Journal Khafi : Journal of Islamic Studies is a multi-disciplinary publication dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. The Journal seeks to place Islam and the Islamic tradition as its central focus of academic inquiry and to encourage comprehensive consideration of its many facets; to provide a forum for the study of Islam and Muslim societies in their global context; to encourage interdisciplinary studies of the Islamic world that are crossnational and comparative; to promote the diffusion, exchange and discussion of research findings; and to encourage interaction among academics from various traditions of learning. Abstract

In the early centuries of the emergence of Islam, Muslims in carrying out Islamic shari'a only relied on the Qur'an and Hadiths which were explained and taught by the Islamic scholars themselves. So that in lecturing and explaining the meaning of the Qur'an and Hadith they still use the basics of knowledge born by Islamic scholars themselves such as the science of Fiqh, Tafsir, Asbab An-Nuzul, and others. The philosophical approach tries to reach universal conclusions by examining the root of the problem. This method is fundamental in a radical and integral way, because it discusses something in terms of essence (the essence of something). Referring to the above frame of mind, in this research the author tries to explain the general picture of the study of philosophy in the Islamic approach

Abstract

Kehamilan didefinisikan sebagai fertilisasi atau penyatuan dari spermatozoa dan ovum dan dilanjutkan dengan nidasi atau implantasi. Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dengan metode deskriptif. Studi kepustakaan yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode dan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Peranan studi kepustakaan sebelum penelitian sangat penting sebab dengan melakukan kegiatan ini hubungan antara masalah, penelitian- penelitian yang relevan dan teori menjadi lebih jelas. Pemahaman Syaikh Thanthawi al-Jauhari terhadap ayat–ayat proses kehamilan sama seperti proses kehamilan dalam prespektif kebidanan, namun hanya berbeda dalam masa maksimum kehamilan di dalam rahim. Adapun implikasi pemahaman Syaikh Thanthawi al-Jauhari dan Ilmu Kebidanan terhadap ayat–ayat proses kehamilan memiliki pendekatan yang cukup signifikan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the rights children obtain when their parents are undergoing legal proceedings, especially as perpetrators of crimes. Basically, parents are the main pillars in fulfilling children's rights. However, on the one hand, these rights do not work well because the parents are currently undergoing legal proceedings so that the child's rights are not fully fulfilled. Currently, various parties often ignore the fulfillment of children's rights when parents are undergoing legal proceedings, even law enforcement officials or the government do not pay attention. These rights should be obtained so that children can develop as the nation's next generation. This research uses a type of juridical-empirical research with a legislative and case study approach. This research uses descriptive analysis with a maqasid sharia perspective. As for the results and conclusions of this research, responsibility for fulfilling children's rights does not only lie with the government, but also with other parties so that children's rights when their parents are undergoing legal proceedings can be fulfilled. This is deemed necessary as the aim of maqasid sharia is to protect and preserve the child's mind, religion, soul, property and descendants. Therefore, if a child's parents are facing a legal process, there are children's rights that must be fulfilled based on statutory mandates.

Abstract

The Koran and Hadith as the main sources of Islamic law are limited in number, but the things that arise in life are complex and unlimited. To deal with problems that are more complicated and full of novelty, sometimes there are no specific laws in the Koran and Hadith, so ijtihad is needed for this situation. Through the Bahtsul Masail forum, Nahdlatul Ulama always actively schedule discussions about actual problems by optimally trying to solve the deadlock in Islamic law resulting from the continuous social development of society without knowing boundaries, while textually there is no basis for it in the Qur'an. and Hadith, or there is a basis for it but the expression is not clear. Therefore, the Bathsul Masail institution must have a method for carrying out ijtihad. The Legal Istinbath Methodology of the Bahtsul Masail Nahdlatul Ulama Institute has three method approaches arranged hierarchically, namely the qauli method approach, the ilhaqi method, and the manhaji method. However, to answer various concerns regarding the absence of an operational method of legal istinbat, and one that can represent the model of the manhaji school of thought, Nahdlatul Ulama at its 33rd Congress in 2015, through the Bahtsul Masail al-Diniyyah al-Maudu'iyyah Commission formulated a method of istinbat al-ahkam . Operationally it is structured into three methods, namely the bayani method, the qiyasi method, and the istislahi or maqasidi method.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the content of Al-Baqarah verse 233 in preventing stunting. This research was carried out using the library research method. The results of this research show that prevention of stunting based on Al-Baqarah verse 233 can be done by parents committing to providing exclusive breast milk for two full years, a family head is required to provide the best food (balanced nutrition) for his family members (wife and children) in a way that is halal both in terms of obtaining it and its essence, both parents must agree to provide good care by giving full love to their child. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to contribute to providing educational value to the wider community about the importance of the role of the family in preventing stunting

Abstract

In the early Islamic tradition, Sanad hadith has been used since ancient times and is a scientific tradition and system of transmission that can be maintained and accounted for. The elements of sanad in the narration of hadith are a very important part both in determining the quality of the hadith and in terms of quantity. The method used in this scientific work is theoretical analysis. In historical review, sanad is used by the Jewish religion or is found in the Jewish book, the Mishnah, including the Jahiliyah community in telling their silsila and poetry also uses the sanad method although it is not clear to what extent this method is needed. Hadith scholars Sanad hadith is part of religion.

Abstract

Integrasi islamic studies sebagai upaya pendekatan lintas disiplin ilmu. Artinya setiap disiplin ilmu saling menyapa, dialog dan menyatu antara satu keilmuan dengan keilmuan yang lainnya. Meminjam istilah integrasi-interkoneksi yang di gagas oleh Amin Abdullah, bahwasanya permasalahan yang kompleks di tengah-tengah masyarakat untuk problem solvingnya tidak cukup dengan monodisiplin ilmu. Perlu sebuah ikhtiar untuk melihat perspektif tersebut dengan interdisipliner, transdsipliner dan multidisipliner keilmuan. Dengan hal tersebut dalam tulisan ini akan memfokuskan tentang tunarungu, problematika dan solusi. Pada hakikakatnya membutuhkan pendidikan khusus dan pelayanan terkait yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak tunarungu, yang pada gilirannya untuk mencapai potensinya secara maksimal. Salah satu anak berkebutuhan khusus yakni anak tunarungu yang menunjukkan kesulitan untuk mendengar, dalam hal ini bisa saja terjadi akibat gangguan fisik maupun non fisik. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, anak tunarungu bisa saja terkategorikan pada pada gangguan ringan hingga berat. Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research) dimana penelitian pustaka ini dilakukan dengan peneliti tidak terjun langsung ke lapangan tetapi penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelurusan terhadap karya-karya tulis dan berbagai macam literature yang tersedia, baik itu melalui buku, jurnal, dan lain sebagainya. Hasilnya dapat di simpulkan untuk mengatasi kebutuhan anak tunarungu diantaranya : Melalui media pembelajaran dengan menunjukkan foto-foto, video, kartu huruf, kartu kalimat, anatomi telinga, miniatur benda, puzzle buah-buahan, puzzle binatang, ataupun sejenisnya. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga juga sangat penting diberikan kepada anak tunarungu, peran orang tua sangat membantu kemudahan untuk menjalani kehidupan sehari-har bagi anak penyandang tunarungu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of SDI Al Huda conflict management through quality assurance, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Al Huda, who was able to survive even during the pandemic, is even now experiencing growth from the acquisition of a total number of students with a total of 496. Through interviews with school principals during a pandemic with online learning, Al Huda often comes into contact with conflicts, especially the relationship with parents. This study concludes SDI Al Huda Kediri City has implemented conflict management and strategies within the organization. using a five-step strategy to achieve peace in conflict, a step that is as basic as that proposed by Stevenin. The conflict management model used by SDI Al Huda can be said to use an integrative model of organizational conflict management. with a formula that includes: 1.) rationale 2.) expected impact 3.) sources of conflict 4.) conflict management in increasing organizational productivity

Abstract

Building material deferral transactions with advance payment in the context of Islamic law require a careful understanding of sharia principles. This practice, which involves agreeing to postpone payments by providing money in advance, can be carried out in accordance with Islamic teachings if it meets the criteria of fairness, avoids elements of usury, and clearly determines the period of postponement. The principle of prohibition of usury is a crucial point in ensuring the validity of transactions, while the principle of justice and certainty of suspension time is the basis for maintaining balance and fairness between the parties involved. Giving money in advance, as a sign of the seriousness of the transaction, can also be implemented as long as it is in accordance with Islamic ethical principles. In this way, these transactions can be implemented legally, following the values ​​of Islamic law, and providing guidelines for business people to carry out economic activities with integrity and morality.

Abstract

This study seeks to clarify the concept of "Syafa'at" according to the verses of the Koran. Shafa'a consists of the basic words Sin, Fa, and Ain which mean prayer, supplication, intercession, and protection, and is one of the words that has long caused a lot of debate among Islamic scholars. This discussion raises the question of whether intercession exists or not on the Day of Judgment, and who has the right to give and receive it, both its function and its benefits. The topic of Shafaa is interesting to listen to and study in depth. This work tries to capture the interpretation of verses about syafa'a, but what is actually meant by syafa'a itself? In conducting the research, the author used pure literature research based on the verses of the Qur'an relating to the words Syafa'at in the Qur'an by presenting various interpretations of the commentators. the Tafsir book as the primary data source and other books that discuss this matter as secondary data. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is the analytical descriptive method. In other words, we will explain the interpretation of the Shafaa verse comprehensively, separating one meaning from another, and clarifying it so that the following information is obtained: problem. From this study, it is clear that a person must truly believe in the existence of Shafaa, ordinary prophets, angels, people who do good deeds, these Shafaa were given by Allah SWT through the mediation of Rasulullah SAW. Infidels who reject the prophethood of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and polytheists or other infidels. Meanwhile, the method used is the Tahlili method. The purpose of this research is to examine how the concept of intercession explains the meaning of intercession, who receives intercession, what intercession can do, and the regrets of unbelievers due to the absence of intercession. Next, you must know the views of the ulama regarding the importance of intercession. From the research results, the definition of intercession is prayer, and those who receive intercession are people who have done good and praiseworthy deeds while living in that world, and that is the ticket to obtain intercession. However, if someone commits evil and destructive actions during his lifetime, then he will not receive intercession. It is also important for Muslims who read Kalima Toibah at the time of death so that Allah will intercede when someone ends their life in the world, which is in the Book of Revelation, and intercession in the afterlife which will occur later in the Book of Revelation. Whoever does it is essentially God who gives special privileges.
