Conference on Community Engagement Project -Community service is one of pillars in Three Pillars of Higher Education. Community service is the implementation of practice of science, technology, and arts to the society institutionally through research methodology as the implementation of Three Pillars of Higher Education and responsibility to improve the ability of society. Therefore, it can accelerate the growth rate of the national development goals. To support the practice of community service, UIB Research and Community Service Center organize a Conference on Community Engagement Project (ConCEPt) that is attended by lecturers and students from both domestic and overseas universities. This conference is expected to significantly spread impact the results of community service that are directly implemented to society and spread information about science, technology, and arts to society.

Abstract

UD Uni Timber menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga untuk membuat laporan keuangannya selama 19 tahun berdiri. Hal tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kerugian jika ada kecurangan atau kesalahan dari pihak ketiga dan tidak ada pihak perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab atas hal itu karena karyawan tidak mengerti bagaimana format laporan keuangan yang sesungguhnya. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pelatihan cara membuat laporan keuangan dengan benar untuk membantu mengembangkan kompetensi staff keuangan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan pre-test untuk mengukur kemampuan staf keuangan kemudian dilakukan penjelasan dan simulasi praktik pembuatan laporan keuangan dan proses akuntansi dari suatu kasus mulai dari pencatatan sampai dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil dari pelatihan adalah hasil post test yang dapat diisi oleh staf keuangan setelah pelatihan sehingga dapat membuktikan bahwa staff keuangan telah memahami pengetahuan dasar tentang cara untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Untuk PkM selanjutnya, direkomendasikan untuk membuat jadwal yang efektif untuk semua peserta dan dibutuhkan bantuan yang berlanjut untuk memastikan manajemen keuangan dan prosedur akuntansi dapat dilaksanakan dengan benar.

Abstract

The increasing growth of collaborations that offer incubation and some entrepreneur programs for developing and facilitating the digital business, one of them is EJSC (East Java Super Corridor). EJSC (East Java Super Corridor) is is an institution under the auspices of the East Java Regional Coordinating Agency (Bakorwil) to bring the East Java Provincial Government (Pemprov) closer to the citizens. EJSC will serve community activities. The scope of this project is designing a new program which will be held for 3 months, 4 times a year. This program is called the Merintis Indonesia Summit, a creative hub to connect, collaborate & create digital business for local youth entrepreneurs into International level. The program includes digital business webinar talkshow, ideas summit day and mentoring classes to scale up and funding/investment stages. This study includes a qualitative case study to determine the topics of invention deployed by proto-entrepreneurs, and the activities that circumscribed idea development. The author used a convergent parallel mixed methods design to collect qualitative data on the process and products of Merintis Indonesia Summit. Started in October until December 2020, the project is done well and fit with project timeline, plan and budget. The project output is 10 new digital business that succed to be launched in 3 months and still going on for the next 3 batches in a year.

Abstract

The author does practical work on the Salon Jave Hairdressing SMME business starting on September 19 2021 until November 30 2021. The location of the Salon Jave Hairdressing SMME is located in Windsor. Mr. Hartono's micro, small and medium enterprises need a digital marketing plan to improve and face competition with other competitors.The process carried out during this practical work, the author conducted a survey and collected data for analysis in the form of the background of Salon Jave Hairdressing SMME. After doing the analysis, the author found several obstacles faced then the author implemented a strategy so that Mr.Hartono's business could compete with the current market. The obstacle found is the lack of a sales system so that it takes time to improve and develop a sales system. The system is a Digital marketing plan.Salon Jave Hairdressing's micro, small and medium enterprises have implemented the results of the Digital Marketing Plan which was designed and developed by the author. The author has made advertisements posted on social media and also we had registed SMME Salon JaveHairdressing to Google Business Account so that many consumers know what promotions are currently in effect on SMME Salon Jave Hairdressing.

Abstract

The pandemic that took place in 2020 has affected many activities in various fields, including in the field of education. Indonesian students must undergo distanced learning to minimize the spread of the virus in the school environment. Therefore, the role of educational technology is very important in supporting the process of distanced learning. To support the learning process of class XI computerized accounting subject, the authors carry out the preparation of digital teaching materials containing computerized accounting lessons in accordance with the 16 basic competencies in the school syllabus. The method of implementation will be started with data collection which is done by interviewing teachers of related subjects to obtain information for the design of the output. The preparation of digital teaching materials uses the Myob Accounting program version 25, Microsoft Powerpoint, OBS Studio, and Filmora. The results of the activity are 16 powerpoints containing explanations and ways of inputting trade transactions on the MYOB application and 16 video tutorials on how to input trade transactions in the MYOB application. Recommendations for the next PkM related to the preparation of outputs are to be able to obtain more information about the teaching system from teachers of related subjects to compile outputs that are in accordance with the habits of the teacher's delivery of material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies applied to increase the number of students at Globe National Plus School by using a marketing mix promotion strategy. This study used qualitative research which initially made observations of the school environment to collect data, interview the school, and carry out documentation to become evidence of observations in the school environment. The main informants in this study were the Globe National Plus school foundation, the vice principal of the Globe National Plus school, the Globe National Plus subject teachers, the Globe National Plus students and parents. The data processing procedure starts from collecting data, presenting the observed data, and presenting the data by forming a conclusion. The strategy used in this school to improve marketing efficiency for Globe National Plus School is to promote schooling with social media by paying attention to the conditions of the school environment. With this research, it is hoped that all members of this school will participate in the promotion of the Globe National Plus school by enhancing the image of the school which makes the school better known to the public.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia indirectly made internet technology even more needed, especially for school children who implemented Online School or commonly called online learning. It is undeniable that internet facilities not only have a positive impact, but also have negative impact on minors, such as hoax, pornographic content, and cyber crimes. This study uses empirical juridical methods, and the data used in this study are primary data obtained from field data and observations from the Prestasi Elementary School. Based on the results of this study, it is found that 75% of the parents/guardians of Prestasi Elementary Students did not understand the substance of Electronic Information and Transaction Law (ITE Law). The result obtained from this study are that knowledge and understanding of the ITE Law plays a crucial role for parents/guardian of Prestasi Elementary Students in supervising their children on social media. Therefore, literacy education is needed for parents/guardians of students so they can supervise their children to avoid any negative impacts on social media. Multimedia facilities can increases awareness and understanding of parents/guardians of Prestasi Elementary School related to the ITE Law.

Abstract

Pembelajaran secara daring sudah menjadi operasional utama sekolah di masa pandemi ini. Kesiapan sekolah dalam mempersiapkannya menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan murid sekolah. Namun, persiapan dalam pembelajaran secara daring memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama dan tidak sebanding dengan jumlah tenaga pendidik yang ada di mitra sekolah. Mitra sekolah dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa berlokasi di Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam mendapatkan informasi adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Bahan ajar digital berupa modul dan video pembelajaran yang masing-masing terdiri dari teori dan contoh soal mengenai materi pelajaran Harga Pokok Proses yang memenuhi kompetensi materi sekolah. Bahan ajar digital yang disusun telah dapat membantu guru SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa dalam mewujudkan proses pembelajaran akuntansi secara daring lebih efektif dan efisien. Bahan ajar digital yang telah disusun dapat digunakan secara berkelanjutan agar terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah di masa pandemi ini

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important assets owned by a business. In running a business, business owners have an obligation to ensure that human resources are able to carry out their job and responsibility precisely as well as efficiently. This can be done with job analysis, by analysing the work of each position the owner can obtain job description along with job description. Job analysis can make it easier for owners to choose the suitable human resources that are suited in one work position. As the business goes on, there is time to measure employee performance. Hence, there is a need to conduct a system that can make it easier for the owner to make an assessment by implementing performance appraisal system. Assessment indicators can be obtained from job descriptions that is obtained when carrying out job analysis. By carrying out job analysis and implementing the system, businesses can improve the overall employee work efficiency. On this research, job analysis and performance appraisal system were carried out at Rumah Makan Jodoh which is a micro business that sells various of Chinese and Indonesians cuisine. Rumah Makan Jodoh had been established since 2004. The method used in this research was observation and interviews with business owner. From the process of interviewing with owner it became aware that there is no precise responsibility of each position of the workers, therefore in this research will be conducting job analysis and implementing performance appraisal system to increase the overall work efficiency. This implementation lasted for three months. The results of this implementation were declared successful and the initial goal was achieved, which is placing the right employees in the right positions. The business owner also stated that this implementation had increased the overall work efficiency of employees.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem E-marketing dan Promotion Mix yang dirancang akan meningkatkan hasil penjualan pada Toko Kartini Frozen Penuin dalam tepat waktu sehingga dapat menjadi sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Kerja Praktek ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, perancangan, dan implementasi. Perancangan sistem dimulai dari pembuatan media sosial yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), membuat e-brosur, pembuatan banner, dan bekerja sama dengan pihak Grabfood yang diperlukan oleh UMKM. UMKM Kartini Frozen Penuin telah mampu menghasilkan Promotion Mix dan E-Marketing secara jelas.

Abstract

The purpose of this practical work is the availability of an accurate accounting record system, capable of presenting transaction records in Covindo Living's business reports. Covindo Living's operational recording still uses book-based records that contain a list of customers, types of goods, prices, and sales amounts based on the date of the transaction. This accounting recording system specially designed according to Covindo Living's needs and hopes that the system can be used sustainably to run daily operations. The output of this research is Microsoft Office Access which automatically generates financial reports, including statements of financial position, profit or loss, purchase report, sales report, and inventory report. The data collection methods used are survey, interview, and observation. The implementation of work at Covindo Living goes through the stages of preparation, implementation, and research as well as reporting with a period of four months, starting from September until December 2021. After implementation, Covindo Living's financial transactions are recorded completely and neat, financial reports are accurate so that owners can make the right decisions according to business conditions.
