Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam mata pelajaran sejarah serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan peserta didik di SMA Darussalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam mengajaran sejarah berhasil meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dan hasil belajar. Peserta didik berpartisipasi aktif dalam pendidikan mereka pada tingkat sosial, intelektual, dan fisik, serta menunjukkan peningkatan dalam partisipasi diskusi kelompok dan pembuatan proyek sejarah. Namun selama pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan peserta didik. Pendidik mengalami kesulitan dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, seperti keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya sumber belajar, media pendukung yang tidak memadai, serta penggunaan kalender Yayasan yang sering kali tidak sejalan dengan kalender nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing a Yanbua binding version based on a smart book for introducing Hijaiyah letters to children aged 45 years at RA Al Iman Banaran. A quantitative method was employed, using questionnaires administered to 30 children. The Normality Test results indicate that both pretest and posttest data have a significance value of 0.000. Since this significance is less than = 0.05 (0.000 0.05), it shows that the childrens ability to recognize Hijaiyah letters does not follow a normal distribution. The Homogeneity Test results for pretest and posttest in both the experimental class and the control class show a significance value of 0.399. Because this is greater than the significance level , it indicates that the two groups have homogeneous abilities. Based on the Test Statistic table, the Asymptotic Significance (Asymp. Sig.) value is 0.041. Since 0.041 0.05, we reject the null hypothesis (H). Because H is rejected, we conclude that there is a difference in writing and reading abilities between the class without the smart bookbased Yanbua method and the class with the smart bookbased Yanbua method.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of learning media into English vocabulary acquisition among elementary school students. Grounded in Constructivist, Information Processing, and Multi-Modal Learning theories, the research investigates how visual, auditory, and digital tools enhance vocabulary mastery in young learners. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with 4th-grade students and teachers at SDK Santo Yosep Tegal Jaya in Bali. The findings reveal that learning media, especially audiovisual tools such as videos and interactive applications, significantly improve students' motivation, engagement, and vocabulary retention. Students reported greater interest and comprehension when vocabulary was introduced through visually rich and contextually meaningful media. Teachers also observed that students demonstrated improved participation and confidence in using new vocabulary. However, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, time-consuming lesson preparation, and varying student learning preferences. Despite these obstacles, the integration of media proved effective in creating dynamic, learner-centered classrooms. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning instructional content with appropriate media tools, professional development for teachers, and institutional support for technological access. Overall, the use of learning media fosters active participation, supports differentiated instruction, and bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world language use. The research advocates for broader implementation of learning media in elementary vocabulary instruction to enhance educational quality and student language outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sengketa Tanah Ulayat antara masyarakat Suku Awyu dengan PT Indo Asiana Lestari terkait putusan PTUN Jayapura Nomor 6/G/LH/2023/PTUN.JPR, yang menggambarkan konflik antara kepentingan ekonomi dan hak masyarakat adat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah putusan hakim telah memenuhi prinsip keadilan substantif menurut perspektif fiqh siyasah, khususnya konsep siyasah qadhaiyyah dan teori ihya al-mawat. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan putusan pengadilan (yurisprudensi), pendekatan konseptual, dan pendekatan kasus, menggunakan bahan hukum primer berupa putusan pengadilan, serta bahan hukum sekunder dan tersier terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan hakim lebih menekankan aspek prosedural formal dibandingkan dengan keadilan substantif, sehingga tidak memenuhi prinsip siyasah qadhaiyyah yang menuntut perlindungan hak masyarakat adat, kelestarian lingkungan, dan kemaslahatan umat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya peninjauan kembali putusan serta penguatan partisipasi bermakna masyarakat adat dalam proses perizinan dan pengambilan kebijakan sebagai upaya mewujudkan keadilan substantif dalam penyelesaian konflik agraria di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and empowerment on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable among village officials in Batang Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 140 respondents selected using a census method. Data were collected through a 7-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The results indicate that both motivation and empowerment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, directly and indirectly through organizational commitment. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing motivational factors and empowerment to develop committed and high-performing personnel in the village government setting. Organizational commitment is proven to act as a partial mediator, strengthening the relationship between the independent variables and employee performance. This research provides practical implications for local governments in improving public service quality through more participatory and empowering human resource management strategies.

Abstract

Anak adalah aset bangsa yang menentukan kemajuan negara di masa depan, sehingga kesejahteraan mereka harus diutamakan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi anak-anak di Indonesia adalah tingginya angka perkawinan pada usia anak, yang bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Desa Kunjorowesi, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto pada tahun 2024menduduki posisi tertinggi dengan jumlah 30 pengajuan dispensasi perkawinan dan Desa Kunjorowesi menduduki posisi 3 sebagai desa dengan tingkat perkawinan anak tertinggi yaitu sebesar 19 permohonan. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji terkait implementasi kebijakan perlindungan anak dari perkawinan usia anak di Desa Kunjowowesi, Kecamatan Ngoro, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif sebab hasil penelitian akan mendeskripsikan berdasarkan observasi mengenai implementasi kebijakan perlindungan anak dari perkawinan usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan perlindungan anak dari perkawinan usia anak di Desa Kunjorowesi menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan pemahaman yang baik dari Kepala Desa serta dukungan penyuluhan, komunikasi antarorganisasi yang solid, dan sinergi yang kuat antar lembaga terkait, meskipun masih ada kendala terkait anggaran. Namun, faktor eksternal seperti kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan pendidikan masyarakat tetap menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi agar penyuluhan dan upaya pencegahan pernikahan anak dapat berjalan lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, with emotional intelligence as a mediating variable, in insurance companies located in Pontianak City. The sample used in this research consisted of 55 respondents who are employees working at insurance companies. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, and the hypotheses in this study were tested using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares). Statistical tests showed that the motivation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. In addition, t his study also proves that emotional intelligence can mediate the relationship between motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

Religious radicalism is a serious challenge faced by Indonesian society, especially in the digital era when social media has become a massive and rapid means for the spread of extremist ideologies. One of the main factors contributing to the spread of radicalism is a narrow and literal understanding of religion, often neglecting historical and social contexts. This study aims to analyze the interpretation of Surah An-Nisa verse 171 as an effort to prevent radicalism through social media, focusing on Ustadz Adi Hidayats YouTube channel. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, where primary data is obtained from Ustadz Adi Hidayats YouTube content discussing Surah An-Nisa verse 171 and radicalism issues, supported by secondary data from classical and contemporary tafsir literature and previous studies. The results show that Ustadz Adi Hidayat emphasizes the importance of wasathiyah (moderation) in religious practice, rejects ghuluw (excessiveness), and encourages Muslims to understand religious teachings contextually and rationally. Through systematic and interactive delivery on social media, his dawah effectively builds moderate religious literacy and prevents the spread of radical ideologies, especially among the younger generation. This study recommends strengthening moderate tafsir literacy in digital spaces as a preventive strategy against religious radicalism.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the suitability between individual competencies and competencies required for the position of Group Leader Repair Maintenance at PT X through the Potential Review Assessment approach. The method used refers to the potential assessment model which consists of six main stages, namely job modeling design, preparation of assessment protocols, implementation of the assessment process, integration and interpretation of results, preparation of reports, and evaluation of assessment implementation. The results showed that of the seven competencies assessed, there were two core criteria and one supporting criterion that were below the grey area, indicating that there was a competency gap between the subject and the need for the position. Based on the recommendation category, the subject is not recommended to occupy the position. In general, the assessment process has been carried out according to procedures and meets ethical aspects, such as the protection of personal data and the provision of informed consent. However, limitations in determining predictors by the bureau, lack of information from the company's internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), and in-depth interviews are obstacles in obtaining fully comprehensive assessment results. These findings affirm the importance of continuous evaluation of the implementation of assessments as an effort to improve the accuracy and relevance of data in the context of work competency assessment in organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to design organizational psychology interventions aimed at improving employee retirement readiness through systemic approaches and structured development strategies. The process begins with the initial identification of problems and the preparation of an intervention agreement between the researcher and the company. This step is followed by the introduction of relevant work units and discussions with stakeholders to strengthen the understanding of the organizational context. The findings show that retirement is an important phase in employees' lives that is often accompanied by anxiety and uncertainty, especially if it is not accompanied by mental, emotional, financial, and social support. Although companies already have a retirement preparation program in place, most employees do not yet feel fully prepared for the transition. Therefore, the interventions designed in this study are focused on strengthening career planning and post-work life through activities such as financial seminars, entrepreneurship training, group counseling, and field visits.
