Journal Khafi : Journal of Islamic Studies is a multi-disciplinary publication dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. Abstract

In carrying out its duties, the KUA Kesamben in marriage matters refers to Law no. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), emphasize that a girl born out of wedlock can be a legitimate child for both parents if she is born in a valid marriage. However, if you look at it from a fiqh perspective, illegitimate children are only related to their mother and their mother's family. Indirectly in the Indonesian context, this polemic has implications for the policy of the head of the Kesamben KUA as an officer assigned by the State when he is faced with a case of determining the guardian of an illegitimate child in his area. There are 2 (two) problems in this research, namely: (1) What is the practice of the head of the Kesamben KUA regarding determining marriage guardians for illegitimate children? (2) What is the perspective of Maqashid al-shari`ah regarding the practice of the head of the Kesamben KUA regarding the determination of marriage guardians for illegitimate children? The approach in this research is a juridical-empirical approach, so the type of research used is qualitative research. The method used in this research is the descriptive-analysis method. Meanwhile, when looking at the method of data collection, this research is classified as field research. In simpler language, the data from observations, documentation and interviews will later be narrated, arranged systematically and then analyzed using the Maqashid al-shari>`ah approach. There are 2 (two) conclusions in this research. First, the practice of determining the guardian of an illegitimate child at KUA Kesamben is to first ask for a photocopy of the marriage certificate of both parents. If it turns out that the child was born 6 months after the marriage of his parents, then he may be married by his father or a Kesamben KUA officer. Meanwhile, if he is born less than 6 months after his parents' marriage, the Kesamben KUA will apply as a guardian judge in the child's marriage. Abstract

This research is a literature study using a historical approach. The historical approach used in this study focuses on biographies related to the life records of Ali bin Abi Talib to find out the background of the character's life and his socio-political environment. The data collection procedure used is documentation. While the data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the moral education values ​​of Ali bin Abi Talib contained in the biography of Ali bin Abi Talib by Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi namely Ali bin Abi Talib has broad knowledge and deep understanding of his religion, Ali bin Abi Talib was an ascetic person , humble, generous, ashamed of Allah, and fair and not favoritism. Abstract

This research aims to find out how Islamic business ethics are implemented in the Bujung Buring Mesuji market. The aim of this research is to find out how Islamic business ethics and how they are implemented in the Bujung Buring Mesuji market so that later it is hoped that the results of this research resume can be used as a summary framework or model for business actors in other markets. The research carried out is in the form of descriptive using observational studies and interviews. Results shows that the Muslim traders at the Bujung Buring Mesuji market who were used as informants have implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics including; provide good service, be honest and patient, be responsible, and set prices fairly. Traders also always obey the regulations made by the Bujung Buring market manager.

Abstract

Islam and Karl Marx are interesting themes in Indonesia. In addition to the fact that the majority of Indonesians are Muslim, there is also an economic gap or gap. This article aims to re-map the flow of thinking related to the relationship between Islam and Karl Marxs so that it can be seen in a more balanced way. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a historical approach. The results of the study state that Islam has a very different basis from Marx's thought, even though both of them want a just s ociety without class oppression. But Islam still recognizes the potential differences that exist in each human being. Whereas in Marx's thought, the difference between people in accumulating funds lies in the mastery of the factors of production.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the role and function of angels in the perspective of hadithaccording to the two main schools of Islam, namely Shi'a and Sunni. The mainquestion raised is how the differences in the sources and methodologies of the hadithbetween the two schools affect their understanding of angels. In the Shi'a tradition,hadith is sourced not only from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) but alsofrom the ma'sham imams, who are considered to have the authority to convey religiousteachings. Meanwhile, in the Sunni tradition, the hadith emphasizes more on thenarration of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions. Thisstudy compares the views of the two schools on the role of angels in human life,including their duties such as recording deeds, delivering revelations, and interactingwith humans. This paper uses a descriptive method of analysis, using references fromthe main hadith books of the two sects, such as Al-Kafi by Al-Kulaini for Shi'ah andSahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim for Sunni, this study provides a comprehensiveoverview of how both traditions view and respect the role of angels in Islamicteachings. In conclusion, despite differences in sources and methodologies, the twoschools agree on the importance of the role of angels in carrying out various tasksgiven by Allah Swt., reflecting the diversity of thought in Islam but still in one unity offaith.

Abstract

The approach to respond to the difference in views between Sunnis and Shiites about the meaning of God in their respective eyes. Correlating the two through their hadiths, can involve an in-depth understanding of the history, classification, parameters, and criteria for the validity of hadith in the two major schools of Islam. The striking differences between Sunnis and Shia include the Prophet's position as a source of hadith, the distribution of hadith, justice, and the credibility of the Companions. Sunnis consider the sahih hadith sanad to be uninterrupted from the narrator to the Messenger, while the Shia view the sahih hadith sanad when it is connected to the Messenger or Imam Ma'sum without being interrupted. In addition, Sunnis believe that all companions are fair, while Shiites have different views. To correlate the views of Sunnis and Shiites through their hadith, a careful and careful approach may be required. This can involve an in-depth analysis of the hadith recognized by both schools, such as.

Abstract

Islamic education has important role in the human life that based on Five Basic of the State, because religion is motivation of life and the important tool of development and self-control. Therefore, religion should be known, understood, and practiced by humans in order to be fully human in life. Nowadays, learning of Islamic Education in the school is more focused on formal and memorization (verbal) and theoretical things, not focused on the purpose so forget about the ability to control themselves and how to build faith. Abstract

This research aims to compare hadiths about the last days from Sunni and Shi'a perspectives through the analysis of two main books: al-Kafi by al-Kulaini and Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Sunni and Shi'a are two groups in Islam that use hadith books as the main guide besides the Koran, but often experience difficulties in communication due to differences in the development and assessment of the quality of hadith. According to Shi'ite teachings, a hadith that is considered authentic must have a chain of sanad that extends to an imam who is ma'shum and a narrator who is fair and comes from the imamiyah group. Meanwhile, in the Sunni view, authentic hadith are those whose sanad connect directly to the Prophet Muhammad. with fair and habitual narrators. And free from shadz and `illat. The main problem discussed is what is the concept of the end of the world in the books of al-Kafi al-Kulaini and Sahih Bukhari? The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach to explore meaning. The results of the analysis show that there are fundamental differences in the assessment of the quality of hadith between the two traditions which influence the concept of the end of the day in each tradition. In Al-Kafi's concept of the end of the day, there is pressure on the continuity of the sanad to the ma'shum imam and strict requirements for justice and permission of the transmitter. Meanwhile, in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the main focus is the continuity of the sanad to the Messenger of Allah as well as the assessment of the fairness and precision of the narrator. It is hoped that this study will provide a better understanding of the view of the end times in Sunni and Shi'a traditions as well as the role of the hadith books on the end times in Islam.

Abstract

In this research, the author is very interested in taking the title of research on human beings and their pre-conceptual nature of Sunni and Shia, the research will discuss the differences in religious views, scholars, philosophical scientists and human beings according to Sunni and Shia views. If observed more deeply about the nature and character of human beings who have an orderly language, have the ability to speak, think and so on, there are a lot of human traits that we need to observe, especially according to the Sunni and Shia understanding. journals, articles, research reports, and other written sources. Especially it will be taken from the Sunni and Shia perspective master book. The Shia understanding does not focus on the concept of perfect man, but according to them man achieves moral and spiritual perfection by serving Allah Swt. More precisely, their teachings on ahlul bayt, in this concept their understanding is more about man seeking their truth, trusting the twelve imams as the inheritors of knowledge and being an example for man in achieving their spiritual and moral goals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hiponimi yang berkaitan dengan kata "unta" dalam bahasa Arab. Hiponimi merupakan hubungan semantik di mana makna suatu kata tercakup dalam makna kata lain yang lebih umum. Dalam konteks bahasa Arab, unta memiliki berbagai sebutan yang mencerminkan ciri-ciri khusus, kondisi, dan kegunaan tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber leksikal dan sastra Arab klasik maupun modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat berbagai hiponim untuk kata unta dalam bahasa Arab, seperti "جمل" (jamal) untuk unta secara umum, "ناقة" (naaqa) untuk unta betina, dan "بعير" (ba'ir) yang digunakan dalam konteks transportasi atau beban. Selain itu, terdapat juga sebutan lain yang lebih spesifik, seperti "عشواء" (ashwa) untuk unta yang kehilangan jalan, dan "عشراء" (ashraa) untuk unta yang sedang hamil. Penelitian ini menyoroti kekayaan kosakata bahasa Arab dalam menggambarkan unta dan pentingnya memahami hiponimi untuk keakuratan dan kekayaan ekspresi dalam bahasa Arab.
