Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, decision-making, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT PLN (PERSERO) UID S2JB. The type of research used is quantitative. In this study, the hypothesis was tested using regression analysis. Our regression results show that: (1) leadership affects employee performance positively and significantly. (2) decision making affects employee performance positively and significantly. (3) job satisfaction affects employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of strengthening the fulfillment of capital at PT Bank Bengkulu.This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method.The data to be used in this research is primary data obtained directly from respondents of PT Bank Bengkulu employees who were taken through distributing questionnaires online and also interview data with several expert sources.The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.The results showed that:(1)The results of the analysis of internal strategic factors show that the factors that become the main strengths of PT Bank Bengkulu are owned by the local government On the other hand,the factors that become the main weaknesses of PT Bank Bengkulu in fulfilling the minimum core capital are business models that tend to be conventional (fee-based income that still contributes less);(2)The results of the analysis of external strategic factors show that the factors that become the main opportunities for PT Bank Bengkulu in fulfilling the minimum core capital are forming a Joint Business Group (KUB) as stipulated in POJK No. 12 of 2020.On the other hand, the main threat factor for PT Bank Bengkulu in fulfilling the minimum core capital is the uncertainty of regional economic growth which has the potential to reduce the capital deposit of each region(series A shareholders) and (3) The priority strategy that can be implemented by PT Bank Bengkulu in order to fulfill the minimum core capital in accordance with OJK regulations is the W-O strategy

Abstract

Abstract.  This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and emotional intelligence on employee performance which is mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Research was conducted using a survey method with a special quantitative research approach at the BNI KC Bengkulu bank to test the existence of motivation, emotional intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior which influence employee performance. The research sampling method used in this research is the census. Sampling method in which all members of the population are the unit of analysis. The unit of analysis in this research is an individual who is an employee of BNI KC Bengkulu bank. This research uses the PLS test tool. The research results reveal that motivation has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Emotional intelligence influences organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. In the mediation relationship, Organizational Citizenship Behavior is known to be unable to mediate the relationship between employee motivation and performance. Furthermore, Organizational Citizenship Behavior can significantly mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of knowledge of environmentally friendly products on environmentally friendly purchasing behavior, to determine the influence of attitudes towards environmentally friendly products on environmentally friendly purchasing behavior, and to determine the influence of environmentally friendly purchasing intentions on environmentally friendly purchasing behavior of detergent products in the city. Bengkulu. The research design is a survey. The population is the group studied, in this case the population of Instagram Info Bengkulu followers is 326,000 people. The sample for this research was 205 housewives in Bengkulu City who follow Bengkulu Info Instagram. Sampling was carried out using the accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique in this research is based on a reliable tool for testing models with a weak theoretical basis on data that experiences classical assumption problems. To test the influence of the PLS-based structural model through the inner model. The results of the research show that knowledge of environmentally friendly products has a significant effect on environmentally friendly purchasing behavior of detergent products in Bengkulu City and attitudes towards environmentally friendly products have a significant effect on environmentally friendly purchasing behavior of detergent products in Bengkulu City and environmentally friendly purchasing intentions have no significant effect on purchasing behavior environmentally friendly detergent products in Bengkulu City. has a significant effect on green purchase behavior for detergent products in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to explore the implementation of the promotional mix at SMKN 7 in Bengkulu City. The research is of a qualitative and exploratory descriptive nature. Convenience sampling was employed for sample selection. The findings reveal that the implementation of the promotional mix at SMKN 7 in Bengkulu City is highly effective. The school utilizes all components of the promotional mix, including advertising through print media and social media. Sales promotion is carried out by providing various high-quality facilities and infrastructure. Furthermore, the school offers a variety of extracurricular activities to nurture students' interests and talents. SMKN 7 also offers distinguished class programs and fieldwork internships (PKL) in collaboration with industries. Personal selling is done through door-to-door activities targeting nearby equivalent level secondary schools in Bengkulu City, where the school's promotion team and SMKN 7 students directly engage with the students of these secondary schools. Public relations are established through partnerships with various industries, active involvement in community activities such as distributing basic necessities and sacrificial meat, and participating in communal activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of System Quality on User Satisfaction, examine the effect of System Quality on User Satisfaction, examine the effect of Information quality on User Satisfaction, test the effect of Information quality on User Satisfaction and test the effect of Service quality on User Satisfaction and test the effect of Service Quality on Application System User Satisfaction. Staffing Services to Bengkulu Regency employees. This type of research is survey research. The sample in this study was taken by random sampling which was distributed to employees in 40 regional apparatus organizations in Central Bengkulu Regency. To see the effect between variables using Smart PLS by testing the outer model and inner model. The results of the study found that the quality of the system has a significant influence on usage and the relationship between the two is positive, the quality of the system has a significant effect on user satisfaction and the relationship between the two is positive, the quality of information has a significant influence on the use and the relationship between the two is positive, the quality of information has a significant influence on User Satisfaction and the relationship between the two is positive, and Service Quality has a significant influence on Use and the relationship between the two is positive and Service Quality has a significant influence on User Satisfaction of the Personnel Service Application System for Central Bengkulu Regency employees and the relationship between the two is positive .

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of employees within the Agriculture and Fisheries Service of Rejang Lebong Regency. The assessment focused on Employee Work Objectives (SKP) as a measure of work behavior. Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining descriptive qualitative methods with naturalistic inquiry, data was collected from 100 respondents through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis, utilizing both descriptive and qualitative methods, revealed commendable overall performance among employees. Specifically, in the areas of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership, employees of the Rejang Lebong Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service demonstrated high-level performance. These findings underscore the dedication and effectiveness of the workforce in meeting the established objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, product quality and warranty on consumer decisions to buy products. This type of research was used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. In this study, the authors collected information data and basic information using a questionnaire distributed to respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members. The data to be used in this study are primary data obtained directly from respondents of Tupperware Bengkulu members totaling 230 people. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and partial least square analysis. The results showed that: (1) Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; (2) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City; and (3) Warranty/guarantee has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Tupperware products in Bengkulu City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention, brand awareness influences purchase intention, customer trust mediates the influence of viral marketing on purchase intention and customer trust mediates the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires related to viral marketing, brand awareness, purchase intention, and customer trust to 110 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling and the analysis method is Partial Least Square using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that viral marketing does not affect purchase intention, brand awareness affects purchase intention, customer trust does not mediate the effect of viral marketing on purchase intention and customer trust mediates the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention.

Abstract

Organizations need a loyalty increase plan to avoid negative impacts that can occur due to low HR loyalty. This research aims to determine the influence of job insecurity, job stress and salary satisfaction on the loyalty of contract employees in the Kepahiang district government. The research method used was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, involving 290 contract employees in the Kepahiang district regional government as participants. The results of the research show that job insecurity has a significant effect on contract employee loyalty, work stress has no significant effect on contract employee loyalty, salary satisfaction has a significant effect on contract employee loyalty and simultaneously the variables of job insecurity, job stress and salary satisfaction have an effect on contract employee loyalty. contract employee in the local government of Kepahiang district.
