Abstract

The Policy of Inclusive education plays a crucial role in building an inclusive and equitable society. Quality education obtained by students in general is the same right for children with disabilities. Through Permendiknas No. 70 in 2009, article 1 explains that the education implementation system provides opportunities for all children with disabilities who have the ability and intelligence or have special talents to attend education in an educational environment together with students in general. However, in practice, many schools that organize inclusive education have not fully implemented the policy. This is due to the absence of guidelines for educators in guiding their students. The purpose of this study is to analyze inclusive education policy in Indonesia. This research uses a literature review with documentary techniques as a means of collecting data from trusted sources. The findings of this study are that in implementing inclusive education policies, qualified resources (budget, teaching staff and infrastructure) are needed, interpreting and elaborating policies in the form of regulations to formulate policy implementation, preparing plans for several steps in implementation based on time, place and budget, continuously organizing students, budgets and infrastructure, and providing benefits.

Abstract

In the Qur'an, there are various sources of knowledge, which explain various aspects of life, including education. This research aims to find out the signs of the Qur'an regarding community-based Islamic education so that it can be implemented in the Islamic education process. As for the method used in this research, because this type of research is qualitative research, the data used is from literature, that is, all the data and materials used are data or library materials that are appropriate to the problems raised. Meanwhile, the library materials used as research objects are books, journals, magazines, or other writings related to community-based Islamic education. The results of this research show that in the Qur'an two terms imply community-based Islamic education, namely the terms yad'ûna and ya'murûna. Many other terms refer to community-based Islamic education, but these two terms are directly mentioned in the Qur'an, and that is what differentiates them from other terms. Apart from that, the terms yad'ûna and ya'murûna have the meaning of calling for the implementation of God's commands. So community-based Islamic education organizers with the words yad'ûna and ya'murûna get a noble place before Allah. In the end, community-based Islamic education is an effort that brings good luck in this world and the hereafter.

This study's findings indicate a yearly increase rate. The scientific field and the annual quantity of studies published were taken into consideration when analyzing the obtained papers. This bibliometric analysis was restricted to data from Scopus. This study's drawback is that it only uses data sets or metadata from publications that are indexed in Scopus.  In addition to offering suggestions for further research, this study gives a concise summary of the literature that scholars studying democracy and multicultural education for awareness-raising and collaborative action review can access.

Abstract

Moroccan fundamentalist movements employ distinct religious curricula as tools for indoctrinating their ideologies. While some subjects align with formal religious institutions, others are either adopted or omitted to adhere to the movements' beliefs and objectives. This article employs a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological and pedagogical approach to compare the religious curricula of two prominent religious agents: "Justice and Spirituality" and "The Call to Quran and Sunnah." The study seeks to unveil the main aspects of their religious Curricula and understand the internal dynamics of Moroccan fundamentalist movements. Findings reveal that "The Call to Quran and Sunnah" prioritizes Islamic creed learning, employing a teacher-centered approach, while "Justice and Spirituality" encompasses not only religious matters but also addresses social and political issues through a learner-centered approach. Moreover, as both movements rely on social media and the internet to expand their educational program, some limitations affect the achievement of an ideal Islamic learning environment.
