Abstract

Entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The ease of obtaining information or internet access is increasingly felt by most people, including in the Class III Sukamara Penitentiary (Lapas). This convenience is felt to greatly facilitate employees in terms of administration, especially for Sukamara Prison officers, who are greatly assisted in accessing the Personnel Management Information System (Simpeg) application. The personnel management information system to improve the quality of personnel administration data management which currently has 52 ASN on duty at Sukamara III Prison. The personnel management information system or SIMPEG at the Class III Sukamara Penitentiary is one form of e-government implementation in transparent and objective personnel services, in addition to presenting personnel information, it is also specifically designed to improve services in the field of personnel administration such as rank, transfer or mutation and dismissal of State Civil Apparatus from and in office. The research approach used in this study is qualitative with a literature study research method. The literature research period is calculated from October 1, 2024 to review and search for relevant reference sources. In order for communication patterns and a high sense of responsibility to be formed, socialization efforts must be carried out routinely so that employees (ASN) can truly understand the goals, roles, functions and a series of benefits from using the digital-based personnel system application. This will have a positive impact on the development of the Sukamara Class III prison, which is innovative, progressive towards innovations that lead to good information technology in order to realize a prison with optimal digitalization services.

Abstract

Digital learning itself is a system that can help students learn more widely, more varied, or more. With the support provided, students can conduct their learning activities anywhere, anytime, regardless of location, time, or distance. The teaching materials offered can also be more diverse than just oral forms, such as: Text, images, visuals, audio, movement, and so on. Digital learning requires interactive communication between students and teachers using information and communication technology. For example, the use of computer media with the internet, smartphones with various applications, video, telephone or fax. Literacy learning planning teachers design learning designs on certain subjects or materials that are adjusted to the characteristics of the class. For this reason, before designing, teachers should make observations that can be strengthened by interviews to find out the condition of the class and analyse the needs of students. During the teaching and learning process, the teacher is not only the one who transfers knowledge but the teacher must also be able to provide the means for students to form their thoughts as well as their attitudes. In addition, teachers must have a strong desire to carry out their duties, a sense of responsibility for their position, and interest in the plans they make in the form of lesson plans. In this evaluation, teachers use various methods and instruments to measure the extent to which students understand the basic concepts of digital literacy, such as digital safety, online ethics and information management. In addition, the evaluation also includes assessing students' practical skills in using software, applications and digital tools, such as information retrieval, data processing and online communication.

Abstract

In general, mung bean plants in the farming system are only an intercropping crop so that planting is done in the second or third planting season during the rainy season. Shade treatment on mung bean plants, for example netting/paranet used as shade on mung bean plants. The shade provided and received greatly determines the response of mung beans to growth and production. The method used in this research is the Randomised Group Design (RAK), testing is done through 2 stages, namely: anova variance analysis, and the smallest real difference test (BNT) with 5 samples of mung bean plants per treatment, with 3 replications, so that the total observation unit is 15 plants. The results showed that the control plants or without shade (P0) showed the results of plant height, number of leaves, number of pods, number of seeds, and kring weight, which were better than plants with 60% shade treatment (P1), and plants with 80% shade treatment (P2).

Abstract

This research aims to find out the innovations made by the event organizer Afgan Nada. organizer Afgan Nada and find out the factors supporting and inhibiting factors in making innovations by renting event organizer services organizer Afgan Nada. Form The form of research used is qualitative research. Penelitian conducted in Desa Pantenan Kecamatan Panceng Kabupaten Gresik, Java East. Data collection techniques by observation and interview. The subjects of this research are owner, staff and customers of Event organizer “New Afgan Nada”. The innovation carried out by the “New Afgan Nada” event organizer service rental centers on improving service quality, providing an unforgettable experience and utilizing technology. The main supporting factors in making innovations in the rental of “New Afgan Nada” event organizer services include leadership, well-established team solidity, and an extensive network of relationships. However, on the other hand, there are some inhibiting factors, such as cost investment, fierce market competition, limited internal resources and changing opinions or ideas.

Abstract

This research explores the phenomenon of thuggery at Carocok Beach, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra, and its impact on visitor comfort.  Using a narrative review method, this research collects and analyzes data from various literature sources to provide a comprehensive picture of the culture of thuggery and its effects.  The research results show that thuggery in this coastal area is characterized by acts of extortion, intimidation and physical violence by certain individuals or groups, which not only disturbs local residents but also disturbs the comfort of tourists.  The impacts include a decrease in the number of tourists, a negative image of the area, economic losses, diversion of tourist destinations, reduced investment, and psychological impacts on tourists.  This research recommends strict law enforcement, community empowerment, improving infrastructure quality, and socio-economic programs as strategic steps to overcome thuggery and support sustainable tourism development on Carocok Beach.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Camplong II Village, Fatuleu District, from 6 February to 6 May 2024. The research method used in this research was the Randomized Group Design (RAK) method which consisted of 3 levels of treatment, namely: treatment without shade, treatment with shade 60 % and 80% shade treatment which was repeated 3 times and 5 plants were taken as samples for each repetition, so there were 45 plants as observation units. The results of this research show that the no shade treatment, 60% shade treatment and 80% shade treatment showed the number of seeds and pod weight in peanut plants. The conclusion from this research is that treatment without shade is the treatment that provides maximum results for all parameters.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of students' knowledge of Sharia Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending fintech on their preferences in choosing financial services. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey conducted on the 2020 class of Sharia Banking students at UIN SMDD Bukittinggi. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 79 respondents. The results show that the students' knowledge of Sharia P2P lending significantly affects their preference for selecting Sharia financial services. The study concludes that increasing financial literacy and knowledge of Sharia financial products is essential to encourage students' preferences towards Sharia-based financial services. The implications of these findings can be used to develop more effective educational programs to improve Sharia fintech literacy.

Abstract

This report discusses the phenomenon of online gambling among adolescents, which has grown rapidly due to technological advancements. The phenomenon is analyzed from various aspects, including the types of online gambling, the factors driving its increasing popularity, and the social, economic, and psychological impacts on adolescents. The report also evaluates government regulations and provides recommendations to minimize the negative impacts of this activity. The intervention was carried out using a group approach (mezzo), involving observation and interviews in the Jatiasih area. The results revealed that adolescents are drawn to online gambling due to its accessibility, promises of profit, and peer influence. The findings highlight patterns of addiction that lead to financial losses, stress, and social relationship damage. The mezzo technique proved effective in raising group awareness, despite initial resistance challenges. The report suggests an integrated approach involving families, educational institutions, and the government to create sustainable solutions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has drastically changed the marketing paradigm, forcing companies to adapt to new approaches that are more interactive and data-driven. This research aims to analyse the transformation of marketing strategies in the digital era through a literature study that examines various changes in traditional marketing methods towards digital. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research identifies the role of social media, technology, and e-commerce in changing the marketing landscape. The results show that social media has become a key channel for building interactive relationships with consumers through visual content and influencer marketing. Technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and marketing automation are also proven to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by providing a more personalised experience. On the other hand, e-commerce platforms provide great opportunities for companies to expand market reach and improve competitiveness through promotions and loyalty programmes. The study also underlines the importance of innovation in marketing strategies to survive in an increasingly competitive market. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of digital marketing and its implications for companies, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities that arise in the digital era.
