Journals of Indonesian Multidisciplinary Research
The Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research aims to represent and publish research in various disciplines submitted by practitioners from research institutions derived from the research of students, lecturers, and other practitioners. This includes studies and reviews conducted by multidisciplinary teams (combining or involving several disciplines or professional specializations) as well as research that evaluates or reports on the results or implementation of such teams or the research process in general. The journal covers a very wide range of fields and we welcome submissions from practitioners in management, education and technology. The Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research is not limited by person, place, or time and this journal aims to reflect that. Jurnal Penelitian Multidisciplinary Indonesia is published as an open access journal to enable a wide range of practical research relevant to readers to be immediately available to practitioners who can access and use it soon after publication. The journal is a member of and adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Articles in the Indonesian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research are in Indonesian and English.

<![CDATA[This research aims to: (1) explaining there a contribution learning motivation in the exposition text writing skills students class X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar; (2) explaining there a contribution mastery of effective sentence in the exposition text writing skills students class X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar; and (3) explaining there a contribution learning motivation and mastery of effective sentence in the exposition text writing skills students class X SMA Negeri 1 Kampar. The research sample is taken 15% of the total population of students each class are 40 students. The data of this research is from the score result of learning motivation questionnaire, the score test results mastery of effective sentence and score test result exposition text writing skills that is converted into value. The results showed that the learning motivation and mastery of effective sentences can be used as predictors to improve learning outcomes exposition text writing skills. Therefore, to increase learning outcomes writing skills, the students are given the learning motivation to write and mastery of effective sentences.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between service quality and the decision to choose private universities (PTS) in Indonesia. Using a scoping review approach, this study reviewed various studies that used the SERVQUAL and SERVPERF models to measure service quality. The results showed that the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness had the most significant influence on students' decisions in choosing private universities. This study highlights the importance of private universities in improving the quality of their services to attract new students and retain existing students. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for private university managers in developing effective service quality improvement strategies, as well as contributing to the service quality literature in the context of higher education in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstinence is a type of verbal discipline that is used as a foundation for achieving social welfare by the majority of the Malay community. This research will look into Malay abstinence ethics. Nine previous journal articles were analyzed and presented in a meta-analysis study, revealing Malay ethics in abstinence. Meta-analysis is the study of a number of previous research results on similar problem topics in order to determine the results and conclusions of previous research. Purposive sampling was used to select research based on criteria such as suitability for the research topic discussed, articles published between 2012 and 2022, and articles published in accredited journals. To determine the outcomes of previous studies' narrative research, quantitative data analysis with percentages and qualitative data analysis were used. According to the study's findings, Malay ethics can be achieved by implementing abstinence in everyday life based on the problems encountered, because abstinence varies in various fields of life such as religion, education, custom, economy, and health.]]>

<![CDATA[Perilaku kontraproduktif di tempat kerja menjadi perhatian serius karena dapat mengganggu kinerja organisasi dan kesejahteraan individu. Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah tinjauan literatur yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku kontraproduktif. Melalui pendekatan naratif review, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai 30 jurnal yang relevan dengan topik. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi, keadilan distributif, stres kerja, dan narsisme dapat memengaruhi perilaku kontraproduktif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor ini penting bagi akademisi dan praktisi untuk mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan yang efektif dalam mengurangi dampak negatif perilaku kontraproduktif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan organisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the dynamics of Indonesian language use on social media through a meta-analysis of relevant literature. Social media serves as a dynamic communication platform, influencing language use in terms of form, meaning, and politeness. The findings reveal an increasing use of slang, code-switching between Indonesian and foreign languages, and frequent language errors, particularly among the younger generation. This phenomenon poses a threat to the preservation of Indonesian as a national identity. However, social media also provides opportunities to promote proper language use through educational campaigns and the utilization of digital platforms for learning. Therefore, balancing language preservation and adapting to global trends is crucial. This study recommends collaboration among educational institutions, policymakers, and communities to raise awareness about proper Indonesian language use in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[Good financial management is a key factor in determining the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze and evaluate previous research on the relationship between financial management and MSME success. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted on 40 selected articles, consisting of 30 national and 10 international journal articles published between 2019 and 2024. The findings show that research on this topic peaked in 2022, with qualitative approaches being the most frequently used methods. The most common variables studied include financial management, financial literacy, as well as financial recording and planning, while MSME performance was the primary dependent variable. Quantitative studies typically used sample sizes ranging from 30 to 120 respondents, while qualitative studies involved 5 to 30 informants. Data analysis tools were dominated by descriptive approaches and simple regression techniques, with limited use of advanced methods such as SEM and PLS. Overall, the findings indicate that financial management plays a vital role in improving MSME success, although its effectiveness is also influenced by financial literacy and external environmental factors. This review provides a foundational reference for future strategies to strengthen and support MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[The persistent rise in inflation has encouraged the millennial generation to seek alternative ways to preserve their wealth, with investment emerging as a popular option. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing investment interest among millennials through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Articles were collected using the Publish or Perish 8 application from the Google Scholar database, yielding 321 articles published between 2019 and 2024. After applying inclusion criteria, 30 relevant articles were selected for in-depth review. The findings show that investment interest among millennials, particularly those aged 30 and below, has continued to increase. Most of the reviewed studies applied quantitative methods. Seven key factors were identified as influencing millennial investment interest: return and capital gain, investment literacy, investment motivation, minimum capital, capital market training, risk perception, and the influence of social media influencers. These findings highlight the importance of financial literacy and digital technology in enhancing young investors' awareness and participation. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing investment education programs tailored to the needs of the millennial generation.]]>

<![CDATA[Product quality is one of the key factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions, especially in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to systematically review research trends, methods, variables, and analytical tools used in studies examining the influence of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted on 40 articles published between 2019 and 2024. The results show that product quality and price are the most frequently used variables in previous studies. Most of the research applied a quantitative approach, with SPSS and linear regression being the dominant analytical tools. In addition, research trends over the past five years indicate a shift toward exploring contextual variables such as social media, risk perception, and sustainability preferences. These findings provide valuable insights for researchers and business practitioners to design marketing strategies that align with evolving consumer behavior and product quality expectations.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pinjaman online terhadap gaya hidup konsumtif generasi milenial di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian mixed-methods, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan wawancara mendalam untuk memahami bagaimana kemudahan akses pinjaman online memengaruhi pola konsumsi, prioritas pengeluaran, dan gaya hidup secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pinjaman online memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan konsumsi, terutama pada barang-barang konsumtif dan gaya hidup yang berorientasi pada tren. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan, pinjaman online juga berpotensi mendorong perilaku konsumtif yang tidak terkendali dan meningkatkan risiko Financial distress. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi penyedia layanan pinjaman online, regulator, dan konsumen dalam mengelola risiko dan memaksimalkan manfaat dari teknologi finansial ini.]]>
