Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam artikel ini adalah akivitas siswa selama pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 2 Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya terlihat pasif, hanya guru yang menjadi pusat informasi dan pusat pembelajaran. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking chips berbantuan media permainan bingo pada pembelajaran sejarah kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dan (2) mengetahui kendala siswa pada penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking chips berbantuan media permainan bingo pada pembelajaran sejarah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Penentuan subjek dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Subjek adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS 1 yang berjumlah 23 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking chips berbantuan media permainan bingo pada pembelajaran sejarah telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan sintaks model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking chips. Dari hasil analisis penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif selama kegiatan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai rata-rata 84,4% dan masuk dalam kriteria Baik, analisis terhadap hasil evaluasi siswa menunjukkan 20 orang memperoleh nilai di atas KKM atau setara dengan 87%, sedangkan sebanyak 3 orang memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM atau setara dengan 13%, (2) Kendala siswa selama pembelajaran adalah keterbatasan waktu, adanya siswa yang kurang aktif, siswa kurang percaya diri ketika menjelaskan jawaban, dan terkadang siswa tidak memahami soal dari papan bingo.

Abstract

Penelitian betujuan untuk mengungkap peran Husein Yusuf sebelum revolusi kemerdekaan; peranan Husein Yusuf  pada masa revolusi; dan pengarunya dalam memperjuangkan Aceh sesudah revolusi kemerdekaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dengan tahapan yang mencakup: heuristik; kritik sumber; interpretasi; dan historiografi. Hasil yang diperoleh: (1) Peran Husein Yusuf sebelum revolusi kemerdekaan Indonesia adalah sebagai salah seorang tokoh pendidik dimana ia pernah menjadi seorang guru di Bireuen. Selain itu, ia juga pernah menjadi seorang wartawan dengan tulisannya ia menuangkan pikirannya; (2) pada masa revolusi kemerdekaan Husein Yusuf menduduki jabatan stategis dalam bidang kemiliteran. Pada awal revolusi kemerdekaan ia termasuk tokoh pendiri API, kemudian Desember 1945 berubah menjadi TKR dan Husein Yusuf sebagai Ajudan Umum. Sejak tahun 1946 Husein Yusuf menjadi Komandan Divisi V/TRI Komandemen Sumatera; dan (3) pengaruh Husein Yusuf adalah sebagai salah seorang pejuang pada masa revolusi kemerdekaan. Ia juga seorang pelopor yang mendirikan Sekolah Komando Militer Akademi di Bireuen dan ikut membangun pemancar Radio Perjuangan Divisi X.

Abstract

Even though the employment relationship between workers and employers is regulated in the Labor Law regime so that it can be equal, in practice this is not the case. The superiority of employers as employers often places workers in an unfavorable situation. Sometimes it is very apparent that workers need more entrepreneurs to live their lives through the wages they receive, compared to employers who need workers to carry out their business. This could be a sign that wages are below the minimum wage set by the government. This research is legal research that examines this unequal reciprocal relationship in practice, Use legal, conceptual and case-based approaches to draw conclusions and determine penalties for employers who pay workers below the minimum wage.

Abstract

The noble values and national insight of Hamengku Buwana IX, who was nationalist and democratic, played an important role in shaping the character of the younger generation. So that as the next generation of the nation they not only have intellectual intelligence but also have emotional intelligence. This qualitative research with historical approach uses descriptive analysis method to find the noble values and national insight of Hamengku Buwana IX. The results showed that the leadership values and national insight of Hamengku Buwana IX in respecting ancestral culture and prioritizing the interests of the nation and state were the basis for character education and noble character education. Hamengku Buwana IX is able to combine traditional and modern thinking, which refers to noble values and national insight by prioritizing the interests of society and the state in his leadership. So that character education for the younger generation can be directed at emphasizing the noble values and national insight of Hamengku Buwana IX.

Abstract

Pembelajaran  daring  adalah  salah  satu  kebijakan  yang  terpaksa diambil oleh  pemerintah Indonesia sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai distribusi COVID-19 di masyarakat terutama di lingkungan sekolah. Kebijakan ini memaksakan adanya penjarakan sosial dalam pembelajaran antara guru dan peserta didik, yang semula metode pembelajarannya sebagian besar adalah tatap muka dan sekarang menjadi pembelajaran berbasis online daring. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literasi Namun demikian pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring memiliki tantangan/kendala, baik dari aspek sumber daya manusia, sarana-prasarana, dan teknis implementasi. Berkenaan dengan kebijakan pembelajaran daring ini tentunya semua pihak harus bekerjasama dengan baik agar pembelajaran daring menjadi kebijakan yang efektif sehingga hasil belajar peserta didik saat pembelajaran daring tidak kalah dari hasil belajar tatap muka di ruang kelas seperti pada saat pra-pandemi di negara kita. Teknologi sangat berperan penting bagi peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran daring, Berbagai Platform digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring. Berbagai respon positif disampaikan peserta didik terkait pembelajaran daring. selain itu guru serta orang tua juga tidak kalah berperan dalam memberikan dukungan dan bimbingan terhadap usaha belajar anak. Kompetensi dan keterampilan guru harus terus diperkaya, didukung oleh kebijakan sekolah yang mendorong guru terus belajar. Pihak terkait juga perlu mengevaluasi pembelajaran daring tersebut agar tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat pemikiran tokoh Islam yakni Muhammad Abduh mulai dari Bagaimanakah biografi dari Muhammad Abduh; Faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi pemikiran Muhammad Abduh; Apasajakah karya-karya dari Muhammad Abduh; dan Bagaimanakah konsep teologi rasional Muhammad Abduh. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode sejarah. Adapun hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini adalah Muhammad Abduh lahir pada tahun 1265 H, bertepatan dengan tahun 1849 M di sebuah desa di Propinsi Gharbiyyah. Ayahnya bernama Abduh bin Hasan Khairallah, mempunyai silsilah keturunan dengan bangsa Turki, sedang ibunya, mempunyai silsilah keturunan dengan orang besar Islam, Umar bin Khattab. Beberapa faktor yang dapat dianggap mempengaruhi pemikiran Muhammad Abduh termasuk dalam bidang teologi, yaitu: pertama, Faktor sosial, Kedua, Faktor politik, dan ketiga, Faktor kebudayaan. Adapun karya-karya Muhammad Abduh, baik berupa bahan ceramah, bahan kuliah yaitu: Al-Waridat, Wahdat al-Wujud, Syarh Nahj al-Balaghah, Falsafat al-Ijtima’l wa al-Tarikh, yang menguraikan filsafat sejarah dan perkembangan masyarakat dan lain-lain. Dalam bidang teologi (akidah) Muhammad Abduh membahas dua tema pokok, yakni: Pembebasan umat Islam dari akidah kaum Jabariyah dan pemberian pengertian kepada umat Islam, bahwa akal adalah nikmat dari Allah dan harus selaras dengan agama dan risalah-Nya bagi manusia. Melalaikan kemampuan akal, berarti menutup mata dari nikmat Allah.

Abstract

Good governance requires an improved bureaucracy that understands the various wishes of the community, especially related to public services, so that the Human Resources (HR) of government officials have an important role in achieving good governance. The emergence of disparities in behavior that prioritizes their own or group tasks, different acceptance if there are additional tasks outside their main duties, objections if required to work outside working hours shows that there are still problems related to organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work-life balance and work attachment on organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the indirect effect of work-life balance and work attachment on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction of civil servants at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. The research method used is quantitative research using survey techniques and questionnaires on civil servants at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property with a sample of 235 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software. The results showed that work-life balance and work attachment have a positive and significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior and a positive and significant indirect effect through job satisfaction .

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that functions as a liaison between parties who have excess funds and those who need funds. In creating bank health, it is measured by profitability indicators to see the ability to increase profits, measure effectiveness and efficiency in management.  Its profitability can be seen from the value of ROA (Return On Assets) and ROE (Return On Equity).  The banking industry has problems in bad debtors which can be seen from the value of NPL (Non-Performing Loan) and this is exacerbated by special conditions that have occurred in recent years, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. So it is necessary to see how the effect of non-performing loans on bank profitability during the Covid-19 pandemic and this study conducted a case study on Buku III banks in Indonesia represented by 7 banks that reported financial data from 2019-2021, namely Bank HSBC Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Negara, Bank DBS Indonesia, Bank Permata, Bank Mega, Bank DKI, and Maybank Indonesia. The results show that the results of the analysis using SPSS version 25, partially non-performing loans represented with NPLs have no effect on the profitability of banks represented with ROA and ROE. Meanwhile, the same condition occurs in the results of the analysis test simultaneously or together with non-performing credit variables, namely NPLs, do not affect bank profitability, namely ROA and ROE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of developing the professionalism of educators, this research is a qualitative descriptive study that tries to explore the meaning of educator professionalism as a step to develop the quality of madrasas by adjusting educational goals. In this study, the teacher sees the teacher as a key or central figure in the implementation of education or improving the quality of madrasa education, which has a very strategic position for all educational reform efforts that are oriented towards achieving the quality of students and schools. This is because, in this era of increasingly massive and extensive globalization, without the support of quality human resources (HR), a country will be left far behind. The benchmark for the development of Human Resources is a very urgent priority in the formation of personality for each country. In the face of social, economic, technological, and humanitarian competition, which is increasingly escalating massively, the requirements for the ability needed by people to do work are increasing, starting from knowledge, skills, and attitudes. From here, the demand for professionalism in working for an educator is needed to spur the success of their students. No matter how good the curriculum is designed by experts with the availability of adequate equipment and costs in accordance with education, in the end the success of professional education lies in the hands of the teacher
