Abstract

Suatu organisasi atau perusahaan agar dapat mencapai visi, misi dan tujuannya serta agar tetap bisa bersaing dengan organisasi atau perusahaan lainnya, maka harus bisa mengelola pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dengan menerapkan knowledge management. Penerapan knowledge management memberikan manfaat positif bagi organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dapat meningkatkan nilai organisasi atau perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, training dan knowledge sharing terhadap implementasi knowledge management memberikan hasil yang berbeda, oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1), training (X2) dan knowledge sharing (X3) sebagai variabel independen terhadap implementasi knowledge management (Y) sebagai variabel independen baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini adalah karyawan non tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Karomah Holistic Pekalongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel atau data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa penyebaran angket atau kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 sampel. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan knowledge sharing (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel knowledge management (Y), sedangkan variabel training (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel knowledge management (Y), dan secara simultan variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan (X1), training (X2) dan knowledge sharing (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen knowledge management (Y). Abstract

Objective: to determine trends in consumer legal protection in the digital economy era from various industries in Indonesia based on article reviews. Method: secondary data in the form of articles that match the research objectives with a publication period of 2014-2023, obtained online from Emerald, Elsevier, and Google Scholar. The analysis was carried out using Systematic Literature Review (SLR), using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach. Results: The data search obtained 341 articles, and those that met the inclusion criteria were 9 (nine) articles with publication years 2019–2023 , in the fields of e-commerce, fintech, and online transportation. Article on cases of transactions via e-commerce and online transportation using UUITE No. 19 of 2016, and UUPK no. 8 of 1999. This regulation has not been able to meet increasingly dynamic market conditions and very sharp competition in the business world, so it has not been able to provide legal certainty to consumers. Problems in the fintech P2P lending sector use the legal basis of POJK No. 77 of 2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. Regarding this regulation, it is still subjective, so it cannot provide protection to customers. In fact, there are still many illegal fintech loans found, thus outside the responsibility and authority of the OJK. Novelty: trends obtained from previous research regarding consumer legal protection. Future Research Agenda: conducting a study on the future of law in the digital economy era regarding obstacles in harmonizing various regulations.

Abstract

Penyelesaian sengketa melalui non litigasi adalah penyelesaian sengketa yang dilakukan menggunakan cara-cara yang ada di luar pengadilan atau menggunakan lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa. Di Indonesia, penyelesaian non litigasi ada dua macam, yakni Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 1999 Arbitrase dan Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mencapai kesepakatan antara para pihak yang terlibat dalam sengketa, tanpa melalui proses persidangan yang panjang dan mahal. Keuntungan dari penyelesaian sengketa non litigasi adalah prosesnya yang lebih cepat, murah, dan fleksibel. Para pihak dapat mengatur sendiri proses penyelesaian sengketa sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kepentingan mereka. Selain itu, penyelesaian sengketa non litigasi juga dapat menciptakan hubungan yang lebih baik antara para pihak, karena mereka bekerja sama untuk mencapai kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan. Keefektivannya tergantung kepada para pihak yang berperkara namun non litigasi ini diangap lebih cepet dan memakan biaya yang tidak banyak serta fleksibel prosesnya.

Abstract

Poligami di Indonesia lebih dikenal luas sebagai bentuk pernikahan dimana laki-laki menikahi lebih dari satu perempuan. Dalam dunia Islam, kata poligami banyak digunakan untuk mengacu pada praktik laki-laki muslim yang menikah lebih dari satu istri. Poligami, adalah praktik seorang pria memiliki lebih dari satu istri, ini merupakan topik yang sering menimbulkan perdebatan baik dalam konteks hukum Islam maupun hukum positif di berbagai negara. Hukum Islam maupun hukum positif mengakui keberadaan poligami tetapi dengan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam hal regulasi dan praktik. Hukum Islam memberikan landasan yang lebih luas untuk poligami dengan penekanan pada keadilan, sedangkan hukum positif Indonesia mengatur secara lebih ketat dengan tujuan untuk melindungi hak-hak individu dan memastikan keadilan sosial.

Abstract

Kesaksian palsu dalam persidangan adalah tindakan yang melanggar hukum dan dapat merusak integritas sistem peradilan. Artikel ini membahas berbagai konsekuensi hukum yang dapat dikenakan terhadap pelaku kesaksian palsu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan studi pustaka untuk mengkaji regulasi yang berlaku, praktik hukum, dan efek jangka panjang dari kesaksian palsu. Fokus utama terletak pada penerapan sanksi pidana, dampak terhadap keputusan pengadilan, dan langkah-langkah preventif untuk mengurangi kejadian kesaksian palsu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun hukum di Indonesia sudah mengatur sanksi untuk kesaksian palsu, implementasi dan penegakan hukum masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan dalam sistem hukum dan praktik peradilan guna meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan integritas proses persidangan.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Production Employees with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at PT. Casuarina Harnessido Pemalang)". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, organizational commitment and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Production Employees with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. In this research using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 90 respondents. The testing in this research was carried out by testing validity, reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of t test, F test, R2 test, path analysis and Sobel test. In this research, there is a partially significant positive effect between the OCB variable on the performance of production employees with a value of tcount > ttable (2.184>1.662), organizational commitment to the performance of production employees with a value of tcount> ttable (3.689>1.662), organizational culture on the performance of production employees. with a value of tcount > ttable (3.160>1.662), job satisfaction affects the performance of production employees with a value of tcount > ttable (2,606>1,662). From the Sobel test results show that job satisfaction mediates the effect of OCB on the performance of production employees with a value of tcount > ttable (3.0496>1.6619), job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. production with a value of tcount > ttable (1.7531>1.6619), job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on the performance of production employees with a value of tcount > ttable (1.9392>1.6619).

Abstract

This research entitle of " Mediating Variables: A Review of the Influence of Service Quality, Customer Experience, and Trust on Loyalty and Satisfaction at the Berbah Public Health Center, Sleman Regency ". The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the influence of service quality, customer experience and trust on loyalty with satisfaction as a mediation variable. To research it uses purposive sampling and accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The tests on this study were conducted with tests of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing,path analysisand sobel tests. With multiple linear regression analysis in this study obtained results b1 =0.217 showed a positive influence of service quality variables on loyalty, b2 =0.209 showed a positive influence of customer experience variables on loyalty, b3= 0.146 showed a positive influence of trust variables on loyalty, b4 = 0.164 showed a positive influence of satisfaction variables on loyalty. For partial hypothesis testing used t test, obtained a value of tcalculated for the quality of service to loyalty of 4,072, tcount for customer experience to loyalty of 3,648, for trust to loyalty of 2,657 and tcalculate for patient satisfaction to loyalty of 2,657. Then based on the results of calculations through the sobel test, patient satisfaction mediated the relationship between the quality of service to loyalty with at count value of 2,281, patient satisfaction mediated the relationship between customer experience to loyalty with at calculated value of 2,095,patient satisfaction mediated the relationship between trust to loyalty with at count value of 2.0009.

Abstract

The election organizers are regulated in Law Number 7 of 2017 as institutions that organize elections, consisting of the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), and the Honorary Council of Election Organizers (DKPP) as a unified election task force. The supervisory board elects members of the council, parliament members, representatives of state bodies, the president and vice president, as well as members of the people's representative council directly from the people. To implement Law No. 7 of 2017, the independence and autonomy of election organizers are required. These institutions will later have specific regulations to handle violations committed by election organizers. The mechanism for resolving violations by election organizers is regulated in DKPP Regulation Number 2 of 2019. This regulation contains several procedural rules for DKPP sessions, which then result in final and binding decisions. The problem formulation in this writing includes, How is the concept of handling ethical code violations of election organizers, and How to find an ideal model for handling ethical code violations of election organizers. The research method used is normative juridical writing. The handling of electoral criminal offenses, which has not been optimal as described above, is due to the supervisory scope of Bawaslu, as mandated by the Election Law, not being implemented maximally. Article 486 paragraph (2) stipulates that "Gakkumdu as referred to in paragraph (1) is attached to Bawaslu, Provincial Bawaslu, and Regency/Municipal Bawaslu" and Article 486 paragraph (4) states that "Investigators and prosecutors as referred to in paragraph (3) carry out their duties full-time in handling election criminal offenses." These two provisions emphasize that the scope of control over the process of handling electoral criminal offenses conducted by the Gakkumdu center lies within Bawaslu, not within each institution.

Abstract

Bullying behavior or actions that occur among adolescents have a negative impact on victims and society. Teenagers tend to behave aggressively by bullying others, so that the victim is very intimidated, even greatly affecting the victim's physical and psychological health. The lack of awareness of students, parents, teachers and even the community makes this bullying action increase, so it is necessary to conduct socialization to increase anti-bullying awareness by applying the Pancasila student profile. The targets in this socialization activity are students, parents, teachers and the community in Sukorejo Village, Pemalang Regency. The purpose of this socialization activity is to provide understanding and legal knowledge about anti-bullying awareness, especially among adolescents or students, given the emotional development that affects attitudes and actions in a more aggressive direction. This socialization activity uses an approach method by involving the audience by interacting through discussion and question and answer, which is then evaluated for feedback from the audience, and analyzed in the form of a journal so that it can be useful and for learning for the wider community.

Abstract

The spread of hoaxes through voice manipulation technology, such as voice changers, has become a significant issue in Indonesia in recent years. This technology allows perpetrators to manipulate someone's voice, which is then used to spread false information that can damage an individual's reputation, influence public opinion, and create social unrest. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects related to the misuse of voice changers in the spread of hoaxes, identify the challenges faced in law enforcement, and provide policy recommendations to improve legal protection for hoax victims. The methodology used in this research is normative legal research, with a normative approach focusing on the analysis of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), as well as other relevant regulations. The results show that although Indonesia has a sufficient legal framework to address hoax cases involving voice changers, law enforcement still faces challenges in terms of identifying perpetrators, proving voice manipulation, and the lack of more specific regulations. Additionally, victims have the right to legal protection, including compensation and clarification of false information. This study recommends enhancing the capacity of law enforcement, strengthening regulations, and improving digital literacy among the public to address the challenges posed by this technology.
