Abstract

Basically, education aims to be able to develop abilities and form the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the nation's life, and achieve the development of the potential of students to become human beings who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty, healthy, knowledgeable, noble, capable, independent, creative, and become democratic and responsible citizens. This type of research is field research using qualitative methods.  The research was conducted at MI Ar-Raudhah Hampalit Village, Kahayan Hilir District, Katingan Regency. This research focuses on students in grades IV, V, and VI in the 2023/2024 school year, and this research was conducted for one month in August 2023. Sampling was carried out during the implementation of the activity, with a sample of student representatives and coaches, and the school principal. Data collected in the form of interviews. Extracurricular Scouting in its implementation is related to the framework of embedding the Pancasila student profile in students, because the six important points emphasized in the Pancasila Student Profile are contained in the implementation of extracurricular Scouting, namely related to the Dasa Dharma Scout. At MI Ar- Raudhah school itself, the implementation of Scout Extracurricular is able to assist in assisting in the cultivation of various aspects of the Pancasila student profile

Abstract

Administration is often only seen as a writing activity. Physically, administrative activities are dominated by writing activities, even though there are many theories that say administrative activities are more than that. Public administration seeks how the collective government administration process becomes a management government activity (planning, organizing, implementing, supervising development) with work mechanisms and human resource support and administrative support or governance. The implementation method that will be carried out in this community service is at the pre-implementation stage, namely the socialization of activities in the community and the implementation stage, namely the implementation of community empowerment program activities held on August 11, 2023 online through community service seminar web activities. The results of this service are increasing literacy and increasing the knowledge of the nagari community about public administration with a series of activities, namely counseling with the main objective of providing descriptions of the essence of public administration science, the development of public administration science, the challenges of public administration science and public administration strategies facing advances in information technology.

Abstract

Multicultural counseling is an important approach in guiding adolescent development that takes into account cultural diversity. Culture as a whole system of ideas, actions and results of human work, plays a central role in adolescent development. This research aims to find out how a multicultural counseling approach can encourage the development of adolescents with culture. The research method used is a literature review study. However, this literature review study summarizes the understanding of multicultural counseling, adolescent development, and the role of culture in the context of this development. The results show that a multicultural counseling approach is not just a method, but also a deep philosophy that embraces cultural diversity to guide adolescents toward sustainable emotional, social, and psychological maturity. In conclusion, the integration of a multicultural counseling approach not only supports teenagers in responding to cultural diversity, but also forms individuals who are more tolerant, inclusive and ready to face an increasingly complex world.

Abstract

The article writer uses a type of participatory action research method. This is because the PAR method is an action considered as "systematic and oriented towards data analysis whose answers require the collection and analysis of data and the generation of interpretations directly tested in the field of action involving action researchers and members of society or organizations who seek to improve their situation. This dedication The participatory action research method was chosen because in this service it is an activity carried out to see the educational process carried out in the community in the form of actions to improve their situation as in the field it was found that there were several children who were still unable to read, write and count. This service was carried out by providing learning assistance to children who are in elementary school at SDIT An-Nahl, especially lower class children, namely class I. The form of activity is learning to read, write and count (mathematics). namely class I where the number of children participating is around 20 children.

Abstract

The issues faced by Lecturers and Students of Islamic Education (PAI) at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar include the suboptimal understanding in preparing teaching materials during field learning practices in schools. Considering the importance of interactive learning media to assist the learning process in schools, there is a need for training in creating interactive video-based learning media through training activities. This training is conducted with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and skills competence of Lecturers and Students of PAI at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar as prospective teachers who require skills in creating interactive digital-based learning media. This community service activity is carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method through training activities involving Lecturers and Students. The implementation consists of three stages: (1) pre-activity, (2) activity implementation, and (3) evaluation of the implementation. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in the competence of lecturers and students of Islamic education at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar in utilizing technology to support the learning process, particularly in creating creative, innovative, and interactive learning videos.

Abstract

Having the ability to compile textbooks that can be used in learning is certainly one of the factors that can support a teacher's professionalism. However, to be able to write well you need continuous practice and knowing writing tools, one of which is a tool that can add references and bibliography. Therefore, applications are needed that can help teachers add references and bibliography, namely Publish or Perish (PoP) and Zotero. This research aims to describe the use of the PoP and Zotero digital applications in the process of preparing textbooks by the board of teachers at the Royatul Islam Islamic Boarding School, consisting of twenty teachers. The methods applied in this activity are lecture, demonstration and simulation methods. The flow of implementing this research is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques. The research results showed that 90% of participants answered that they were able to operate the PoP digital application to find references in compiling textbooks. Apart from that, 90% of training participants in using this digital platform agreed that the PoP and Zotero applications would increase their knowledge and skills in searching for references and bibliography in compiling textbooks

Abstract

Tokoh masyarakat yang agamis di desa Sukomulyo sangat berpengaruh bagi berjalanya aktivitas keberagamaan tepatnya di daerah dusun mbakir yang letaknya berada di dataran tertinggi di desa Sukomulyo. Pengaruh tersebut dapat terjadi karena adanya kepercayaan masyarakat kepada tokoh masyarakat agamis yang dianggap berpengaruh mayoritas pernah menimba ilmu agama  dari berbagai macam pondok pesantren yang besar di Indonesia dengan jaminan sudah digembleng secara matang tentang ilmu agama di berbagai macam pondok pesantren tersebut.Lembaga Pendidikan Islam juga banyak berpengaruh dalam berkembagnya ilmu pengetahuan agama Islam bagi para masyarakat sekitar desa Sukomulyo sejak usia dini, karena Lembaga Pendidikan Islam merupakan wadah pertama bagi masyarakat yang masih awam dengan ilmu pengetahuan agama Islam yang merupakan bekal utama untuk menjalankan sepiritual kepada Sang Khalik. Adanya belasan jumlah TPQ (Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an) yang berlokasikan di surau-surau atau di rumah warga yang juga merupakan tokoh masayrakat yang berpengaruh di desa menjadi cikal bakal dari wujud nyata wadah yang menjadi tempat menimba ilu agama Islam.Metode diklat, talaqqi dan tibyan dengan startegi pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh lembaga pengelola TPQ ini cukup efektif dan dikatakan berhasil, karena dengan sistem pembelajaran tersebut mengikuti dunia anak-anak usia dini yang dunia mereka adalah dunia bermain

Abstract

The Jambi Province Regional Library and Archives Service is one of the government agencies that plays a role in providing services in the form of information to the public. As a public service, the Jambi Province regional library and archives service must be able to provide excellent service, which can be interpreted as the best service. However, the implementation of excellent service strategies is sometimes hampered by the quality of human resources (HR), which is not just inadequate competence but also the attitudes and behavior of HR employees who will be the front line in providing services to the community. This is why Community Service (PkM) activities are carried out so that employee human resources can be optimal in providing excellent service. The methods used in this PkM activity are socialization, tutorials, and discussions. This PkM activity provides direction to employees at the Jambi Province Regional Library and Archives Service. This activity concluded that Community Service Activities (PkM) ran smoothly and well. Implementation of PkM activities has no obstacles starting from observation, activity licensing, to implementation of socialization activities. PkM activities are also supported by the Jambi Province Regional Library and Archives Service and assisted by very proactive PPL students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini peneliti lakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana karakter religius yang dikembangkan di SMPN 1 Batusangkar dan bagaimana karakter itu dibentuk melalui pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah. Jenis dan pendekatan yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian. hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pembiasaan sholat dhuha berjamaah dilakukan setap hari selasa, rabu, kamis, dan sabtu pada pukul 07.15-07.45 perkelas dan didampingi oleh guru piket dan wali kelas. sedangkan untuk pelasanaan sholat dzuhur berjamaah dilaksanakan setiap hari kecuali hari jumat oleh seluruh siswa, bersama guru dan bagian tata usaha. Sehingga dengan adanya pembiasaan ini karakter religius siswa dapat terbentuk karena dengan rutin, sekolah tempatnya menuntut ilmu sudah memberikan wadah dan fasilitas untuk siswa secara bersama-sama membiasakan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah.

Abstract

Abstract: This Student Work Lecture Activities (KKM) article discusses the implementation of the Pondok Ramadhan program which was carried out at MAN 3 Kediri during the holy month of Ramadhan. This program aims to improve the quality of participants' faith and knowledge through various religious activities such as qiroatul pole, tadarus Al-Qur'an, and sharing takjil. Book recitation activities are focused on deepening religious knowledge through studying the yellow book, which provides a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. Tadarus Al-Qur'an is carried out alternately in each class with the aim of improving Al-Qur'an reading skills and strengthening togetherness between students. The takjil sharing program is a real form of social care, which distributes food for breaking the fast to local people who need it. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of religious teachings, ability to read the Koran, and sense of social concern. This activity also strengthens relationships between participants and the community, and provides valuable experience in terms of service and cooperation. Thus, the Pondok Ramadhan program succeeded in achieving its objectives and made a positive contribution to the spiritual and social development of participants and the surrounding community.
