Journal Khafi : Journal of Islamic Studies is a multi-disciplinary publication dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. The Journal seeks to place Islam and the Islamic tradition as its central focus of academic inquiry and to encourage comprehensive consideration of its many facets; to provide a forum for the study of Islam and Muslim societies in their global context; to encourage interdisciplinary studies of the Islamic world that are crossnational and comparative; to promote the diffusion, exchange and discussion of research findings; and to encourage interaction among academics from various traditions of learning. Journal Khafi : Journal Of Islamic Studies Services is a journal managed by Pandu Institute and published in the open journal system (OJS) at March, July and November.

Abstract

Business ethics refers to a general concept that corrects someone to adopt it in their behavior in the business sector. It is a character that is used to discriminate between a good and bad thing, right or wrong, should or should not, etc. People can often grasp in the business sector about a company that has the primary purpose of acquiring very much profit in this day and age of quick technological advancement. It is conceivable for business actors to dominate other business actors in an economic legal system that depends on little capital and seeks maximum profit, in which case the latter will likely do everything within their power to secure very enormous profits. On the other hand, Islamic law explains how the Prophet Muhammad SAW is an example of the ethics of conducting business in accordance with sharia. The purpose of this study is to determine whether applying sharia business ethics—which are in conformity with Islamic law—to online transactions including purchases and sales on the Shopee Marketplace is appropriate. This study employed a descriptive method to precisely investigate the qualities of the thing and explain it as it is in order to present reality. The findings demonstrated that the application of business ethics practices has not been in line with Islamic business ethics principles, nor has it been applied to the practice of buying and selling in online retailers on Marketplace Shopee

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapanmodel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam upayameningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaranAgama Hindu kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Way Jepara. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar AgamaHindu pada siswa kelas X menggunakan model pembelajaranProblem Based Learning di SMA Negeri 1 Way Jepara tahunpelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini, terdiridari tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahapperencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Alatpengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa lembarpengamatan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasilpenelitian ini adalah pada siklus I, motivasi belajar siswayang tercemin dari aktivitas siswa sudah cukup baik. Hal initerlihat dari data yang ada dengan jumlah siswa 14 orangterdapat 10 orang siswa yang aktif dalam pembelajaran.Sedangkan terdapat 4 orang siswa yang tidak aktif dalampembelajaran siswa yang sudah tuntas belajar dan 3 orangsiswa yang belum tuntas belajar. Persentase ketuntasansiswa pada aspek pengetahuan mencapai 78,6%. Pada siklusII hasil belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuan dari jumlahsiswa 14 orang siswa, terdapat 13 orang siswa yang sudahtuntas belajar dan 1 orang siswa yang belum tuntas belajar.Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuanmencapai 92,8 %. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa Pada siklusIII pada aspek pengetahuan dari jumlah siswa 14 orangsiswa, terdapat 13 orang siswa yang sudah tuntas belajardan 1 orang siswa yang belum tuntas belajar. Persentaseketuntasan belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuan mencapai99,9 %. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwamodel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapatmeningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.dengan persentasekeaktifan siswa mencapai 72,7% siswa yang aktif. Siklus II12 orang siswa aktif dan 2 orang siswa yang tidak aktifdengan persentase keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran siklusII mencapai 88,3%. Sedangkan pada Siklus III 13 orangsiswa aktif dan 1 orang siswa yang tidak aktif denganpersentase keaktifan siswa pada pembelajaran siklus IImencapai 95,5%. Hasil motivasi belajar dapat juga dilihatdari hasil belajar siswa pada aspek pengetahuan pada siklusI dari 14 orang siswa terdapat 11 orang

Abstract

This article discusses the contextualization of Islamic education from the perspective of Ulul Albab in the era of digital literacy. Ulul Albab education aims to transform Islamic values ​​so that they have a relevant function and can develop in society. This research was conducted by collecting information and data from books, scientific journals, and library references related to Islamic education and the concept of Ulul Albab. The ideal next generation of the nation is an individual who is intellectually intelligent, understands the verses of God, and makes nature a source of knowledge, especially for believers who always remember God in all situations. In the context of digital literacy, *Ulul Albab* education is an effort to improve digital literacy skills as provisions in living life. Ulul Albab education plays a role as a mainstream that drives educational change by developing new ideas and solving problems related to religion, social, and politics. The purpose of this education is to guide children to be able to develop their potential and competence to the maximum, by emphasizing intellectual, moral, spiritual, scientific, physical, and language aspects. The ultimate goal is to achieve complete devotion to God.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah dan pendidikan agama Islam di kalangan pelajar SMAIT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja. Media sosial saat ini menjadi platform yang sangat berpengaruh, terutama bagi remaja, dalam memperoleh informasi, termasuk materi keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pelajar, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memberikan dampak positif dalam menyebarkan ajaran Islam, memudahkan pelajar mengakses informasi agama, serta mendukung pembelajaran agama secara mandiri. Namun, tantangan berupa paparan konten negatif dan hoaks juga perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Oleh karena itu, literasi media yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa pelajar dapat menyaring dan memilih konten yang bermanfaat. Hasil penelitian ini penting untuk pengembangan strategi dakwah dan pendidikan agama yang efektif melalui media sosial, dengan memperhatikan aspek literasi dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan..

Abstract

Abstract / Abstrak Maqasid al-Shariah assists interpreters in understanding the meanings of the verses of the Qur'an in a deeper and more relevant context to contemporary life. By utilizing maqasid al-Shariah, interpretations can provide a more comprehensive and applicable guidance. This research aims to explore the capacity of maqasid al-Shariah in understanding the verses of the Qur'an, including the work of Ibn Ashur, who has begun to apply it in interpreting the Qur'an. The methodology of this research is analytical with a literature approach. The findings of this study indicate that maqasid al-Shariah is not only a legal foundation but also enables interpreters to develop interpretations by considering the objectives of Islamic law that are more contemporary and relevant to the dynamics of the times. Maqasid syariah membantu para mufassir dalam memahami makna ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang lebih mendalam dan relevan dengan konteks kehidupan saat ini. Dengan menggunakan maqasid syariah, tafsir dapat memberikan panduan yang lebih komprehensif dan aplikatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor kapasitas maqasid syariah dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, diantaranya Ibn Asyur yang telah memulai menerapkannya dalam memahami ayat al-Qur’an. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah berbentuk analisis dengan pendekatan pustaka. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa maqasid Syariah bukan hanya sebagai landasan hokum, akan tetapi memungkinkan para mufassir untuk mengembangkan penafsiran dengan mempertimbangkan tujuan-tujuan hukum Islam yang lebih kontemporer dan relevan dengan dinamika zaman.

Abstract

Abstract / Abstrak The story of the Muhajirin and the Ansar imparts values of noble character in human life. Their struggle in assisting the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in spreading the religion, upholding the truth, and building a civil society was filled with tears and blood. Through a literature review analyzing the verses about the Muhajirin and Ansar, it can be concluded that their resilient attitude, willingness to leave behind wealth, family, and power for the sake of Islam, mutual assistance, love for their brothers, courageous spirit, loyalty to their leaders, and fostering Islamic brotherhood are commendable traits. This can provide contributions and motivation for contemporary Muslims, especially the millennial generation, to become a better, more moral, and character-driven generation. Kisah kaum Muhajirin dan kaum Anshor memberikan nilai-nilai kehidupan manusia yang akhlakul karimah. Perjuangannya dalam membantu Nabi Muhammad Saw menyiarkan agama, menegakan kebenaran dan membangun negara yang madani, dipenuhi dengan air mata dan darah. Melalui kajian kepustakaan dengan menganalisa ayat-ayat kisah Muhajirin dan Nashor memberikan kesimpulan bahwa sikap mereka yang tangguh, rela meninggalkan harta, keluarga dan tahta demi Islam, saling tolong menolong, mencintai saudaranya, memiliki jiwa pemberani, sikap loyalitas terhadap pemimpin dan menjalin ukhuwah Islamiyah. Mampu memberikan kontribusi dan motivasi bagi umat Islam masa kini hususnya generasi milenial agar menjadi generasi yang lebih baik, bermoral dan berkarakter.

Abstract

This study was conducted at the Ayam Geprek Barokah Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Buung Buring Village, Tanjung Raya Mesuji Regency. The aim of this research is to study the factors that support and hinder the marketing mix. The purpose of this research is to see how to use the marketing mix in Ayam Geprek Barokah micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the owners, employees and customers of Ayam Geprek Barokah MSMEs. This research collects data through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis includes collection, reduction, delivery, display of categories, and verification of results. The results of this research show that product innovation, pricing, choice of promotional media, and sales location are all important factors that shape marketing strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi praktik sistem bagi hasil (muzara'ah) di Desa Braja Sakti, dengan fokus pada interaksi antara pemilik lahan dan penggarap. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan petani serta analisis lapangan untuk memahami implementasi dan variasi dalam pembagian hasil usaha pertanian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat Desa Braja Sakti menerapkan sistem bagi hasil 50:50 antara pemilik lahan dan penggarap, dengan penekanan pada prinsip keadilan dalam pembagian hasil. Selain itu, ditemukan juga praktik pembagian berdasarkan luas lahan atau setelah menghitung pengeluaran perawatan. Meskipun sistem muzara'ah memberikan kesempatan ekonomi bagi penggarap tanpa lahan, terdapat juga tantangan terkait dengan risiko dan keadilan dalam pembagian hasil, terutama saat menghadapi kegagalan panen. Abstrak ini merangkum temuan penelitian serta menawarkan saran untuk meningkatkan implementasi sistem muzara'ah di Desa Braja Sakti, termasuk penguatan pendidikan, pembinaan kerja sama, dan pengelolaan risiko untuk mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a strategic role in transforming the values of modern Islamic culture among the younger generation. This study aims to explore the contributions of IRE in internalizing cultural values that can shape positive character traits in the youth. The method employed in this research is a literature-based approach, where data is collected through an analysis of literature related to the research topic. The findings indicate that key concepts in IRE, such as tolerance, ethics in social life, and the reinforcement of Islamic morals, are capable of changing the behaviors and attitudes of the younger generation toward cultural diversity while also strengthening their morality. The implications of this research highlight the importance of integrating cultural values into the IRE curriculum, which is expected to create individuals who are more adaptive and possess good character in a pluralistic society. This study also recommends further research to explore the long-term effects of religious education on character formation and cultural identity among the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the nature of philosophy through a conceptual approach that emphasizes a deep understanding of the ideas, basic concepts, and methodologies used in the study of philosophy. Through a qualitative-descriptive literature review, this study analyzes the definition of philosophy, its objects of study, and the main branches that form the framework of philosophical thinking. In addition, the relevance of philosophy in contemporary life and its contribution to developing critical reasoning, ethics, and a reflective worldview are also discussed. The results of the study show that a conceptual approach in the study of philosophy provides a strong foundation for understanding the dynamics of human thought across eras and civilizations. Thus, this approach not only enriches theoretical insights but also encourages intellectual awareness in facing existential and social problems.
