Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to describe the form of kinship greeting system according to clan in Atoin Meto language community in Oelekam Hamlet, Oeltua Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency. This study aims to describe the form of kinship greeting system according to clan in Atoin Meto language community in Oelekam Hamlet, Oeltua Village, Taebenu District, Kupang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method used is the listening method with the basic technique of tapping technique. The data in this study are in the form of greeting systems spoken by informants and data sources, namely data obtained from informants totaling 4 people as Atoin Meto people living in Oeltua Village. The results showed that the kinship greeting system in the community in Oelekam Hamlet, Oeltua Village has two forms, namely the kinship greeting system according to the clan and the kinship greeting system in the family. There are seven clan greeting systems and six family greeting systems.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the value of the struggle of the main character in the novel Saraswati Si Gadis dalam Sunyi Karya Ali Akbar Navis. This research aims to describe the value of the struggle of the main character contained in the novel Saraswati Si Gadis dalam Sunyi. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The study used in this research is the Sociology of Literature initiated by Hipolyte Taine. The data in this research are in the form of words and sentences. Data collection techniques are done by reading techniques, note-taking techniques and codding techniques. The result of this research shows that Saraswati's character is a strong picture of a disabled person who has determination, empathy, and high spirit in living a challenging life. In the analysis based on Taine's Hipolyte theory, the six values of struggle (the value of patience, the value of self-sacrifice, the value of unyielding spirit, the value of unity, the value of respect and the value of cooperation) do not stand alone, but are formed by three main elements namely Race, Moment, and Environment. First, Race (The value) of patience mostly comes from Saraswati's basic character who is calm, resolute, and not easily discouraged. Saraswati's patience in facing ridicule without verbal resistance shows the inner strength that is born in her. Second, Moment (The value of unyielding spirit and the value of willingness) to sacrifice are also a form of Saraswati's response to the challenges of the times that have not been friendly to people with disabilities. The discriminatory situation and isolation she experienced did not make her retreat, but rather motivated her to fight harder. Third, Environment (The values of unity, respect, and cooperation) are the result of Saraswati's interaction with her environment. Although she is often ostracized, Saraswati still tries to establish relationships and adapt.

Abstract

This study examines the vocabulary of 'aql, fikr, nazhar, tadabbur, and ʿilm in the Qur'an using a semantic approach and based on the rule of tafsr La Taraduf, namely that there are no absolute synonyms in the Qur'an. Each vocabulary is analyzed in terms of root words, grammatical forms to the context of its use in the verses of the Qur'an and the interpretation of classical scholars. The results show that although the five words are both related to the activity of thinking and knowledge, each has different functions, connotations and scope of meaning. The word aql emphasizes practical reasoning and moral responsibility; fikr points to conscious contemplation, the word nazhar relates to active observation, the word tadabbur leads to deep contemplation of revelation while the word ʿilm covers all forms of knowledge, both rational and revelatory. Thus, this study confirms that the Qur'ān does not convey divine messages with perfectly synonymous words, rather each word has an irreplaceable purpose of meaning.

Abstract

Reconstructive plastic surgery is permitted (mubah) if it is intended to correct congenital defects, restore bodily functions due to accidents, or for other medical reasons. Plastic surgery performed to beautify the body without medical necessity is considered haram because it falls into the category of changing Allah's creation as explained in Q.S. An-Nisa (4): 119. The views of scholars, such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama, emphasize that this type of surgery is only permitted in emergency situations. Therefore, plastic surgery in Islam must be understood based on its intention, purpose, and impact on human honor and welfare.

Abstract

This study examines the settlement of inheritance disputes based on Surabaya Religious Court Decision Number 3562/Pdt.G/PA.SBY/2023. The case involved the third wife of the late Munir, who was in dispute with the heirs of his first and second wives regarding a plot of land owned by the testator before his marriage to his third wife. In Islamic law, the distribution of inheritance cannot be carried out before other obligations are settled, namely funeral costs, debt repayment, and the execution of a will. A will itself is seen as part of inheritance law that functions to complement the provisions of faraidh. In Indonesian positive law, wills are regulated in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and are the absolute authority of the Religious Courts based on Law Number 7 of 1989 and its amendments. This study uses a normative juridical method by examining laws and regulations, literature, and court decisions. The results show that the Religious Court has the authority to determine who the legitimate heirs are, determine the inheritance, and regulate the share of each heir. Inheritance disputes that arise are generally related to differences of opinion regarding the status of inherited property and joint property, especially in multiple marriages.

Abstract

Education is a strategic factor in developing high-quality human resources, and teachers play a key role as the spearhead of the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of training and motivation on teacher performance at SMPN 4 Tarakan. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all teachers at SMPN 4 Tarakan, with a sample of 36 teachers selected using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire developed based on training indicators by Noe (2017), motivation by Maslow (1943), and teacher performance by Mangkunegara (2017). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and training and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. These results highlight that improving teacher performance can be achieved through effective training programs and consistent motivation. This study implies the importance of school strategies in designing teacher professional development programs oriented toward enhancing education quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence and role of ideal, classical, and contemporary mufassir (Qur'anic exegetes) in the development of Qur'anic interpretation studies in the era of social media. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, collecting data from various primary and secondary sources related to Qur'anic exegesis. The findings indicate that an ideal mufassir is not only required to master Islamic sciences comprehensively—including Arabic linguistics, Qur'anic sciences (ulūm al-Qur'ān), Hadith, jurisprudence (fiqh), and theology—but must also uphold academic integrity, methodological precision, and high scholarly ethics. Classical mufassir predominantly employed tafsīr bi al-ma'thūr, emphasizing authoritative chains of narration and transmitted reports, while contemporary mufassir developed thematic, sociological, hermeneutical, and contextual approaches in response to modern developments. In the digital era, social media has become a new platform for disseminating Qur'anic interpretation, offering accessibility while simultaneously raising challenges such as oversimplification, the spread of instant interpretations, and the weakening of academic control. Therefore, the existence of ideal mufassir remains crucial to preserve the authenticity, validity, and relevance of Qur'anic interpretation in addressing contemporary religious and social dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Marketing Politik DPD II Partai Golkar Ngada Pada Pemilu Legislatif 2024. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah Bagaimana Marketing Politik DPD II Partai Golkar Ngada Pada Pemilu Legislatif 2024. Peneliti menggunakan teori marketing politik untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data primer berupa informan, sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumen terkait variabel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Product (produk) berupa berupa catatan tentang hal-hal yang dilakukan di masa lampau (past record) oleh DPD II Partai Golkar Ngada dibawah kepemimpinan efektif Andreas Paru, yang juga menjabat Bupati Ngada, serta keberhasilan program pro-rakyat seperti TANTE NELA PARIS. Peran aktif kader Golkar dalam membangun hubungan sosial, transparansi pengelolaan anggaran, serta kebijakan pro-rakyat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Doktrin Karya Siaga Gatra Praja yang menekankan aksi nyata turut memperkuat citra Golkar sebagai partai yang berorientasi pada hasil. Dengan pendekatan konkret di sektor pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, dan pariwisata, Golkar meraih dukungan luas di lima dapil, memastikan kemenangan signifikan di Kabupaten Ngada.  (2) Promotion (promosi) berupa Penyebaran dan pemasangan alat peraga kampanye (APK) yang sesuai dengan instruksi DPD Golkar Ngada dan Keputusan KPU Ngada Nomor 93 Tahun 2023 berperan penting dalam kemenangan Partai Golkar dan saya pribadi pada Pemilu 2024. APK dipasang merata di berbagai kecamatan di Dapil II, III, IV, dan V, termasuk wilayah terpencil, serta ditempatkan di lokasi strategis seperti pasar dan pusat keramaian. Strategi ini meningkatkan visibilitas pesan kampanye, memperkuat citra partai, dan memperkenalkan program serta kandidat secara langsung kepada pemilih. Kepatuhan terhadap aturan KPU mencerminkan komitmen Golkar dalam kampanye profesional dan bertanggung jawab, yang pada akhirnya membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kemenangan dalam Pemilu 2024. (3) Price (harga) berupa Dukungan finansial sebesar Rp 1.163.017.500,00 untuk 25 calon legislatif Partai Golkar di lima dapil berperan penting dalam kesuksesan kampanye Pemilu 2024 di Kabupaten Ngada. Dana ini memungkinkan pelaksanaan kampanye masif, termasuk pertemuan langsung, pemasangan alat peraga kampanye (APK), dan distribusi materi kampanye. Kampanye terorganisir, pemasangan APK strategis, dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi KPU membangun citra positif Golkar sebagai partai profesional dan peduli masyarakat. Pendekatan personal melalui kegiatan sosial dan bantuan materi, seperti sembako, mempererat hubungan emosional dengan pemilih, meningkatkan visibilitas partai dan calon, serta memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat, menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan Golkar di Kabupaten Ngada. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Product (produk), Promotion (promosi) dan  Price (harga) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemenangan Golkar dalam Pemilu Legislatif Tahun 2024 Di Kabupaten Ngada.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the morals of Class VII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Pokobulo, Jeneponto Regency 2) To determine the Implementation of the moral development method of Class VII Students at MTs Muhammadiyah Pokobulo, Jeneponto Regency. The approach used in this study uses Observation, interviews, documentation, Data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction, Data presentation (data display), Verification (drawing conclusions). The results of this study indicate that the Habituation Method at MTS Muhammadiyah Pokobulo plays an important role in shaping the moral development of students, with the principal appreciating their moral development. Although many students are polite, some still need guidance. Habitual methods through routine activities, such as flag ceremonies and dhuha prayers, are effective in shaping character. However, challenges from lack of parental support and negative social environmental influences, especially for students from remote areas, hinder moral development. Teacher commitment and cooperation with parents are the keys to success, so that students are expected to be able to internalize moral values ​​and become responsible individuals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk Mengetahui Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Al-Qur’an Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI Dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Islam di UPT SMAN 13 Takalar. 2) Untuk Mengetahui Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam menanamkan nilai- nilai islam Di UPT SMAN 13 Takalar. 3) Untuk Mengetahui Faktor Penghambat Dan Pendukung Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Al-Qur’an Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI Dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Islam Di UPT SMAN 13 Takalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data dari lapangan peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Metode yang Digunakan dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Al -Qur’an Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI yaitu Metode Iqra dan Qiro’ati, Tadarus Al-Qur’an, Tahfidz Juz 30, Pendekatan Pembiasaan dan Pembentukan Karakter. 2) Implementasi metode dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi Al -Qur’an Pada Mata Pelajaran PAI yaitu: Pembelajaran sistematis dan terjadwal, Integrasi ayat dalam materi PAI, Dukungan sekolah, Kegiatan literasi massal.3) Faktor Pendukung diantaranya Kebijakan sekolah yang konsisten, Komitmen , Antusiasme siswa, Program rutin. Adapun Faktor Penghambat antara lain :Kurangnya Kemampuan guru, Kurangnya kepercayaan diri siswa, Minimnya peran orang tua, Lingkungan yang kurang mendukung.
