In addition, Laweyan Subdistrict formed a special conflict management team with the support of psychologists from the Surakarta City Government, which was an innovation in communication management. Communication management in 2025 proved to be effective and efficient, as evidenced by the minimal number of conflicts and an increase in performance indicators compared to 2024. These improvements include service orientation, accountability, competence, harmony, employee loyalty, adaptability, and collaboration. The Community Satisfaction Index also increased from 95.2 in 2024 to 96.1 in 2025. These results confirm that integrated communication can strengthen the performance of government organizations at the subdistrict level.

Abstract

PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. in 2030. The limestone mining area will leave a mine hole covering an area of approximately 78.94. This research aims to determine the volume of water available in the limestone mine void at the end of mining and the supply balance of clean water along with the potential value economy, as well as the quality of water sourced from ex-mining land to residents in the West Baturaja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Calculations and data analysis use calculations of the catchment area and the area of the mine hole that will be flooded with water, calculation of the volume of water and its potential economic value at PT Semen Baturaja (Tbk) post-mining in 2030, projected water needs and water quality analysis. The research results showed that the total water reserves in PT's post-mining ponds. Semen Baturaja Tbk in 2030 is 23,271,590.10 m3 or 23,271,590.10 liters which will inundate post-mining ponds from an elevation of -20 meters above sea level to +40 meters above sea level. From the results of calculations and projections regarding population growth and water needs, the water reserves in post-mining land ponds in 2030 can meet the water needs of residents in the villages of Laya, Saung Naga, Tanjung Agung, Talang Jawa, Air Gading, Pusar, and Batu Yellow and the volume of water in post-mining land remains stable. Meanwhile, from the aspect of water quality, management needs to be carried out before the water is distributed to the community using filtration or aeration to reduce the value of the Iron (Fe) parameter and also after it reaches customers, the water still has to go through a boiling process first if it is to be consumed.

Abstract

The challenge of achieving a satisfactory balance between work and family life has become an increasingly significant concern for men in contemporary organisations, as shifting gender roles, economic pressures, and evolving organisational expectations redefine traditional notions of masculinity and breadwinning. Historically, men were perceived primarily as economic providers, with limited scholarly attention paid to their family responsibilities. This study adopts a historical research method, drawing on existing literature, policy documents and longitudinal workplace studies to trace the evolution of men’s work–family roles and organisational responses over time. The study is anchored on Role Strain Theory, which explains how competing demands from work and family roles generate tension, stress and conflict when individuals lack adequate resources or institutional support. Findings reveal that men increasingly experience work–family conflict due to long working hours, rigid organisational cultures, limited access to family-friendly policies and persistent stigma surrounding male caregiving. Despite policy advancements in areas such as parental leave and flexible working, organisational practices often discourage men from utilising these provisions, thereby reinforcing the imbalance. The study concludes that work–family balance challenges among men are not solely individual issues but are deeply embedded in organisational structures, norms and policy implementation gaps. Without intentional organisational reform, these challenges will continue to affect employee wellbeing, job satisfaction and productivity. It is recommended, among others, that organisations actively normalise and encourage men’s participation in family-friendly programmes through inclusive policy design, leadership support and cultural change initiatives that redefine work–family balance as a shared responsibility.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of environmental knowledge on consumers’ purchase intention toward eco-friendly food, both directly and indirectly through attitude as a mediating variable. Although public awareness of environmental issues continues to increase, this awareness has not been consistently translated into sustainable consumption behavior, particularly in the food sector. This discrepancy underscores the need to examine the psychological mechanisms underlying green purchase intentions. A quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares-SEM (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. The study population comprised Indonesian consumers who were familiar with eco-friendly food products. Data were collected through an online questionnaire disseminated via social media platforms between July and September 2025. Of the 161 responses obtained, 137 questionnaires met the criteria for further analysis. The findings reveal that environmental knowledge has a positive and significant effect on both attitude and purchase intention toward eco-friendly food. In addition, attitude demonstrates a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Importantly, attitude partially mediates the relationship between environmental knowledge and purchase intention, indicating that knowledge alone is insufficient to fully drive consumers’ purchase intentions in the absence of favorable attitudes. These results lend empirical support to the Theory of Planned Behavior, highlighting the pivotal role of attitude in translating environmental knowledge into intentional purchasing behavior.  This study advances the consumer behavior literature on green consumption and offers practical insights for businesses and policymakers to strengthen environmental education initiatives and cultivate positive consumer attitudes toward eco-friendly food.
