Abstract

This research was carried out because of the poor learning results of students of second grade SD State 013 Rokan IV Koto on the learning of 3 sub-themes of my daily tasks at home. Based on the results of pre-cycle activities, of 12 students, only 6 students are qualified in subjects of Indonesian language and 3 students in maths. The method used by the researchers in the study of action in this class is the Kurt Lewin model which contains four (four) stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is a student of 2nd grade SD State 013 Rokan IV Koto consisting of 12 students. The results of the study showed that: 1) the application of the cooperative model of the Make a Match type can improve the activity of teachers and students. On the observation results of teacher activity in cycle I was 72,52, and increased to 90,32 in the second cycle. whereas the observations of student activity in the first cycle was 70,83, and rose to 91.7 in the Second cycle.) 2) The improvement in student learning outcomes can be seen from the average student score of pre-cycle Indonesian language subjects in the pre cycle of 66.08 with a percentage of 50%, in the 1st cycle to 75 with a percent 66.66%, and increases to 78.91 with a procent of 83.33% in the 2nd cycle. In the mathematics subject also increased i.e. pre- cycle by 61.33, with 33.33 percent, in the I cycle became 80.5 with 58.33%, and rised to 77, with a cent of 83,33% In cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran penting pengawasan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di madrasah. Melalui pendekatan kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengawasan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru. Dari segi kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus di tiga madrasah untuk mendalami pengalaman dan persepsi guru serta kepala madrasah mengenai praktik pengawasan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang bersifat mendukung, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan profesional dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja guru. Dari segi kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan survei korelasional terhadap 200 guru untuk menguji hubungan antara intensitas dan kualitas pengawasan dengan kinerja guru. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua faktor tersebut, menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan yang sering dan berkualitas tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini termasuk perlunya pelatihan bagi kepala madrasah dalam teknik supervisi yang efektif dan alokasi sumber daya yang memadai untuk pengawasan yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pengawasan yang lebih baik, dengan tujuan akhir untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki manajemen pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SDS Al Hidayah Terpadu Medan, mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, tantangan, serta strategi dan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan fasilitas pendidikan. Temuan menunjukkan komitmen kuat dari manajemen sekolah dalam menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai, namun terbatasnya anggaran dan kurangnya pelatihan staf menjadi hambatan. Tantangan meliputi peningkatan jumlah siswa dan kurangnya koordinasi antar departemen. Strategi yang diusulkan mencakup pencarian sumber pendanaan tambahan dan pelatihan staf yang komprehensif. Rekomendasi utama termasuk peningkatan anggaran, pengembangan program pelatihan, dan peningkatan koordinasi antar departemen. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan fasilitas pendidikan dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan, memberikan wawasan bagi sekolah lain dan pembuat kebijakan pendidikan tentang pentingnya manajemen fasilitas yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the activity of students during the implementation of reciprocal learning based on Google Sites and describe the completeness of student learning. This research was conducted using a classroom action research method consisting of two cycles. The research was carried out in class VII at SMPN 3 Satu Atap Borobudur. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Descriptive analysis of learning achievement and activity of students using the SPSS version 26 application. The prerequisites carried out are the normality test, homogeneity test and correlation test. Descriptive analysis uses the paired sample t test for weakly correlated data and uses the Manova test if the data is strongly correlated, as well as the Wilcoxon test for non-normally distributed data. Student activity increased from cycle I in the quite good category (66, 07%) became good (75.00%) in cycle II or there was an increase of 8.93% and student learning completeness increased so that they reached classical completeness from 71.43% in cycle I to 76.19% in cycle II or there was an increase amounted to 4.76%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterampilan berbahasa dalam kurikulum bahasa Indonesia khususnya pada penulisan puisi bebas yang seringkali menyulitkan siswa. Observasi SDN 031 di Tarai Bangun menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa kelas IV mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis sajak bebas dan hasilnya di bawah standar ketuntasan minimal.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi bebas siswa kelas IV dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW). Model TTW dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dalam pemikiran siswa melalui periode berpikir, diskusi, dan menulis, mendorong kreativitas dan pemahaman yang mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang melibatkan beberapa siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. 27 siswa kelas empat, dibagi menjadi kelompok heterogen, berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model TTW secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi bebas, meningkatkan nilai rata-rata siswa dari 61,77 poin pada Penyisihan menjadi 81,11 poin pada Siklus II, dan meningkatkan tingkat penyelesaian Klasik dari 39% menjadi 85%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management and development of guidance and counseling services in educational institutions through a literature study approach. The main issues raised include challenges in organizing guidance and counseling, effective management efforts, and service development strategies that can improve the quality of guidance in schools. In this context, guidance and counseling is considered as one of the important aspects in supporting student development, both in academic, social, and psychological domains. The method used in this study is a literature study, namely by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting literature related to the management and development of guidance and counseling services in educational institutions. Data were obtained from various library sources, such as books, scientific journals, and articles that are relevant to this topic. The results of the study indicate that the management of guidance and counseling services needs to be supported by careful planning, involvement of various related parties, and training for counselors. In addition, the development of guidance and counseling services is expected to focus on innovation of methods and approaches that are more adaptive to student needs. These findings can be a reference for improving the quality of guidance and counseling services in educational institutions in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di kelas V UPT SDN 001 Langgini. Yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritismatematika siswa di kelas III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindalan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 orang guru dan 20 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil Hasil tes pada siklus 1 pertemuan I menunjukkan ada 7 orang peserta didik (35%) dari 20 peserta didik yang termasuk tuntas dengan kategori kurang kritis (<69), dan pada siklus 1 pertemuan II menunjukkan ada 9 orang peserta didik (45%) dari 20 peserta didik yang termasuk tuntas dengan kategori kurang kritis (<69), sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan I menunjukkan ada 12 orang peserta didik (60%) dari 20 orang peserta didik yang termasuk tuntas dengan kategori sangat kurang kritis (<69), dan pada siklus II pertemuan II menunjukkan ada 17 orang peserta didik (85%) dari 20 orang peserta didik yang termasuk tuntas dalam kategori kritis (89-90).

Abstract

This study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of the fourth grade students of IV UPT SD Negeri 008 Langgini Sendayan for the academic year 2023/2024, which consists of 15 students. This research method is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages of learning, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The time of the study was carried out in may 2024. Data collection techniques were in the form of documentation, observation and tests. The results of the critical thinking skills of fourth grade studentss of IV UPT SD Negeri 008 Langgini in pre-action with an average value of 52,27 with a learning completeness percentage of 27%. In cycle 1 meeting, 1 the average value 60,27 with a learning completeness percentage of 41% and in the first cycle of the second meeting, there was increase with an average value of 67,5 with a learning mastery percentage of 50%. In the second cycle of the first meeting, it also increased with an average value of 74,54 with a learning mastery percentage of 77%, and in cycle 2, the second meeting increased again with an average value of 81,59 with a learning completeness percentage of 86%. Thus, it can be concluded that by applying the Project Based Learning model, it can improve the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students at IV UPT SD Negeri 008 Langgini.

Abstract

This study aims to improve reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language lessons for fourth grade students at State Elementary School 001 salo by using the CIRC method. This type of research is classroom action research with the research subjects of fourth grade students at Elementary UPT SD Negeri 001 Salo, which totaled 19 students. The object of this research is to examine students' reading comprehension skills with the CIRC method. Data collection techniques Data collection techniques were observation, interview, test, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Research results The results showed that the application of the CIRC method can improve skills and The learning process of reading comprehension for fourth grade students at State Elementary School 001 Salo. From the improvement of this action, there was an improvement in the process, which can be seen in the condition of students who are more active in learning activities. The process of improvement can be seen in the condition of students who are more active in learning activities. Process improvement has a positive impact on improving product quality. This is based on the fact that the fact that the reading comprehension test increased, as evidenced by the average student score of 55. Average of 55, with the achievement of classical completeness of 21%, post-action cycle I of 66.31 with the achievement of classical completeness of 42%, post-action cycle 2 of 66.31 with the achievement of classical completeness of 42%, and post-action cycle 2 of 82.1 with classical completeness of 84%.

Abstract

This research is undermined by the low Critical Thinking Ability of students on the learning of IPAS in Class IV UPT SDN 004 Salo. One solution to solving this problem is to use a model of Science and Technology Society. (STM). The study aims to enhance critical thinking skills using the Learning Model of Social Science Technology (STM) in IV grade students of UPT SDN 004 Salo. This research method is Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles consisting of two meetings and four stages, namely implementation planning, observation and reflection. The subject of this research is a student of class IV UPT 004 Salo It consists of 23 students there are 11 male students and 12 female students. Data collection methods use observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Research results show that using the Learning Model of Social Science Technology (STM) can improve students' ability to think critically. This is demonstrated by the obtaining of observation results at each cycle I meeting I of 23 students, it is known that the critical thinking ability of students that are included in the classification range reaches 7 people or 30% and the I cycle meeting II there are 9 people or 40%. Then cycle II meeting I there are 13 people or 56% who suffer from impotence and at cycle 2 meeting II increased to 20 people or 87%.
