Abstract

Abstract

Makalah ini menganalisa, pertama apakah omubsman sebagai lembaga pegnawasan layanan publik negara telah memiliki legal standing sebagai organisasi belajar, kedua apakah ombudsman telah menunjukkan kinerjanya sebagai organisasi belajar. Hal ini akan dibuktikan dalam perspektif legal dan faktual berbasis kinerja karena kinerja ombudsman akan ditentukan oleh bagaimana ombudsman sebagai organisasi layanan publik negara juga menunjukkan kinerja sebagai organisasi belajar. Metoda penulisan makalah ini menggungaka metoda analisis konten pada dokumen aspek legal standing dan teoritik learning organization. Hasil kajiann makalah ini adalah Pertama, Legal standing UU No 37 tahun 2008 dan PP No 64 tahun 2012 dapat disimpulkan bahwa landasan yuridis ombudsman dalam hal sistem sumberdaya manusia dan kinerjanya sudah cukup tegas dan jelas. Akan tetapi, jika dianalisis lebih jauh dalam hal kinerja ombudsman sebagai organisasi belajar masih perlu dibuktikan secara analisis tekstual, teroritik dan faktual. Hal ini karena masih sangat banyak fakta-fakta dan temuan yang berkaitan dengan kinerja ombudsman RI baik di pusat dan perwakilan daerah masih sangat jauh dari kepuasan publik. Kedua, sebagai sebuah lembaga pengawasan layanan publik negara, ombudsman perlu membangun sebuah model organisasi belajar yang relevan dengan kebutuhan, visi dan misi ombudsman sebagaimana diharapkan UU No 37 tahun 2008 tentang ombudsman dan PP No 64 tahun 2012 tentang sistem sumberdaya ombudsman. Ombudsman memerlukan pengembangan lima subsistem terkait dengan organisasi belajar. Subsistem-subsistem ini adalah pembelajaran (Learning), organisasi (Organizatioan), manusia (People), pengetahuan (Knowlwdge), dan teknologi (Technology). Kelimanya diperlukan untuk mempertahankan pembelajaran organisasi yang berkelanjutan dan kesuksesan kelembagaan ombudsnan sesuai tugas, pokok, fungsi dan kewenangannya sesuai konstitusi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the quality of work life, self-confidence and corporate culture can improve an employee's performance. The research method used is literature study, where information is collected from several reliable sources. The results of the study show that a good quality of work life can improve employee performance by creating a healthy and comfortable work environment. This can motivate employees to work more productively and creatively in their tasks. In addition, high employee selfconfidence can have a positive impact on their performance. Employees who are confident in their abilities are more likely to take initiative and take risks to achieve better results. Good corporate culture can also affect employee performance. A positive corporate culture can create a harmonious and supportive work environment that can motivate employees to work better and achieve more satisfying results. In short, it can be said that the quality of work life, self-confidence and corporate culture play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies must provide a healthy and comfortable work environment, provide opportunities for employees to develop themselves and pay attention to the values and norms contained in the corporate culture. In this way, employee performance can improve and better results can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and obtain information on the extent to which economic aspects such as population density, GDP of the industrial sector, and the role of government affect environmental quality. This is reflected in the Environmental Budget for Environmental Quality (IKLH). The information used in this study covers 34 regions in Indonesia from 2018 to 2021. In this study, the least squares method (PLS) with model (FEM) was used. The results show that all three have a large impact on the variable IKLH. The fluctuating population density has a negative impact on Indonesia's environmental quality, while the fluctuating GRDP and environmental budget in the industrial sector have a positive impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of foreign direct investment or FDI, labor productivity and technology proxied by patent application data on economic growth in the 18 European Union countries that are members of the OECD. The scientific technique used in this study is a panel data analysis strategy with the selection of Fixed Effect Models in 18 European Union countries, namely Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary and Ireland. , Italy, Latvia. , Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden for the 2014-2019 period. The dependent variable in this study is economic growth, while the independent variable is FDI, labor productivity and technology with patent application data. The results of this study indicate that FDI and labor productivity have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, technology with patent application data has a positive and insignificant impact on economic growth.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties experienced by students in solving geometric problems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause students' difficulties in solving geometric problems. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were 38 grade VIII students of junior high school. The research instruments used were problem-solving ability tests, interview guidelines, and observation sheets. The results showed that the factors that caused students to experience difficulties in solving geometry problems consisted of internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the students, including inaccuracy, lack of understanding of mathematical concepts related to problems, and students' geometric skills. Meanwhile, internal factors come from outside the students themselves, namely from educators and the learning process carried out.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method whose data source came from conversations between hotel guests and employees at the Kashantee Village Hotel. Where the data were analyzed using theory from Austin (1962) to analyze the Locutionary, Illocutionary and Perlocutionary Actfrom the complaint strategy found. The author found that there were four complaint strategies found in Kashantee Village Hotel, namely No Explicit Blame, Blame, Repair Request, Threat. and the writer hopes that the readers can understand how the strategy for resolving hotel guest complaints is based on speech acts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Company Size, Profitability, and Leverage on Audit Delays in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 Period. Company size is proxied by ln total sales, profitability is measured by Return On Assets (ROA) measured by EBIT (Earning Before Interest and Tax) divided by total assets, leverage is measured by Debt To Equity Ratio where debt is divided by equity, and audit delay is measured by Audit report date divided by financial statement date. The method used is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 12 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period. The type of data is secondary data sourced from financial reports and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that simultaneous Company Size, Profitability, and Leverage significantly influence Audit Delay. Partially, company size do not have a significant effect on audit delays. While partially Profitability and Laverage has a significant effect on Audit Delay.

Abstract

Economic growth is inseparable from investment coming in, both PMDN and FDI, because with the increasing number it means that it can be used as capital so that the inflow of investment will spur the stock of the workforce in helping economic activity. This study will examine the effect of investment and the workforce on the development of economic growth in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. This research is in the form of a quantitative descriptive study using secondary data and in the form of Panel Data, time series used in the 2011-2021 period, with regional observations or (cross sections) of 10 Provinces, The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (OLS). . The results of the research show that the results of Domestic Investment (PMDN) and Foreign Investment (PMA) have a positive and significant influence on the Economic Growth of 10 Provinces on Sumatra Island in 2011-2021.

Abstract

In 2015, the Kupang City Government together with the Kupang City Regional People's Representative Council promulgated twelve Perda. Even though it has been promulgated through a juridical mechanism, it turns out that there are still regional regulations which give rise to various interpretations due to the use of legal language that is incorrect, inaccurate and unclear. Therefore, the problem of this writing is whether the structure of the legal language of the Kupang City Regional Regulation is in accordance with the rules of good legal language and what legal meaning underlies the thoughts of the Kupang City Regional Regulation. The results of the study show that the formation of the Regional Regulation of the City of Kupang Number 2 of 2015 concerning Gender Mainstreaming does not use a good and correct structure of Indonesian legal language, because in the regional regulation found the language of norms that are not properly organized, and ethics and logic that are not aligned. However, in terms of the use of Indonesian legal language which means the Kupang City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2015 has used Indonesian legal language which means/is in the nature of orders, choices, prohibitions, and freedoms.
