah satu UMKM yang menghadapi masalah di masa pandemi. Pemilik kesulitan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawannya karena adanya pembatasan protokol oleh pemerintah. Tentunya untuk menghadapi masalah ini diperlukan inovasi baru yang dapat membantu pemilik untuk mengawasi kinerja aryawan dari jarak jauh atau dari rumah. Dengan pembuatan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web, pemilik tidak perlu mengunjungi lokasi tokonya secara langsung dan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk menilai kinerja karyawan sehingga pemilik usaha dapat melakukan pengontrolan terhadap kondisi kerja karyawan, mengindetifikasi kelemahan dan kekuatan tiap karyawan sehingga dapat menentukan posisi pekerjaan yang tepat, dan dapat menggunakan sistem ini sebagai patokan untuk menilai potensi karyawan sendiri.

Abstract

Food is the main need to be consumed as a source of physical health so that they can carry out their daily routines as they should. Food can be consumed by humans directly or through processing. Processed food is often sold to the public or made into a business. Business in the food sector is certainly a business that is very much in demand. However, it is not uncommon for some people to use hazardous materials in food in order to gain more profits and to compete with other entrepreneurs. These hazardous materials such as rhodamine B, borax etc. So that consumers are often disadvantaged, especially in terms of health. Efforts made by the government is to issue Law no. 8 of 1999 as a form of legal protection for consumers. For this reason, this counseling is carried out to business actors with the aim of understanding things such as: rights and obligations for business actors, rights and obligations for consumers, prohibited actions for business actors and the responsibilities of business actors as stated in Law no. 8 of 1999. The method used in community service activities is the lecture method and then managed in a qualitative form. The results obtained from the implementation of this counseling are that business actors clearly understand what are the rights and obligations of business actors and know the responsibilities of business actors.

Abstract

sistem akuntansi bagi unit usaha laundry. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, mitra yang bekerja sama adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di lokasi Nagoya dengan nama Laundry Roemah Cuci. Masalah yang dialami oleh pemilik usaha adalah pencatatan transaksi hanya menggunakan buku dengan pencatatan secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan pemilik mengalami kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksinya serta tidak mendapatkan kualitas laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Permasalahan ini menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan sebuah sistem pencatatan akuntansi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access yang sederhana dan mudah digunakan oleh pemilik usaha. Implementasi sistem pencatatan akuntansi ini dapat membantu pemilik usaha lebih mudah dalam menginput transaksi ke dalam sistem serta melihat laporan keuangan secara detil guna mengambil keputusan bisnis yang tepat.

Abstract

This scientific paper is conducted to analyze the problem that micro, small, and medium enterprise Lucky Photo Studio faced in his business operation along with the alternative solution that can be applied to resolve the problem, which there’s some problems that occurs in Lucky Photo Studio such as insufficient inventory records, unorganized bookkeeping, and cash based payment that are very conventional, according to the statement above there are multiple solutions that given to the enterprise, for example, system that designed for inventory and bookkeeping to assist the business activities, also there is a QR code which is a non cash based payment that the customers can choose to use that has been applied in the enterprise.

Abstract

Menurut Online Data Sistem (ODS) menyatakan bahwa Usaha Mikro Menengah Kecil (UMKM) di Indonesia berfungsi sebagai pendorong meningkatnya ekonomi di Indonesia. Kota Batam pada tahun 2019 s/d 2020 jumlah UMKM di Kota Batam meningkat dari 81.426 menjadi 81.575 UMKM. Banyak UMKM yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur bidang keuangan pada dasarnya, sehingga pelaksanaan dan pembuatan sistem berbasis website aplikasi laporan keuangan dilakukan kepada toko UMKM untuk mendapatkan manajemen keuangan yang lebih baik. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa primer dan sekunder, yaitu data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada pemilik toko, dan data sekunder berasal dari data-data catatan transaski, seperti nota dan faktur. Hasil pembahasan luaran kegiatan berisi tentang laporan keuangan masa Oktober 2020 s/d Desember 2020 pada UMKM toko Maestro Jaya di Kota Batam yang bergerak di toko dagang jual pecah belah/alat perabot rumah tangga.

Abstract

This practical work program aims to assist the Immigration Office Class II TPI Belakang Padang in providing information on immigration law related to the flow of applications for adding names to passports. As addressed to the public, especially for prospective applicants, with appropriate procedures based on the provisions of applicable regulations. The process of collecting data needed in the design of this project was through field observations and interviews with several authorized immigration officials. The final result of this practical work is in the form of a video slideshow and poster containing a flowchart regarding the flow of the application for adding a name to the passport, which is printed and uploaded through the official Instagram account of the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Belakang Padang.

Abstract

Laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuat bagan alur tentang prosedur pengurusan balik nama sertifikat tanah hasil jual-beli di Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) melalui Kantor Notaris & PPAT Yusuf Gutomo, SH.,M.Kn. Kantor Notaris & PPAT Yusuf Gutomo, SH.,M.Kn terletak di Kota Tanjungpinang yang menyediakan berbagai jasa pembuatan akta, salah satunya adalah pengurusan balik nama sertipikat di Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Namun pada kantor tersebut belum memiliki suatu bagan alur yang mengatur secara rinci megenai proses pengurusan tersebut. Sehingga Penulis dalam hal ini ingin membantu merancang atau menyusun sebuah prosedur pengurusan balik nama sertifikat tanah hasil jual beli di Badan Pertanahan Nasional sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kegiatan Pegabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam periode 1 Mei 2020 - 31 Juli 2020. Metode penelitian dalam laporan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarat ini adalah penelitian normatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Tahap-tahap pelaksanaan dalam penelitian ini terbagi atas 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksaan serta tahap penilaian dan pelaporan. Diawali dengan observasi dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan kemudian pengumpulan data, menganalisis serta mengimplementasikan proyek berupa flowchart tentang pengurusan balik nama sertipkat tanah hasl jual beli di Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Tahap yang harus ditempuh dalam pengurusan balik nama sertipikat tanah yaitu, para pihak mendatangi kantor PPAT untuk membuat AJB, kemudian mempersiapkan dokumen yag diperlukan untuk pengajuan permohonan balik nama sertipikat ke BPN, selanjutnya tahap penerimaan dan pemeriksaan dokumen permohonan oleh BPN. Jika dokumen telah lengkap maka akan lanjut ketahap pembayaran biaya pendaftaran. Setelah itu BPN akan melaksanakan pecatatan dan penerbitan sertipikat tanah dalam jangka wakta 5 (lima) hari kerja.

Abstract

Tua'I Yang Laundry is an UMKM established by Mr. Jammer Pasaribu in 2016, located at Perum Bambu Kuning, Batu Aji. Tua'I Yang Laundry is a service of washing clothes, and provide for washing dolls, carpets, bags, clothes, and shoes. The price in this laundry has been set by the service provider with a certain time limit. Accounting system Tua'I Yang Laundry is still using manual system, the owner Mr. Jammer Pasaribu is the one who does the recording process and still lack of knowledge in making computerized transactions. Therefore, this community service activity aims is to design an accounting recording system with Microsoft Access so that it is expected to make it easier to record income and expenses while at the same time assisting in developing certain Tua'I Laundry according to the applicable Accounting Standards (SAK). The method used is interview, observation, and documentation. The resulting information system is a Microsoft Access system which consists of an information form, namely a customer form, laundry service prices and others, then a transaction form, namely a laundry service sales form. In addition, reports are in the form of income statements, changes in capital, financial position. The implementation of the system was carried out well and could assist in compiling reports more easily and improve the quality of bookkeeping at Tua'I Yang Laundry.
