Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Agung Toyota Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The populations in this study were customers who bought a car and used regular service at PT. Agung Toyota Harapan Raya with a total of 1,478 people. The sample calculation technique used the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 100 people. The sample selection method in this study used the incidental technique, namely the determination of the sample based on chance. The data analysis deployed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive but not significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

AnterAja is a company engaged in the delivery of goods, services and logistics based on information technology, headquartered in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. In this study, an analysis of service quality was carried out which could conclude the public's assessment of AnterAja's expedition. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the quality of service at AnterAja is acceptable or not by users. AnterAja service success measurement is determined by the level of user satisfaction using the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method. The research data was processed using SPSS 25 software. The significant standard used in the study was 5% (0.05). From the research results show that of the five independent variables, only two variables are accepted significantly, which means that there is an influence, namely Reliability and Responsiveness. While the three variables, namely Tangibles, Assurance, and Empathy, have no significant effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Delima Bike Shop is a shop that sells various bicycles and bicycle accessories. In the current system, the Delima Bike Shop in recording sales and purchase data uses writing on paper, namely notes, while stock calculations still use the traditional system using a stock book. Therefore, this study aims to design a sales and service information system using the PHP programming language, MySQL database. This research has stages, namely problem identification, literature study, problem formulation, data collection, system design and report generation. So as to produce a system that can overcome the problems that occur at the Delima Bike Shop in managing its operational activities such as data on suppliers, users, stock of goods, buying and selling, and making reports, making it easier to control data so that it helps the Delima Bike Shop in managing data to be better and orderly.

Abstract

The level of competition in the business world is already considered very tight in Indonesia because every business tries to attract market share in order to retain consumers and attract new consumers. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out various efforts through market strategies in order to win the competition and ultimately achieve business objectives. One aspect of taking part in a change is the public's demand for loyalty. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing, Store Image, and product completeness on consumer loyalty through Trust as a variable intervening in the Pakning Jaya trading business. The number of respondents used in this research is 100 respondents who shop at Pakning Jaya trading business. The research analysis technique used in this research is Accidental Sampling analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of PLS software. From the tests that have been done, it can be seen that Relationship Marketing, Store Image, and product completeness have affected customer loyalty to consumers of Pakning Jaya's trading business.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze variable of Tax Policy, Tax Amnesty Programme, Economic Growth, Inflation and Individual Taxpayer Compliance on Tax Receipt in Pekanbaru. The population in this research were all individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pekanbaru. While the samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling was done by using incidental sampling method. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The independent variables used are Tax Policy, Tax Amnesty Programme, Economic Growth, Inflation and Individual Taxpayer Compliance. The analytical technique used is path analysis using SPSS version 21.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of tax policy, tax amnesty program, inflation and individual taxpayer compliance significantly affect tax receipt in Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, economic growth has no significant effect on tax receipt in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMK Negeri Tambusai Utara, Rokan Hulu. The sampling technique used in this study used a sample in which all members of the population became the sample, as many as 78 people became the sample. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and the Equation Structure Model (SEM) PLS with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of this study indicate that commitment and work discipline are not significant on job satisfaction. The work environment is significantly positive on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment and work discipline are significant to performance. Environment and job satisfaction are not significant to performance. For further writers can add other independent factors that can affect teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance. Both internal factors that exist at school and factors outside of school.

Abstract

Tourism travel now has been a lifestyle of most community. Recently, halal tourism has received a lot of attention from various parties. The Indonesian government has determined several provinces as Halal tourism destination areas (Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD), Sumatera Barat, DKI Jakarta, and Jawa Barat). This study attempts to examine the factors that influence the intention to visit that city. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed using google form. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. A total of 396 data are eligible for further analysis using SEM-AMOS. The results of the study found that the variables that influence attitudes and intentions to visit halal tourism vary between halal tourism areas. Variables that have a consistent effect are found in subjective norms where the results are positive and significant on attitudes and intentions. On the other hand, none of the halal tourism areas found a significant effect of PBC on intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, profitability, leverage, liquidity and company growth on going concern audit opinions companies in the 2018-2021 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used as a sample selection method. So that there are 228 samples of company data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Logistic regression is used as a method of data analysis because the dependent variable uses a dummy variable as a measuring instrument. The results show that financial distress has an effect on going concern, profitability has an effect on going concern, leverage has an effect on going concern, liquidity has an effect on going concern and growth has an effect on going concern.

Abstract

Optimization of MSMEs, one of the goals is to accelerate the recovery of the national economy, which is dominated by Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The formulation of the problems in this study is 1) how the marketing digitalization model for MSMEs in Pertakina Blitar as a means of promotion so far, 2) how the financial digitization model for MSMEs in Pertakina Blitar as a tool to make it easier to make financial reports, 3) how is the digitalization model of employment contracts for MSMEs in Pertakina Blitar. Thebenefits of this research are 1) the results of this study are expected to provide the latest information or the latest updates on marketing / marketing digitalization, digitalization of finance and digital work contracts on MSMEs in Pertakina Blitar. The findings and recommendations of this study are expected to be input for policy makers and policy implementers to improve the digitalization management model for MSMEs Pertakina Blitar, 2) the draft digital marketing management model, financial digitization and digital work contracts are expected to be a model system in the following research with applications that can be applied more simply and can be applied to MSMEs Pertakina Blitar. This means that this system can be operated at MSMEs in Pertakina Blitar, whereby using digitalization, MSME products in Pertakina Blitar can be more affordable anytime and anywhere by consumers. Qualitative research methods are research methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism used to examine objects with natural conditions (real state, not set or in an experimental state) in which the researcher is the key instrument. The research subjects were determined based on the focus of the study, including: (1) 14 MSMEs who are members of Pertakina, (2) MSMEs that are directly or indirectly involved in the management of marketing, finances, and contracts where they are increasingly representative. Collecting data and information generated through observation methods, in-depth interviews, FGDs, and analysis of texts, documents, and digital files. The information obtained during in-depth interviews with several MSMEs who members of the Pertakina Blitar community are shows that the model of digitalization of marketing in MSMEs is not carried out optimally, and some have not even promoted through electronic marketing, nor have they recorded regularly in financial administration and have never done a written work contract, let alone electronically. MSMEs who are members of the Pertakina Blitar community need an increase in skills and abilities in their human resources through training and assistance in digital marketing, training on financial recording and digital finance as well as assistance at the same time, training on making written contracts and digital contracts. Downstreaming of the digital economy of MSMEs and Cooperatives in Indonesia, the problem is that digital literacy is still low, production capacity is inadequate, production quality is inconsistent or relatively low.

Abstract

Assyifa studio Assyifa Studio, Muara Sabak Timur District is a service provider business to organize an event that is already professional. Assyifa Studio has encountered problems with the system that is running, including frequent errors in data collection of booking schedules that cause schedule collisions between customers so that rental services often occur. the wedding organizer was booked at the same time. Because the administration is still recording bookings using tickets or notes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system that is running, in order to overcome the problems faced at Assyifa studio, by designing a wedding Organizer rental service information system design using the FCFS algorithm on Assyifa studio, to provide convenience in conducting online transactions and help book the Wedding Organizer schedule and improve services in receiving orders for Wedding Organizer services.
