<![CDATA[Foreign exchange reserves are an important monetary indicator that demonstrates the economic strength of a country. The size of the foreign exchange reserve is determined by the international economic activities carried out by the country with various factors that influence it. This research aims to determine the influence of exports, exchange rates, and inflation on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data spanning from 2018 to 2023. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression using the Eviews 12 software system. The results indicate that, partially, exports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, the exchange rate variable has no effect on foreign exchange reserves and inflation has a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves. Exports, exchange rates, and inflation simultaneously have a significant influence on foreign exchange reserves.]]>

<![CDATA[SWOT analysis is one of several tools available to analyze marketing strategy, as an environmental analysis that takes into account the internal and external factors that influence the company. With the rapid growth of various business fields, including culinary, it provides opportunities for MSME owners, especially in the culinary sector, to be helped by technology to promote their products, one of which is the seblak product which has always been a favorite of the Indonesian people. This research explains the reasons behind product competitiveness and the strategies implemented by Seblak BG (Bang Galih) to increase its sales. This research uses two data collection methods, namely literature review and study observation. From the SWOT matrix analysis table, it can be concluded that MSME Seblak BG has good advantages and opportunities so that it has good competitiveness. ]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this study is to determine how price and service quality affect consumer product purchasing decisions. In this study, 70 respondents were interviewed using an online questionnaire to collect data. This research uses quantitative research methods, namely research methods related to numbers that are analyzed using statistics. The data collection method uses population, and the sample is collected through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to correspondents. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Lower prices and better service quality increase purchasing decisions. However, the results also show that the interaction between price and service quality has a greater influence on purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the study also shows that price and service quality can affect the buyer's ability to choose the right product and save time and money. Meanwhile, to support this research, researchers distributed questionnaires via google form. The population in this study were STIE IBMT Class of 2020 students, the sample taken was 70 respondents from the population, so the technique used was a simple random sample. The results showed that price and service quality have a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, as indicated by the high value of brand image, customer satisfaction, and trust in the products and services offered. On the other hand, online marketing strategies can influence buyers' ability to choose the right product and save time and money. This research serves as a basis for e-commerce companies to improve effective and efficient online marketing strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Job Creation Law, minimum wage calculations are determined based on variables such as economic growth, inflation and certain indices. This research aims to review the Job Creation Law regarding the annulment of the Governor of DKI Jakarta's Decree Number 1517 of 2021 concerning the 2022 Provincial Minimum Wage. In this context, this research focuses on the implications of the Job Creation Law for the decision of the Governor of DKI Jakarta. The method that the author chose is a data collection method by means of literature study by looking for scientific reviews and using a case study approach sourced from Decision 11/G/2022/PTUN JKT. The research results show that based on the Job Creation Law the judge's decision in this case is correct, the increase has exceeded the specified regulatory limits and is detrimental to other parties, namely entrepreneurs who pay workers.]]>

<![CDATA[Influencer marketing has rapidly evolved as an effective marketing strategy in the digital era, particularly within the context of Digital Marketing 5.0, which integrates advanced technologies such as AI and big data. This research aims to review existing literature on the role of influencer marketing as a digital marketing strategy. Through an analysis of studies from 2018 to 2024, this research explores how influencer marketing influences consumer behavior, enhances brand awareness, and fosters more personal relationships between brands and their audiences. The study also investigates brands' challenges and opportunities in leveraging influencer marketing and how new technologies like AI and data analytics can optimize these strategies. Based on a comprehensive literature review, this research concludes that influencer marketing plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Work-life balance problems usually occur when someone finds it difficult to achieve balance between personal life and work life. Stress is a psychological condition caused by excessive workload. The aim of this research is to find work-life balance related to the workload of a police officer. This research methodology uses a literature review. Based on the findings of a literature search regarding the influence of workload on work-life balance for police, it can be said that high workload has a significant impact on work-life balance for police.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to explain the review of Islamic law in determining the age limit for marriage and the application of the principle of maslahah murlah in granting marriage dispensations. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, data collection methods using documentation methods with data analysis using the process of collecting, compiling and discussing information contained in written documents. The results of this research show: 1) Early marriage, even though it is legally legal, does not absolutely apply to everyone and in all conditions. This is because under certain conditions that can cause mafsadat (loss), the law can become makruh or even haram. Legal provisions in Islam cannot be separated from the positive and negative values that arise from them. 2) The context in considering maslahah murrasa, the judge's perception regarding marriage dispensation is included in the realm of maslahah khashshah or the individual or personal benefit of the applicant, because marriage dispensation cases include marriage cases that are private and only involve a few individuals, namely the applicants. So there is no consideration of maslahah 'ammah or general benefit for society.]]>

<![CDATA[Breast cancer does not only occur in developed countries but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. Breast cancer ranks 8th of all cancers in Indonesia. Breast cancer is also a major concern, because it is the most common type of cancer in women. This Community Service aims to determine breast self-examination health education (BSE) on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of young women at SMK Kader Bangsa Palembang. Community Service Method with pretest posttest. Remja are teenagers with a menstrual cycle of 7-10 days with a total of 26 vocational school students who meet the inclusion criteria. The test used was the Wilcoxon Sign Runk Test with p0.05 using a computer. The results of the study showed that breast self-examination health education (BSE) had an effect on knowledge p value (0.0000.05), attitude p value (0.003)(0.05), action p value (0.004)(0.05) . Conclusion of breast self-examination health education (BSE) on the knowledge, attitudes and actions of young women at SMK Kader Bangsa Palembang. It is hoped that the suggestions for female students can be used as management of the BSE technique to detect early signs and symptoms of breast cancer. ]]>

<![CDATA[In government administration, Public Relations has a strategic role and function to provide information services about government policies and work programs for the public. Communication strategies are needed to help people develop effective communication programs to achieve government goals, namely public participation in policy. Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations faces the challenge of socializing WA KEPO digital services to realize the Sumedang Happy Digital Region program. This research aims to determine the Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations communication strategy in socializing the WA KEPO digital platform service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data obtained through interviews, observation, and literature study. The research results show that the Sumedang Regency Government Public Relations has used educational and persuasive strategies, cooperative strategies, as well as integrative and coordinating strategies in socializing WA KEPO digital services. However, optimization is needed in educational and persuasive strategies to provide understanding to the public about WA KEPO digital services. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and understand the employee performance assessment at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Karawang. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of performance assessments at BPS Karawang is neither significant nor efficient. Despite previous efforts, there are gaps in the assessment that encompass all aspects of employee performance and do not account for external and internal environmental changes. The use of Kip App, a web-based performance assessment tool, aids in planning, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance. The study reveals that the average employee performance scores range from 97-98, indicating a very high level of overall performance. However, some employees have lower scores in the adaptive and harmonious categories, highlighting areas that need further attention. ]]>
