Abstract

Hospital services as a service industry are a form of socio-economic health service effort, which is a business that, although social in nature, is endeavored to keep profits by means of professional management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the work environment, reinforcement and leadership on the motivation of health workers at the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumenep Regency Hospital. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzingthe influence of the work environment, reinforcement and leadership on the motivation of health workers in the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumenep District Hospital. The total population of 175 respondents and a sample of 122 respondents were taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. In the study, it was found that almost half of the respondents had a sufficient working environment category as many as 48 respondents (40.5%). Almost half of the respondents have sufficient reinforcement category as many as 48 respondents (40.5%). Almost half of the respondents have leadership in the moderate category as many as 49 respondents (41.4%). Most of the respondents have a high category of motivation as many as 86 respondents (73.3%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 < 0, 05, then H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is an influence of the work environment, reinforcement and leadership on the motivation of health workers at the Regional Public Service Agency of Sumenep District Hospital with an effect of 83.9%. It is hoped that health workers will be able to be more oriented to the work itself in providing results, impacts, and benefits for the community and for other employees.

Abstract

A person's interest in services is related to the ability of the service provider to provide care. Public interest in utilizing outpatient services is influenced by several factors, including the patient's perception of the quality of outpatient services at the Puskesmas. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and perceptions on loyalty and interest in repeat visits of general patients at the Kalianget Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research directed at analyzing the effect of service quality and perceptions on loyalty and interest in repeat visits of general patients at the Kalianget Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 191 respondents and the sample is 132respondents were taken using Simple Random Sampling technique. In the study, it was found that almost half of the respondents had sufficient service quality as many as 59 respondents (45%). Almost half of the respondents have a sufficient category perception as many as 57 respondents (43%). Almost half of the respondents have loyalty in the moderate category as many as 61 respondents (46%). Almost half of the respondents have an interest in the medium category as many as 58 respondents (44%). Based on the results of the Path Analysis analysis, it shows that the p-value <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so it is concluded that there is a direct effectservice quality and perceptions of loyalty and interest in general patient repeat visitsat the Kalianget Health Center, Sumenep Regency. It is expected that general outpatients can provide constructive input and criticism so that the services provided can be as expected. Patients can also contribute to efforts to improve quality services, which pay attention to and focus on the interests of community members.

Abstract

Cases of pregnant women who are HIV-AIDS positive have increased from 2017-2020. In 2017 there were 3,873 pregnant women with HIV positive. In 2018, there was an increase of 5,074 pregnant women who were HIV positive. An increase in cases also occurred in 2019 as many as 6,439 cases. In 2020 for the January-September period there were 5,828 cases of HIV positive pregnant women. Efforts toOne way to prevent mother-to-child transmission is with Prevention Mother To Child Transmission counseling (PMTCT). This study aims to determine the effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT in Tamanan Village, Kediri City Tahun 2022. This research method uses pre-experiments through a two group pre-test-post-test approach with the number of samples is 32 pregnant women. The analysis used is the Wilcoxon test with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity. Results the research shows that there is an effect of health promotion through individual and group counseling on the knowledge of pregnant women about PMTCT with p value = 0.00. It is hoped that the results of this research can used as a reference for implementing the program counseling regarding PMTCT.

Abstract

Increased blood sugar occurs at menopause age because at the age of menopause there is an increase in blood components which results in blood sugar levels being higher and difficult to reduce if not with regular injections of the hormone insulin. Blood sugar disease occurs due to disorders of the pancreas gland which can disrupt the production of the hormone insulin. Based on a preliminary study in Tamanan Village on 30 menopausal women respondents, 20 of them (66.67%) suffered from increased blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brown rice consumption on blood sugar levels in menopause. The research design used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all postmenopausal women who experienced an increase in blood sugar levels in Tamanan village. By purposive sampling, a sample of 16 people was obtained. The research instrument used was an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using paired t-test. The results showed that the average blood sugar level before giving brown rice was 131.94 mg/dl. The average blood sugar level after being given brown rice was 123.56 mg/dl. From the results of statistical tests with = 0.05 obtained p value = 0.000 so that p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This study concludes that there is an effect of the consumption of brown rice on blood sugar levels during menopause. Based on the research results, postmenopausal women should consume brown rice and pay attention to the consumption of balanced nutrition, so that blood sugar levels are controlled and health status can be optimal.

Abstract

Factors that affect the occurrence of asphyxia are: preeclampsia, placental abruption, old partus, pregnancy over time, umbilical cord, premature infant. Based on the preliminary survey it was found that 53,9% of asphyxia occur. Research Objectives to see the relationship between old part and post date with the incidence of Asphyxia In Gambiran Hospital Kediri.The type of research used is Cross sectional. The independent variable is old and post date, Dependent of Asphyxia Event.Populasinya all maternity mothers and newborns In RSUD Gambiran City Kediri. a number of 299 respondents, the number of samples 172 respondents. Simple random sampling technique. Based on the result of univariate analysis that experienced old partus counted 28 respondents (16,3%), post date 40 respondents (23,3%), asphyxia 108 respondent (62,8%). Based on bivariate analysis test using spearman rank correlation obtained post date and old partus with the same value ρvalue is ρvalue = 0,000 with correlation strength of 0.274 which means the level of relationship in the low category While post date obtained Correlation strength of 0.281 with low category. Based on the multivariate analysis test using Multiple Logistic Regression, the significant variables to the occurrence of Asphyxia in newborn are old partus (ρvalue = 0.002 <0.05), post date (ρvalue = 0,000 <0,05) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning there is a relationship between the old partus and post date with the incidence of asphyxia in newborns at Gambiran Hospital Kediri.It is hoped that an emergency service will be improved so that the old mothers who are suffering from old partus can be treated promptly, so as to avoid maternal and fetal death.

Abstract

Toilet training for children is an attempt to train children to be able to control urination and defecation. The survey was obtained from 10 mothers who have children aged 1-3 years, 5 (50%) mothers said they did not understand toilet training, 3 (30%) children were very difficult to teach toilet training. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of the provision of health education on the level of knowledge about toilet training for mothers with toddler age children (1-3 years) at PAUD Al Hidayah Bakung Udanawu, Blitar Regency in 2022. This research method is a pre-experimental type. The subjects of this study were mothers who had toddler age children (1-3 years), with a sample size of 16. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Collecting data through primary data using a questionnaire and this study using univariate and bivariate analysis.Results of the study before the mother's level of knowledge about the health pedidikan given toilet training is known almost entirely (76.9 %) of respondents knowledgeable enough, whereas after the mother's level of knowledge about the health pedidikan given toilet training known to most (69.2 %) of respondents knowledgeable either. Based on statistical test using the Wilcoxon signed rank test known that the magnitude of the significant value of 0.014 with α=0.05. ρ value < α , then H0 rejected and H1 accepted.From the results of this study, it is expected that respondents can understand and remain consistent in implementing toilet training for preschool children.

Abstract

Puberty is the maturation and growth that occurs when the reproductive organs begin to function and secondary sex begins to emerge. Lack of preparation of children for puberty is a serious psychological danger. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Video Learning Multimedia on Students' Knowledge of Adolescent Reproductive Health in Preparing for Puberty. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design method. The sample in this study was 37 respondents taken using non-probability sampling technique. The research instruments used were materials and questionnaire sheets. The results of the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results of the research showed that before being given health education most of the respondents (67.6%) were not ready to face puberty and after being given health education almost all respondents (94.6%) were ready to face puberty. Based on the results of statistical tests obtained p-value 0.000 < (0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an Effect of Multimedia Video Learning on Students' Knowledge of Adolescent Reproductive Health in Preparing for Puberty. It is hoped that educational institutions can become a reference for applying health education in schools about puberty as a means to increase knowledge and be prepared earlier to face puberty.

Abstract

Various problems experienced by the community related to not maintaining environmental hygiene, basically related to low hygiene and sanitation of water used for daily needs, human waste/feces, waste water, garbage, and public places.. The purpose of this study is to analyzethe influence of attitude, support from health workers and social support on increasing Open Defecation Free (ODF) behavior in the community in Kerta Timur Village, Dasuk District, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzingthe influence of attitude, support from health workers and social support to increase Open Defecation Free (ODF) behavior in the community in Kerta Timur Village, Dasuk District, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 173 respondents and a sample of 121 respondents is taken by using Simple Random Sampling technique. In the study, it was found that almost half of the respondents had a sufficient category attitude as many as 55 respondents (45%). Almost half of the respondents have sufficient support from officers in the category of 43 respondents (36%). Almost half of the respondents have social support in the sufficient category as many as 52 respondents (43%). Most of the respondents have behavior in the sufficient category as many as 51 respondents (42%).Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is the influence of attitude, support from officers and social support to increase Open Defecation Free (ODF) behavior in the community in Kerta Timur Village, Dasuk District, Sumensep Regency with an influence magnitude of 89.1%. Respondents are expected to defecate in latrines in order to minimize disease transmission due to fecal contamination. To create a clean and healthy environment from all kinds of dirt and disease.

Abstract

Health services are a form of professional service and become an integral part of the overall health service effort. The purpose of this study is to analyzethe influence of the ability and work motivation of health workers on services at the Arjasa Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed analyzing the influence of the ability and work motivation of health workers on services at the Arjasa Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 134 respondents and a sample of 100 respondents is taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. In the study, it was found that most of the respondents had the ability in the good category as many as 57 respondents (57%). Most of the respondents have work motivation in the medium category of 52 respondents (52%). Most of the respondents have service quality in the good category as many as 54 respondents (54%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 < 0, 05, then H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is an influence of the ability and work motivation of health workers on services at the Arjasa Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with a magnitude of 79.1%. It is hoped that health workers will be able to provide good service to patients, both general patients and JKN patients, so that patients can be more interested in visiting the Arjasa Health Center, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

Discipline is basically something that absolutely must be carried out by every organization, because without the support of good employee discipline, it is difficult for companies to realize their goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze influence rewards, work coordination and punishment for health worker work discipline at the Public health center Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzing influence rewards, work coordination and punishment for health worker work discipline at the Public health center Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 135 respondents and a sample of 101 respondents is taken by using simple random sampling technique. In the study, it was found that most of the respondents had good category awards as many as 53 respondents (52%). Almost half of the respondents have good coordination category as many as 55 respondents (54%). Most respondents have punishment in the good category as many as 52 respondents (51%). Most of the respondents have discipline in the good category as many as 55 respondents (54%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is simultaneously an effect of reward, coordination andpunishment to health worker work discipline at the Public health center Batang-Batang District, Sumenep Regencywith a magnitude of 83.8% influence. Work discipline at Public health center Batang-Batang District, Sumenep it's good, it's just that for employees whose work discipline is not good, so that they are more obedient to the hours of work and the rules that have been set by the hospital in order to create good work discipline.
