Abstract

The focusing aims of this research are to scrutinize and assess the characteristics of capital market crimes that are specifically regulated separately from general crimes in the Criminal Code and the setting of the una via principle in the settlement of capital market crimes in purpose to maintain legal certainty and justice. The problems that underlies include: (1) how is the arrangement of una via principle in Indonesian capital market legal system and (2) how should the application of una via principle in capital market criminal case settlement in Indonesia. With a normative juridical method, this research analyzes norms, principles and legislation related to the una via principle in capital market regulations in Indonesia, namely Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets and Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. The conclusion drawn from this study indicate the existence of una via principle comes with the concept of selecting sanctions for perpetrators of capital market crimes aimed at providing justice and legal certainty. However, the regulation of the una via principle still needs to be improved because the current legal rules have vagueness which causes unclear procedures for resolving capital market criminal cases. Efforts are needed to improve regulations, increase coordination and collaboration between law enforcement officials, establish a transparent mechanism for imposing sanctions and conduct a transparent and fair trial.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze banking crimes based on the perspective of Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking with a focus on cases of embezzlement of customer funds by bank employees. The method used is a literature study through a review of laws and regulations, scientific journals, articles, and related court decisions. The case of the loss of customer funds in the name of Sigit Prasetya at Bank BRI is the main focus in analyzing the elements of the crime and the relevant forms of legal responsibility. The results of the analysis show that banking crimes often occur due to the weak implementation of the principle of prudence and internal bank supervision. Although the main perpetrators are individual bank employees, civil liability can still be directed at the bank as a corporation. This emphasizes the importance of strengthening regulation and supervision in maintaining public trust in the banking system.

Abstract

Islamic law is essentially in accordance with basic human needs and is oriented towards achieving maslahat and preventing mudharat, henceforth known as the concept of dharuriyyat al khams and maqashid shari'ah. However, conditions where maslahat and mudharat exist simultaneously are not uncommon in life, for example in the case of polygamy. On the one hand, it has maslahat to avoid sin, but on the other hand, it has the potential to cause conflict and the end of household relationships. So this research aims to apply one fiqh rule Dar'ul Mafȃsid Muqaddam 'Alȃ Jalbil Mashȃlih. This research is a literature research with a qualitative approach. This study concludes that based on existing data, the practice of polygamy is better avoided in cases where there is no permission from the first wife to avoid the emergence of conflict.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Predictive Analytics, Agile Workforce Leadership, and Robotic HR Interface on Organizational Innovation in West Java’s automotive manufacturing sector. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 180 participants using a Likert scale (1–5) and analyzed via Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings reveal that all three predictors significantly enhance organizational innovation, with Robotic HR Interface having the strongest effect, followed by Agile Workforce Leadership and Predictive Analytics. The model demonstrates substantial explanatory and predictive power (R² = 0.794, Q² = 0.788), highlighting the critical role of integrating technology and agile leadership in fostering innovation. The study contributes to the literature on innovation by emphasizing the interplay of technological tools and leadership strategies in a dynamic industrial context.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of minimalist consumption behavior and financial goal orientation on budgeting practices and long-term savings discipline among Generation Z in Jakarta. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 150 respondents via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that financial goal orientation and minimalist consumption behavior significantly impact both budgeting and savings discipline. High R2 and Q² values confirm the model’s explanatory and predictive relevance. The results underscore the importance of promoting financial goal-setting and minimalist behaviors to enhance financial management practices in Generation Z. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed, with recommendations for policymakers and educators to design targeted financial education programs.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of 15-second TikTok videos and organic testimonials on environmental awareness and purchase intention in the context of sustainable fashion in Bandung. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 170 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results reveal that both TikTok videos and organic testimonials significantly impact environmental awareness and purchase intention, with organic testimonials demonstrating a stronger effect. Environmental awareness is identified as a key precursor to purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of educational and marketing efforts to promote sustainability. The findings provide actionable insights for sustainable fashion brands to leverage social media and peer-generated content in shaping consumer behavior and supporting environmental objectives.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Digital Twin and Edge AI technologies on optimizing industrial machine maintenance in Karawang, Indonesia. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 80 respondents via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between both technologies and maintenance optimization. Digital Twin technology enhances predictive maintenance by enabling real-time simulations, while Edge AI improves decision-making through decentralized data processing. Together, they explain 58% of the variance in maintenance optimization. These results emphasize the synergistic effects of these technologies in reducing downtime, improving operational efficiency, and achieving cost savings. This research contributes to the understanding of advanced technological adoption in industrial maintenance and provides practical implications for enhancing productivity in industrial settings.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of scholarly literature on credit dependency and debt management, aiming to map the intellectual, thematic, and collaborative structures that define the field. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed through VOSviewer, the study identifies major research clusters including financial management, debt provision, and risk management. The findings highlight a clear evolution in research focus—shifting from individual financial behaviors and literacy toward institutional credit risk management and systemic financial governance. Co-citation and author network analyses reveal key contributors such as Lusardi, Altman, and Duffie, representing distinct but interconnected scholarly traditions. Moreover, country collaboration mapping positions the United States as the most central hub, with growing contributions from emerging economies. This study not only synthesizes the knowledge base but also reveals thematic gaps and opportunities for future interdisciplinary research. It contributes valuable insights for academics, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to understand and address the global challenges associated with credit reliance and sustainable debt management.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of global research on palm-derived products with a focus on industrial downstreaming. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and visualized through VOSviewer, the analysis maps the intellectual structure, thematic evolution, and collaborative patterns within the domain. Results reveal that "palm oil" is the most central keyword, with strong research clusters surrounding biodiesel, oleochemicals, biomass utilization, and emerging themes such as pyrolysis and biochar. Temporal analysis indicates a shift from conventional processing techniques to sustainability-driven innovations, particularly in waste valorization. Malaysia and Indonesia are identified as the leading contributors, with increasing global collaboration involving countries like China, India, the United States, and Nigeria. Co-authorship networks show concentrated but gradually integrating research communities. The study underscores the importance of interdisciplinary approaches, policy alignment, and sustainable industrial strategies in enhancing the economic and environmental impact of palm-based downstream industries. Recommendations for future research include focusing on life-cycle assessment, digitalization, and high-value derivative product development.
