<![CDATA[The Student Organization Capacity Strengthening Program (PPK Ormawa) by HIMATIKA Universitas Muria Kudus focuses on empowering the community of Padurenan Village, Gebog District, Kudus Regency, through an Experiential Literacy Learning approach to create a Smart Village based on the creative embroidery industry. This program stems from Padurenan’s great potential as a embroidery center, which faces challenges such as low youth interest, limited technical skills, and weak marketing strategies. Through the establishment of the Embroidery Literacy Corner, activities include program socialization, modern embroidery training, digital technology application, e-commerce and digital showcase workshops, basic financial management, and public speaking training. The results show significant improvements in participants’ knowledge, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial skills. Moreover, collaboration between experienced artisans and the younger generation has led to innovative embroidery products rooted in local wisdom and possessing high economic value. The program also encourages the formation of joint business groups and digital marketing networks, expanding market access. Overall, this initiative not only strengthens the competitiveness of Padurenan’s embroidery industry but also serves as a model of a sustainable Smart Village that integrates literacy, technology, culture, and the creative economy.]]>

<![CDATA[Used cooking oil is a household waste that can pollute the environment if disposed of improperly. In Mabar Village, Bangun Purba District, public awareness of waste oil management remains low. This community service program aims to provide environmental education for elementary school students by introducing the utilization of used cooking oil to produce candles. The program involved 21 students from grades 4–5. The methods included socialization on the dangers of used oil, hands-on candle-making practice, and evaluation using pre- and post-tests. The results show a significant improvement in students’ understanding, rising from 20% on the pre-test to 85% on the post-test. Furthermore, all participants successfully produced candles independently. This program effectively enhances children’s knowledge and environmental awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology and industry requires Vocational High School (SMK) students to possess skills in robot assembly and programming to meet labor market demands. SMK 10 November Jakarta needs to equip its students accordingly, considering that the existing curriculum does not fully cover these practical aspects. Therefore, a community service activity in the form of a Following Robot Assembly training was conducted. The goal was to enhance students' technical competence in robotics and foster innovation. The training involved assembly practicum, programming, and simulation, with the application of sustainability principles. The activity was held at SMK 10 Nopember on May 27, 2025, and was attended by 28 students from grades X and XI. The results demonstrated an improvement in students' Line Following Robot assembly skills, evidenced by a 50% increase in scores between the pre-test and post-test. This improvement reflects the growth in students' technical knowledge and confidence in practical design and problem-solving.]]>

<![CDATA[Robotics is a field that combines engineering, electronics, and programming to design and control robots. In the introductory robotics program at SMK 10 Nopember Jakarta, students will learn the basics of robotics, including the main components of robots, how automated systems work, and programming to operate robots. Forty-four students attended. The goal of this activity was to increase students' understanding of robotics technology, encourage creativity in technological innovation, and provide practical skills applicable to the automation and technology industries. With project-based learning, students will have the opportunity to design and build a simple robot. Students successfully built the robot, but some were unable to due to time constraints, so we provided video tutorials for them to work on outside of school hours.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program introduces in-line robotic technology to vocational high school students in the Office Management major, focusing on administrative automation within a green supply chain framework. Using an educational, participatory approach, the program includes theoretical material, case studies, hands-on robot assembly, and reflective discussions. Results show that students grasped basic robotic concepts, automation workflows, and their relevance in supporting efficiency and reducing administrative waste. This technology-based learning promotes students' competency in adapting to digital office environments and modern workplaces. Questionnaire-based evaluation revealed that improvements are needed to better align the theme with student interests and to optimize supporting facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee productivity is a key determinant of organizational competitiveness; however, manual workload analysis often leads to imbalances between employees’ capacity and assigned tasks, resulting in inefficiency and reduced well-being. This program aims to provide training on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Artificial Neural Networks, for workload analysis to optimize task distribution and enhance productivity at PT Anugerah Sarana Dinamika. The training consisted of a needs assessment, theoretical sessions on AI, hands-on practice in developing a prototype based on company workload data, mentoring, and workload scenario simulations. Evaluation using pre–post tests on a Likert scale showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of AI concepts (average score increased from 2.1 to 4.2), with 80% of participants able to operate the workload analysis prototype and an overall satisfaction rate of 88%. The program successfully improved participants’ digital literacy and technical skills and demonstrated the effectiveness of AI in supporting sustainable human resource management transformation.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program was conducted to address the low efficiency of conventional machine maintenance systems and the high risk of unexpected breakdowns in vehicle service companies. The program aimed to introduce a predictive maintenance system based on the Random Forest algorithm, enabling partners to shift from reactive maintenance practices toward data-driven decision-making. The applied methods included a needs assessment, theoretical training on machine learning fundamentals for 10 participants, hands-on practice using Python and Google Colab, and guided case studies based on the partner’s historical machine data. Evaluation results indicated a 42% improvement in participants’ technical understanding, while the developed system demonstrated the capability to detect potential failures 2–3 days earlier than traditional methods. The implementation successfully reduced unscheduled downtime and operational costs. Overall, this program enhanced the partner’s capacity to implement predictive maintenance, strengthened technicians’ digital literacy, and supported sustainable digital transformation in the vehicle service sector.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program aims to enhance the capabilities of business actors and industry practitioners to apply machine learning-based demand forecasting to optimize production and support the achievement of SDG 8. The training was conducted through interactive workshops consisting of conceptual introduction, hands-on model development, and analysis of forecasting results using production datasets. Participants were guided in variable selection, model accuracy evaluation, and the use of prediction outputs for production decision-making. Evaluation results indicate an 85% improvement in participants' understanding of forecasting concepts and an 80% increase in software-use competence. This program contributes to improving technological literacy, enhancing production planning efficiency, and building digital capacity as part of sustainable economic development.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program aimed to improve the digital marketing skills of Indonesian migrant SMEs in Malaysia through training based on Kotler’s 5A framework (Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocate). Conducted in collaboration with PERMAI Pulau Pinang, the program engaged 43 participants from various business sectors. Training was delivered through interactive sessions, discussions, and practical guidance focused on social media marketing, basic SEO, content creation, and customer engagement. Program effectiveness was measured using a quantitative expectation–performance approach across 12 indicators on a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed an average expectation score of 3.47 and a performance score of 3.32, indicating a small gap (−0.15) and overall alignment with participant expectations. High consistency was found in material relevance, delivery methods, and facilitator competence. However, the largest gap (−0.26) appeared in perceived tangible benefits, suggesting the need for extended implementation time. In conclusion, the training effectively enhanced participants’ awareness and understanding of digital marketing strategies. Ongoing mentoring is recommended to support sustainable application and measurable business improvement among Indonesian migrant SMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service program aims to improve MSME food court entrepreneurs' understanding of business risk management in Tangerang. The participants received training on basic risk management concepts, the identification of operational, financial, and food safety risks, and appropriate mitigation strategies through interactive workshops and case discussions. Evaluation was conducted using pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. The results indicate a significant increase in participants’ awareness of business risks and their ability to apply preventive actions in daily operations. This program is expected to strengthen business resilience, enhance service quality, and support the sustainability of community-based culinary enterprises.]]>
