Abstract

Motivasi belajar adalah salah satu komponen yang mempengaruhi seberapa efektif pembelajaran. Peserta didik akan belajar dengan serius jika mereka sangat termotivasi untuk belajar. Motivasi dalam belajar berfungsi sebagai pendorong dan mengarahkan tindakan serta memilih tujuan belajar yang dianggap paling bermanfaat bagi kehidupan individu. Para ahli sepakat bahwa elemen-elemen yang memengaruhi dan memandu perilaku adalah fokus dari teori motivasi. Anak tunarungu/tuli adalah individu yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mendengar yang disebabkan oleh tidak berfungsinya sebagian atau seluruh alat pendengaran, oleh sehingga mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan indera pendengarannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisii yang alamiah (natural setting) disebut juga sebagai metode etnografi komunikasi secara holistik, karena pada awlanya metode ini lebih banyak digunakan untuk penelitian mencakup beragan aspek beserta hubungan. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran yang efektif hanya dapat terjadi apabila peserta didik berinteraksi dengan guru mereka dan belajar secara aktif. Dengan berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah diperoleh peneliti di lapangan ada beberapa yang respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran bahasa indonesia, matematika, ipa dan pembelajaran vokasi karena mereka menyenangkan sehingga meningkat semangat dan belajar, (2) Motivasi belajar yang ditujuan oleh peserta didik anak berkebutuhan khusus bahkan anak yang termotivasi lebih semangat dalam pelajaran di lingkungan SLB B Negeri Tulungagung.

Abstract

In the world of Islamic banking, employees who have precision, order and discipline in work are needed. One of the supporting factors in the effectiveness of working is the habit of prayer by each individual, in various books it is explained that there are many benefits of prayer. In addition to having religious value, it turns out that prayer is also able to influence character and positive attitudes. Prayer is also able to improve work ethic if carried out correctly. By always performing prayers, it will affect a person's work ethic. Therefore, the author wants to research how the influence of prayer on the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees.  This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that prayer is able to influence the work ethic of BTM Wiradesa employees, it turns out that in addition to having worship values, prayer is also able to foster positive attitudes at work such as increasing concentration, managing stress, increasing productivity, maintaining work spirit, being able to foster an attitude of cooperation, discipline, consistency and being able to foster the value of honesty.

Abstract

Bullying is a problem that is always discussed. Because bullying cases are still widespread in Indonesia, especially during adolescence. Adolescence is a time when a child still has great curiosity and without guidance and good parenting from parents, behaviors will emerge that will ultimately have an impact on the environment and themselves. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of bullying on teenagers' self-confidence by using quantitative research methods, namely a literature study design, where the data presented by the researcher is the result of previous research analysis. To reveal cases of problems that often arise which can later be followed up. The results of the literature study that we analyzed showed a significant influence on the very low self-confidence of bullying victims. And a child who is a victim of bullying can experience learning disorders in his academic activities. So you have to involve them in positive activities and provide love and trust which includes the perpetrators and victims of bullying and gives them an understanding of the negative impacts of bullying. For this reason, there needs to be participation between schools, teachers and guardians to overcome bullying against children. One researcher also stated that directive counseling is very effective in overcoming low self-confidence behavior.

Abstract

This article aims to find out about the behavior of mobile bank borrowers and consider what problems the presence of these banks causes for the local community. This mobile bank is very popular among the lower middle class because it provides easy loan services and a fast process. This convenience makes mobile banks popular and accepted by the public as "emergency fund providers". Therefore, this article contains an explanation of how people behave in kp. Cikeyeup, especially for cash borrowers at mobile banks and what are the reasons behind mothers taking out loans at mobile banks. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected using interview techniques and direct observation at the research location. The results of the research carried out showed that many people were affected by this mobile bank. Many problems arise, ranging from the family's economy or finances becoming increasingly suffocated, damage to family relationships, to damage to social relations between neighbors. This happens because many people take loans from more than one bank and use the names of other people who have never taken loans from that bank. So many people end up trapped by the practice of digging holes to pay off debts.

Abstract

The purpose of our research is to study the application of the Roro e-ticket information system from the aspect of user needs. In determining the variables of the e-ticket information system, quantitative methods will be carried out on aspects of customer needs, technical aspects using descriptive methods. The time of the research was carried out in 2022 for 4 months. Located in Roro Harbor, Bengkalis Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who used roro in Bengkalis Regency. The research variables, namely: system (X1), price (X2), and performance (Y). The results of this study have proven that partially or simultaneously the variables X1 (system) and X2 (price) affect the Y variable (performance). The community of roro users in Bengkalis Regency hopes that the plan for implementing e-tickets in roro is no longer just a discourse but has yet to be realized. This is in accordance with the results of a survey that has been conducted. With the application of e-tickets, the roro crossing service in Bengkalis is increasingly optimal. However, the public hopes that the application of e-tickets will not affect the increase in ticket prices. Do not let the e-ticket, users are even burdened with additional costs..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between job specifications and employee performance in various company industries. Job specifications include the abilities, insight and experience needed by a company to achieve certain goals. Employee performance is measured based on several indicators such as production ability or productivity, work quality and employee efficiency. The research method used is the literature analysis method, where the researcher found that the appropriate work specification is to provide clear direction and teachings related to work. Therefore, these findings are discussed to help companies design job specifications that are in line with company goals in order to improve employee performance in order to help a company effectively achieve its goals.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Greek philosophy on Islamic thought, focusing on how this classical thinking shaped intellectual development within the Islamic tradition. Greek philosophy, particularly the works of philosophers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle, has made significant contributions to the development of theological thought, science, and culture in Islam. The research employs a literature review method with a qualitative approach, where relevant data is collected from literature, articles, and related documents. Through the analysis of historical texts and intercultural dialogues, this study reveals how the acceptance and adaptation of Greek thought by Muslim scholars have resulted in an intellectual synergy that enriches the Islamic tradition. The findings indicate that the influence of Greek philosophy extends beyond the philosophical realm, having broad implications for the formation of mindsets and cultural development within the context of Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, to determine the partial effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and to determine the simultaneous effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in Gen-Z in Dairi Regency. The population in this study was generation Z in Simallopuk Village with a total of 1,688 people. The sample in the study was 94 people taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous significance test (F-test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest, there was an effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and there was an effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in Gen-Z in Dairi Regency

Abstract

The phenomenon of test drives before marriage, which involves sexual intercourse or cohabitation before legal marriage, is increasingly common in modern society. This article explores the phenomenon from an Islamic perspective and analyzes its social, psychological and spiritual impacts. The research used a descriptive approach with qualitative methods to explore Islamic views on test drive relationships before marriage and their impact on individuals and society. Data was obtained from journals, books, and websites as sources. In Islam, sexual intercourse before marriage is considered zina, which contradicts religious teachings that emphasize chastity and honor. The impacts include moral decline, divorce and emotional instability. This research highlights the importance of maintaining religious and moral values in the face of this phenomenon as well as the need for collective efforts from various parties to overcome its negative impacts. Thus, this article proposes solutions through proper religious understanding, social media monitoring by parents, quality sexual education in schools, and government regulation of unsavory content on casual sex.

Abstract

North Africa is a region that is in the middle between the East and West parts of Africa, this geographical location was one of the reasons why during the time of Umar Bin Khattab he expanded into the region, because it was thought that it would be easy to strengthen political power because the region was a link between the continents of Asia and Europe, therefore Islamic civilization which began during the time of Umar Bin Khattab was very developed in the North African region until the Khalifa after that, then the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties. One of the most famous civilizations is how Muslims were able to control one part of the European continent. namely Andalusia, which at that time was the North African region controlled by the Muwahiddun dynasty, which was a kingdom formed as a result of the weakening or decline of the Abbasid dynasty. During the reign of these two kingdoms, many civilizations gave birth, one of which was the use of the gold dinar for the first time and many more.
