Abstract

PKM aims to improve the skills of early childhood educators in preparing teaching modules based on parental involvement at the level of Early Childhood Education (PAUD).  This service is carried out because the teaching module plays a very important role in the implementation of quality Early Childhood Education. In addition, researchers found that many schools when carrying out parenting activities do not provide many guidebooks as guidelines for parents to understand parenting material in stimulating various aspects of Child Development. Parenting materials delivered during parenting activities also have not focused on aspects of social emotional development which is one of the most important aspects to be developed in children from an early age. In addition, several factors were found to cause lack of stimulation in the aspect of social emotional development in children including: First, limited knowledge related to the preparation of social emotional material to develop teaching modules. Second, the lack of role of parents in providing care, especially in stimulating the social emotional development of children, because basically parents have a great influence in stimulating the social emotional development of children. If parents do not set a good example, lack attention, or are not involved in educating children positively, then the child's development can be neglected. Social emotional development during the golden age is the spearhead that determines attitudes, values, and behavior in the future. The implementation of The Independent curriculum has become the main focus in improving the quality of education at the PAUD unit level. One of the most important aspects in the implementation of The Independent curriculum in early childhood education is the mentoring activities for the preparation of teaching modules. A well-structured teaching module can be an effective guideline for educators and parents in providing a better and enjoyable learning experience for children. Mentoring in the preparation of teaching modules in early childhood education is important because the module is a tool that is needed by educators and parents in the teaching process. Teaching modules can help educators to design learning activities that match the characteristics and developmental needs of early childhood. With mentoring, educators can get in-depth guidance on how to develop modules that explore the child's potential and stimulate aspects of Child Development and integrate principles into the curriculum used. The importance of mentoring activities in the preparation of teaching modules is also related to efforts to improve the quality and relevance of learning in early childhood education, especially in parenting activities carried out to support the success of children's education. With assistance, the preparation of modules can be more targeted, accommodate the diversity of learners, and ensure that learning materials in accordance with the development and needs of children.

Abstract

PT Sinar Komunikasi Nusantara is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that faces challenges in managing customer data and handling services due to a fragmented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across divisions. This issue leads to slow response times to customer complaints, reduced work efficiency, and limited service personalization. To address these problems, a web-based CRM system was designed and implemented using the Waterfall development methodology. The development stages included requirements analysis, user interface and database design, application implementation, and functional testing. The resulting system provides features such as login, internet package management, complaint submission, and service upgrade/downgrade requests. User testing results indicate that the system is easy to use, enhances operational efficiency, and improves communication between the company and its customers. The implementation of this CRM system enables the company to improve service quality and foster long-term customer relationships.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as a strategic performance evaluation tool at the Bandung City Environmental Agency (DLHK). Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews and internal document analysis. The results of the study indicate that DLHK has implemented various programs such as “Kang Pisman” and air quality monitoring, but still faces obstacles such as limited human resources, low digitalization, and suboptimal community participation. The implementation of the BSC through four perspectives—finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth—has proven to be able to identify gaps and provide strategic direction for more measurable and sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of literacy learning design at SDN Kayumpia, Sigi, and SD N Lemahduhur, Bogor, using a qualitative narrative approach. It aims to understand the context, challenges, and impacts of literacy learning design on students’ skills in these rural schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 4 teachers, 2 principals, and 10 students, classroom observations, and RPP document analysis. Narrative analysis revealed that key needs include culturally relevant reading materials, teacher training in literacy strategies, and integration of local context in learning. Major challenges include limited resources, such as a lack of reading books, and insufficient teacher professional development for cross-curricular literacy integration. However, a local wisdom-based approach, such as using folktales, enhanced student engagement. The findings indicate improved student motivation and reading skills, though implementation is hindered by a rigid curriculum. The study recommends developing contextual literacy resources, ongoing teacher training, and curriculum flexibility to support the School Literacy Movement. This research contributes to the development of relevant literacy practices in rural schools.

Abstract

The research method uses analytical descriptive with triangulation actions carried out so as to determine the final results of the analysis as follows; 1) Preparation and Observation, attendance, RPS, theoretical basis, student ability data and explaining the Qur'an as a source of Islamic law. 2) Taking data from the mid-term exam summative test. 3) giving the name of the surah and verses to the specified surah number. 4) looking for the mention of the word al-Qur'an in juz 1-5. 5) looking for the mention of the word al-Qur'an in the specified QS. 6) giving a questionnaire for Learning Evaluation Planning Using the Ministry of Religion's Al-Qur'an Application. With the results of the study, as many as 4 (2.6%) respondents always read the Qur'an on mobile applications with various branch markets, 9 (13.8%) often, 21 (32.3%) sometimes, 7 (10.7%) never read the Qur'an using the application. A total of 12 (18.5%) respondents always chose to use applications other than the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Al-Qur'an as learning media, 14 (21.5%) often, 31 (47.6%) sometimes, 5 (7.6%) respondents never chose to use applications other than the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Al-Qur'an as learning media. The obstacles in using the Al-Qur'an application were not too difficult due to the respondents' basic study of informatics engineering, the use of applications other than the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Al-Qur'an application in Islamic religious education learning, respondents used Pro Muslim, Al-Qur'an Indonesia, NU online, and Google Browser.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Workload on Employee Performance, to determine the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance and to determine the Workload and Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang. The research methodology uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample with 60 respondents. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study indicate that: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Law, Social and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 10.878 > t table 2.002 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 6.722 > t-table 2.002, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Workload and the non-physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Law, Social, and Political Sciences, Terbuka University Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, as evidenced by the calculated f-value of 59.586 > F-table 3.16, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Net Profit Margin at PT KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative method. The sample used is the Financial Report of PT KMI Wire and Cable, Tbk for 10 years, namely 2015-2024. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 (Statictical Product and Service Solution 26). The results of this study are that the Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on the Net Profit Margin Determination Value or contribution of 5,3%. And the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value <t table or (0,667 <2,364). This is strengthened by a significance value of 0,0523> 0,05. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect The determination value or contribution of influence is 20,5% and the hypothesis test obtained the calculated t value > t table or (1,438 < 2,364). With a significance value of 0,188 > 0,05. Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have no significant effect on Net Profit Margin with a determination coefficient value of 23,6% while the remaining 76,4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test calculated F value > F table or (1,078 < 4,74). This is also strengthened by a significance value of 0,391> 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tax morale and tax awareness on the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers registered in the West and East Balikpapan Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Balikpapan Barat and Timur). This research is quantitative in nature and employs primary data. The sample size used in this study consists of 100 respondents of non-employee individual taxpayers registered in the West and East Balikpapan Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama Balikpapan Barat and Timur). The data analysis tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) ver 4.0. The results of this study indicate that tax morale has a positive and significant influence on the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers, and tax awareness influences the compliance of non-employee individual taxpayers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic achievement and organizational activeness on employability among alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung. The research employs a quantitative causal design. The population consists of all alumni from 2022–2024, with a total sample of 125 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 9% margin of error. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that academic achievement has a positive but insignificant effect on employability, while organizational activeness has a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that active participation in student organizations strengthens interpersonal, leadership, and adaptability skills, which directly contribute to graduates' competitiveness in the job market. The faculty is encouraged to enhance mentoring programs and organizational activities to improve students' career readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of integrity and competence on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) of Eastern Sumatra. The research was conducted based on the reality that employee performance in public institutions often fluctuates, which may be influenced by differences in employees’ ethical attitudes and skill levels. The quality of human resources in public organizations is determined not only by technical capability but also by the moral integrity of each employee. This research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, in which all 80 employees at the Regional Office of DJBC Eastern Sumatra were used as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the effect of the independent variables (integrity and competence) on the dependent variable (employee performance).The results show that both integrity and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The t-test results show that integrity significantly influences performance (t = 1.971 > t-table = 1.664), while competence also significantly affects performance (t = 9.062 > t-table = 1.664). The F-test result (F = 239.120 > F-table = 3.12) shows that both variables simultaneously influence employee performance, with an R² value of 0.928. This indicates that 92.8% of the variation in performance can be explained by integrity and competence, while the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
