Abstract

This article investigates the relationship between ecological space and choreographic structure in the traditional dance of the Asmat people of Papua, Indonesia. Drawing on the concept of embodied geography, the study explores how bodily movements are formed in response to geographical terrain—particularly swamp environments—and preserved across generations through dance. Rather than conducting fieldwork in the remote Asmat region, the research uses a visual ethnographic approach by analyzing a recorded performance of Piri Jo Ciwewi by Asmat diaspora youth in Jayapura, and interviewing cultural practitioners from the Wowpits dormitory. Key insight was provided by Mikel Pombay, an alumnus of the Dance Department at the Indonesian Institute of Arts and Culture (ISBI) Tanah Papua, who originates from the Asmat community. His narratives contextualized bodily gestures in terms of ecological adaptation, spiritual relations, and cultural continuity. Movement analysis revealed distinctive gestures such as grounded postures, lateral weight shifts, and mimetic actions that mirror canoeing, forest navigation, and animal motion—each of which corresponds to swamp-based knowledge systems. The findings affirm that Asmat dance is not only a spiritual or aesthetic practice but a spatial archive that encodes environmental experience through the body. Even when performed in diaspora, such as in urban Jayapura, the dance retains its geographic logic. This research contributes to interdisciplinary understandings of indigenous performance, proposing that traditional dance acts as a medium of ecological memory and spatial resilience.

Abstract

This study explores the evolving relationship between social brand dynamics and green marketing literacy through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Drawing on data from the Scopus database and visualized using VOSviewer, the research maps the intellectual structure, thematic clusters, temporal trends, and global collaboration networks within the field. The co-occurrence analysis reveals that core concepts such as green marketing, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility are central to the discourse, while recent attention has shifted toward social media, brand image, and trust-building strategies. Temporal mapping indicates a growing interest in digital engagement and participatory branding, suggesting that green marketing literacy is increasingly shaped by consumer interaction within online ecosystems. The author co-citation network highlights both foundational contributors and emerging thought leaders, while country collaboration mapping reflects a globalizing research agenda led by the United States, India, and China. The findings underscore the interdisciplinary and socially constructed nature of green marketing literacy and call for future research to examine the digital, behavioral, and contextual factors that influence consumer understanding and trust in green branding practices.

Abstract

Technology companies compete in a fast‐moving, innovation-driven landscape where retaining highly skilled employees is a strategic imperative. Although a growing body of studies addresses this challenge, the literature is dispersed across disciplines and geographies, obscuring prevailing themes and research gaps. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 375 peer-reviewed articles (2000-2024) indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection to map the intellectual structure and temporal evolution of research on talent retention strategies in technology companies. Using VOSviewer, we generated keyword co-occurrence, author co-citation, and country collaboration networks, along with density and overlay visualizations. Results show that human resource management, talent management, and employee retention form the field’s foundational core, while emergent themes—innovation, leadership, diversity, and employer branding—have gained prominence since 2020, signaling a shift toward more holistic, employee-centric approaches. Author analysis identifies three influential clusters: methodological rigor (e.g., Ringle, Hair), strategic HRM (e.g., Collings, Cappelli), and cross-cultural HRM (e.g., Budhwar, Warner). Geographically, the United States dominates scholarly output and collaborations, but international linkages remain limited, suggesting opportunities for broader global engagement. The study highlights research gaps in data-driven HR analytics, cross-regional comparisons, and interdisciplinary integration. Findings offer scholars a consolidated research agenda and guide practitioners toward evidence-based, culturally responsive retention strategies that align with evolving workforce expectations.

Abstract

This study explores the scholarly landscape of human resource development (HRD) within the domain of Sharia economics through a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. Drawing data from the Scopus database covering the years 2000 to 2024, the research identifies key themes, authorship patterns, and international collaborations related to HRD in Islamic economic contexts. The co-occurrence, overlay, density, and co-authorship visualizations reveal that while Islamic economics, Islamic banking, and sharia compliance are dominant themes, HRD-specific terms remain marginal in the academic discourse. Influential authors such as Hassan M.K. and Rabbani M.R. are at the forefront of institutional and policy discussions, while Indonesia emerges as a central hub in international collaboration. However, the limited integration of HRD concepts points to a significant gap between institutional growth and human capital readiness. This study concludes by emphasizing the need for more integrated, ethically grounded, and competency-driven HRD models to support the sustainable development of Sharia-based economic systems.

Abstract

The 4 primary columns of diabetes mellitus infection administration are instruction, therapeutic nourishment treatment, physical work out, and pharmacological intercession. The objective of the 4 columns is to keep blood sugar (glucose) levels at typical levels (no hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia). Patients with DM who don't follow to the 4 columns of administration will have uncontrolled blood sugar levels and complications will happen such as stroke, kidney disappointment, heart disappointment, blindness and indeed got to experience removal in case the appendages endure from wounds that are troublesome or cannot dry the blood. Components that impact the control of blood sugar levels are information and dietary compliance, on the off chance that not controlled appropriately, there will be an uncontrolled diminish and increment in blood sugar levels. So that the patient's information almost the DM slim down can increment the patient's compliance in controlling his blood sugar, non-adherence to dietary administration of DM patients is caused by a few variables counting instruction, information, immersion in treatment and the crave to recoup, coming about in complications. Subsequently, the diabetes mellitus slim down must be carried out concurring to the suggested program, such as dietary administration in DM patients, one of which is by expanding understanding information around DM slim down compliance. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of dietary compliance and management of blood sugar control in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Royal Prima Hospital Polyclinic in Jambi City.

Abstract

Public open spaces (POPs) within the campus environment play a crucial role in supporting the psychological well-being, social interaction, and quality of life of the academic community. This study aims to evaluate the spatial accessibility of POPs within the Nusa Cendana University (Undana) campus using a space syntax approach. By combining Axial Map analysis and user perception surveys, this study assesses the spatial connectivity, integration (HH), and intelligibility of three vacant plots of land with the potential to be developed as POPs. The analysis results indicate that plot B has the highest integration value (0.48) and a gentle contour, making it the most feasible location spatially and topographically. The regression test results indicate that perceived accessibility has a positive and significant effect on the assessment of public space feasibility (r = 0.582, p < 0.01), in line with the theories of Lynch (1960) and Jacobs (1961) regarding the role of accessibility and visibility in shaping functional public spaces. This study confirms that the space syntax approach combined with user perception can be an evidence-based evaluation instrument in planning more inclusive and adaptive campus public spaces.

Abstract

Rice serves as the staple food in Indonesia, with premium varieties such as Pandan Wangi, Mentik Wangi, and Mentik Susu gaining increasing popularity due to their distinctive aroma, texture, and flavor profiles. Understanding consumer preferences for these varieties is crucial for producers, distributors, and policymakers to develop effective marketing strategies and support food security initiatives. This study analyzes consumer preferences for aromatic rice in Ngawi Regency, East Java, focusing on key attributes including taste, price, packaging size, and brand perception. The research employs a descriptive analysis method utilizing the Fishbein Multi-Attribute Model to evaluate consumer attitudes. Data were collected from 90 respondents in Ngawi Regency, evenly distributed across the three rice varieties, using purposive sampling techniques. The questionnaire measured consumer belief (bi) and importance (ei) scores for each attribute, with data analysis conducted using Microsoft Excel. Findings indicate that Mentik Wangi rice emerged as the most preferred variety, achieving the highest total attitude score (Ao) of 67.4, supported by superior ratings in taste (4.07), price (4.13), packaging size (4.18), and brand perception (4.10). Pandan Wangi rice scored highest in brand trust (4.08), while Mentik Susu rice excelled in taste attributes (3.92). These results align with previous research, confirming that sensory quality and economic factors significantly influence consumer choices. This study contributes to the understanding of consumer preferences for aromatic rice in Indonesia and provides practical recommendations for stakeholders regarding product development and marketing strategies. The research novelty lies in its comparative evaluation of consumer perceptions across three premium rice varieties, offering a comprehensive perspective on local market dynamics.
