Abstract

Service quality, brand image, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, pawnshop Abstract. This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Pemalang branch pawnshop (case study on UPC Ulujami. The population in this study is customers of PT. Ulujami branch pawnshop totaling 1250 people with a research sample of 95 people. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires.the analysis technique used in this researcher is multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 22 program used to analyze the data. Based on the results of this study, it shows that (1) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (2) Brand image affects customer loyalty. (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. (4) Service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Competitive Advantage and Consumer Interest on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, data was obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents who were Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture Consumers. The research technique used is multiple liner regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that Competitive Advantage and Consumer Interest simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture. Competitive Advantage partially has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture, and Consumer Interest partially has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions on Istiqomah Tasikmalaya Furniture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in preventing poverty in the village of Sungai Jering. The background of this research problem is the high poverty rate, which is a major challenge for local governments in improving community welfare. The BLT program is expected to provide direct economic support to poor and vulnerable families. The theoretical concepts underlying this research include transparency, community participation, supervision, justice, and social security. The research method used is qualitative, allowing researchers to understand phenomena holistically and deeply. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving BLT beneficiaries and other related parties. The results of the study show that the BLT program in Sungai Jering has succeeded in increasing the purchasing power of the community and providing economic stability for recipient families. This success is marked by active community participation in the monitoring and implementation of the program, as well as high transparency in the distribution of assistance. However, to improve the program's effectiveness, support in the form of long-term sustainable economic empowerment programs is needed. In conclusion, BLT can be an effective tool in poverty alleviation strategies if implemented well, with high accountability and strong community involvement. With the right policies, this program is expected to become a model for other villages in managing social assistance effectively.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational culture and competence on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and supported by secondary data. The data analysis technique used uses SPSS software. The sample in this research were all production employees of plastic companies in Surabaya. The total sample was 94 respondents from plastic company employees in Surabaya. The results of this research show that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The competency variable has a significant effect on the performance of Plastic Company employees in the city of Surabaya. Work culture variables and competency variables together have a significant effect on the performance of Plastic Company employees in Surabaya.

Abstract

Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit is a vital component in airport operations, playing an important role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight services. This study aims to determine what obstacles are encountered during inspection activities and how does the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with field observations and then conducting analysis. The subjects of this study were Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers at Supadio Airport, Pontianak. The research period was 1 month. The results of the study can be concluded that the main obstacles of the AMC unit at Supadio Airport, Pontianak include communication difficulties due to noise, limited visual supervision, and coordination between units. The proposed solutions include improving communication systems, expanding surveillance camera coverage, optimizing personnel, regular training, using new technologies such as drones, and evaluating and improving operational procedures. The implementation of these solutions is expected to improve the effectiveness of the AMC inspection function, support the discipline of apron officers, and improve the safety and smoothness of airport operations..

Abstract

One topic that is often discussed in marketing management is service quality. Service quality is an indicator of the service provided by the service provider to the service recipient. Service quality is also an early indicator of customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to find out what types of service sectors have been researched in the marketing sector, especially service quality in Serang City. This service quality research method uses qualitative methods originating from journals that have been previously researched with research questions including year of publication, field of service studied, dimensions of service quality used, and research methods. It is hoped that the results of this research can intensify research in Serang City, especially service quality related to marketing management. Considering the limited data available and the breadth of the service quality sector for the size of Serang City.

Abstract

Along with the times and advances in technology, entrepreneurship has become an important pillar in economic growth. Entrepreneurship not only creates jobs, but also utilizes existing natural resources effectively. However, many people fail in starting a business because of the wrong mindset, a sense of personal limitations, and an inability to adapt to changing times. This article discusses the importance of having the right mindset, or mindset, in running a business. A growth mindset, which describes the belief that intelligence and skills can develop through effort and experience, is considered essential for entrepreneurial success. Meanwhile, a fixed mindset that views ability as something that is fixed can hinder progress. A positive and optimistic mindset is a key factor in facing entrepreneurial challenges. Entrepreneurs who think positively tend to see difficulties as opportunities to learn and grow, while those who are optimistic have higher motivation and are more resistant to pressure. Apart from that, creativity and innovation are aspects that are no less important, because entrepreneurs must be able to create products or services that can meet market needs and adapt to changes. Entrepreneurship also requires mental perseverance to face failure and unexpected challenges. A successful entrepreneur must have a tenacious, creative, hardworking attitude and dare to take risks. With a combination of these traits, entrepreneurs can achieve long-term success in their businesses. This article emphasizes that the right mindset, coupled with an innovative attitude and perseverance, greatly influences the journey and success of an entrepreneur.

Abstract

PT. Admiral Lines Belawan Branch is a company that operates owned vessels and is also engaged in agency services. In the sense of representative of the ship owner / principle for processing documents at the port for both arrival and departure of the ship. Ports as arrival and departure terminals for ships and cargo need to provide adequate facilities and services so that ships can be served smoothly and efficiently. Managing the arrival and departure of a ship more smoothly and efficiently cannot be separated from an application called the INAPORNET system. The position of the port as the gateway for a ship entering/leaving the port, especially from within the country or abroad or vice versa, must obtain approval from the authorized agencies at the port, such as the Harbor Master's Office and Port Authority (KSOP), Health Quarantine, Customs and Excise, Immigration. This notification is to ensure that the ship and its cargo entering/exiting the port have complied with the provisions of applicable laws and conventions. Management of the needs and interests of ships and their cargo is carried out by shipping company branches such as PT. Belawan Branch Line Admiral. In writing this paper the author used methods, literature and the internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kompensasi terhadap kinerja akademik di SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif, di mana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan 3 temuan yaitu : 1) meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja, 2) kualitas pengajaran yang lebih baik, 3) stabilitas dan loyalitas tenaga pendidik Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang kebijakan kompensasi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik. Untuk itu, kinerja akademik peserta didik dapat meningkat, menciptakan generasi yang kompeten dan berdaya saing global.

This research was created to find out how to carry out the process of extending ship safety certificates that have expired and renewing them in order to comply with policies, standards, norms, guidelines, criteria and procedures as well as technical guidance, evaluation and reporting in the field of shipworthiness, measurement. Ships and ship nationality, nautical, technical and ship radio, pollution and ship health management and maritime affairs. In submitting an application, the shipping company must follow the procedures set by the Directorate of Shipping and Maritime Affairs, sub-directorate of ship safety, with the requirement to attach complete documents such as an application letter, ship safety certificate.
