Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health level of the PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Duta Perdana Pekanbaru of 2016-2020 period using the CAMELS method. The data analysis technique used logistic regression testing on financial ratios. The value of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) at BPR Duta Perdana Pekanbaru during 2016-2020 was 3.39, namely in the fourth quarter of 2016, it shows the level of health in terms of a low asset adequacy ratio but still meets the minimum requirements of Bank Indonesia regulations. The research shows that the health level assessment using the CAMELS method from PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat BPR) Duta Perdana Pekanbaru is in the unhealthy category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion, brand image, and customer relationship management on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at PT Global Alumindo Perkasa which is located at Jalan Soekarno-Hatta No.9 Pekanbaru. The population of this study is consumers who make purchases at PT Global Alumindo Perkasa, so the sample in this study is 120 with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that promotion and customer relationship management have a positive and significant influence, while the brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. For further researchers, it is expected to develop this research by adding other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of operating income, operating costs, and production costs on net income. This research was conducted on the company PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period. The population in this study is the Financial Statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk which is published at https://www.unilever.co.id. The sample in this study is the Quarterly Financial Statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2016-2021 where the sample in this study totaled 24 financial reports. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that operating income has a significant positive effect, operational costs have a significant negative effect, and production costs have a significant negative effect on net profit after tax, which means that if production costs decrease, there will be an increase in net profit of PT.Unilever Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, transformational leadership, and workload on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir. The population in this study were all employees of PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir, totaling 76 people. Due to the relatively small population size, the entire population was sampled in this study using the census method. The results of this study explain that communication has no significant effect on employee performance, leadership has no significant effect on employee performance, and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sawit Riau Makmur Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset for the sustainability of an organization or company. Employees with job satisfaction and quality performance will have a positive impact on the company. Therefore PT. Agung Automall at Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru is very focused on increasing job satisfaction and performance. All of this will certainly have an impact on the sales results made by the company every year. To increase job satisfaction and performance at PT. Agung Automall in Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru, researchers think it is necessary to do a research analysis on how much positive impact commitment, organizational culture, motivation, leadership style has on job satisfaction and performance at PT. Agung Automall at Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the appropriate model for determining job satisfaction and performance. In conducting the analysis, the researcher will collect data first, the data collection technique used is to conduct a survey in the form of a questionnaire, where the questionnaire contains questions from each analyzed variable. Data analysis was carried out using Variation Analysis which was processed using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21 software. The targeted output of the analysis was that the company would be able to easily find out the weaknesses and strengths of the current company in terms of job satisfaction and performance. related to the company's achievements every year.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the influence of personality on the interest in entrepreneurship; (2) regarding the influence of the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship; and (3) the influence of personality and family environment knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were 222 students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, class of 2019. In this research instrument researchers used quantitative methods, as many as 144 respondents. data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using SPSS. The results of the research instrument show that personality and family environment have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of research that has been done, this is also influenced by personality and family environment as previously explained. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on variable X1, it appears that the lowest percentage of personality indicators is shown by openness. Based on the research conducted, this happens because the personality of a person or student is not always open or open minded towards the entrepreneurial field. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers on family environment variables, it appears that the lowest percentage of indicators is shown in the way parents educate. This indicates that the way parents educate their children to enter the world of entrepreneurship is still lacking. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of labor market considerations and financial rewards on career selection by mediating extrinsic motivation. This study uses primary data with an affordable population of 136 Economics Education students with a concentration in Accounting at Jakarta State University in 2018-2020. The sample selection was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique which resulted in 101 Economics Education students with a concentration in Accounting at Jakarta State University. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The collected data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. Data analysis techniques performed include multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on labor market considerations and financial rewards on career selection mediated by extrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, expertise, and experience on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City. The population is the total number of employees at PT. PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City, namely 119 people. Then the sample in this study is the entire population in this study, amounting to 119 people. The technique of determining the sample using the census method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that the knowledge variable, expertise variable, and experience variable have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables at PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online food delivery services in Indonesia, especially in Pekanbaru, has led to changes in consumer behavior. As a result, companies need to focus on various factors that can enhance customer satisfaction. This study investigates how service quality, promotional activities, and the user-friendliness of the delivery app impact customer satisfaction within this context. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability technique due to the unequal opportunity for all individuals to be part of the sample. The Roscoe approach was used to determine the sample size, resulting in 150 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, and analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and the SPSS 21 software. The findings of the study demonstrate that service quality, promotions, and ease of using the app all have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to predict the price of rice in the mill according to quality (Rupiah/Kg) at a premium, medium and low levels in Indonesia. Then also to find out whether there is an effect of farmer exchange rates on the price of rice in mills at a premium level. The study used purposive sampling, namely samples in Indonesia. Data analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an effect of the farmer's exchange rate on the price of rice in the mill at the premium level of 69.16%, the farmer's exchange rate affected the price of the rice in the mill according to the quality (Rupiah/Kg) at the premium level. The recommendation that can be given is that the government can take steps to maintain the stability of farmers' currency exchange rates, especially in the face of global economic fluctuations. Appropriate fiscal and monetary policies can help reduce the risk of exchange rate volatility and have an impact on rice price stability at the mill. A robust monitoring system is needed to monitor exchange rate fluctuations and rice prices on a regular basis.
