Abstract

Diversity is a sunnatullah that every community must contemplate and believe in. Awareness of religious communities is the key to continuity in practicing their respective religions. Every religion has a substance of truth, in preennial philosophy a concept in philosophical discourse that discusses the nature of God as an absolute being is the source of all sources of existence. Pluralism is a condition of a pluralistic society (related to social and political systems) or a cultural condition of various different cultures in a society, or a situation where large groups and small groups can maintain their identity in society without having to oppose the dominant culture. This research is qualitative in nature so the method used is a qualitative method, where the focus of the research is centered on in-depth observation. In this research, data collection was carried out using the library study method, namely searching authentic written sources. Furthermore, the data that was successfully collected was analyzed to be able to understand and reach conclusions in this research.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) on the decision to study at the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic, using quantitative methods on 30 student respondents, through multiple linear regression analysis, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, test t, f test, and coefficient of determination, which shows that price has a significant influence on the decision to study, while product, promotion and place variables do not have a significant effect partially, but simultaneously, these four variables influence the decision to study with a contribution of 67.8 %.

Abstract

Religious moderation is very important to be instilled in students in order to create an environment that is peaceful, comfortable and safe from various threats. This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling religious moderation values, to find out the supporting factors and strategies of PAI teachers in instilling religious moderation values, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers' efforts in instilling religious moderation values at SMAN 14 Surabaya. The type of this research is field research (Field Research) which is descriptive qualitative, the informants of this research include principals, PAI teachers, and students, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and observation. data analysis techniques are inductive based on the data obtained, then developed or described qualitatively. Religious moderation is very important to be instilled in students in order to create an environment that is peaceful, comfortable and safe from various threats. This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling religious moderation values, to find out the supporting factors and strategies of PAI teachers in instilling religious moderation values, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers' efforts in instilling religious moderation values at SMAN 14 Surabaya. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the efforts of PAI teachers in instilling the value of religious moderation at SMAN 14 Surabaya by delivering material on tolerance and respect for diversity, giving advice during learning both at the beginning, middle and at the end, exemplary PAI teachers in accordance with the duties of teachers as role models for their students, accustoming students to follow religious activities held at school. Supporting factors are infrastructure in the form of a mosque that supports the implementation of religious activities, as well as support from the school and parents, inhibiting factors are the lack of student attention in paying attention to lectures, advice given by the teacher.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the role of the Ombudsman as an independent state institution in supervising the implementation of public services in Indonesia. The Ombudsman was established to accommodate the dynamics of society and ensure good governance. With seven main characteristics of an independent state institution, the Ombudsman has the authority to supervise maladministration of public service providers. This study shows that the Ombudsman carries out an important external oversight function in the Indonesian government system. The Ombudsman's supervision is repressive, namely responding to public complaints regarding violations in the implementation of public services. Nevertheless, the existence of the Ombudsman is an important mechanism in ensuring that state administrators are accountable for their actions and provide quality public services. Looking at the role of the Ombudsman in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the lens of good governance. The importance of the Ombudsman's role in supervising the implementation of public policies that have an impact on the achievement of the SDGs. In addition, it also provides policy recommendations to strengthen the role of the Ombudsman in supporting the realization of sustainable development, including strengthening institutions, increasing coordination, and socialization to the community.

Abstract

PJKR STKIP Symbiosis students complete their studies for an average of 4 years to 6 years. This research was conducted for the purpose of finding out the obstacles for PJKR STKIP Symbiosis students in completing their studies on time (4 years or less than 4 years). This type of research is mixed (quantitative descriptive and qualitative). The population in this study were PJKR STKIP Symbiosis students. The instruments used in this research were closed and open questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and qualitative analysis. The results of quantitative descriptive research were obtained as follows, namely: very low barriers for 55 students (60.44%), low barriers for 32 students (35.16%), and moderate barriers for 4 students (4.40%). Based on the results of the qualitative research, there are 4 conclusions regarding obstacles to completing lectures on time, namely 1) students themselves are less active in lectures so that many courses are not passed, 2) During the Covid-19 pandemic, many students experience problems in finding book references to write a research proposal, 3) some theoretical lecture material related to the preparation of final assignments such as statistics and research methodology which is delivered online is not mastered and understood by students, and 4) "The lack of complete facilities on the Wates campus causes the lecture process to be less effective so that knowledge obtained less than optimal. For example, there is no basketball court and incomplete sports equipment, so many parts are overlooked.

Abstract

There is a gap between the services received and patient expectations of the quality of service of Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital, such as uncomfortable waiting room facilities, customer service officers who provide inaccurate information, customer service that does not respond quickly to patient requests / complaints, customer service unfriendliness, and customer service attitudes that do not show attention and empathy for the needs and conditions of patients. So the researcher has the aim of knowing the extent of the influence of customer service quality on patient satisfaction, especially at Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital (RSKBP). Researchers use social exchange theory and the concept of service quality using the SERVQUAL model which consists of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research uses a quantitative approach through an explanatory method conducted on 100 RSKBP patients by determining the sample with simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the five dimensions of RSKBP customer service quality have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The direction of the influence is positive, meaning that the better the quality of service provided by RSKBP customer service, the better patient satisfaction will be.

Abstract

This article analyzes the effectiveness of the Community Service Program (KKN) in Sumber Padi Village, Batubara Regency, conducted by Group 44 from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The urgency of this research lies in evaluating the sustainable impact of the KKN program on village development, with a focus on infrastructure, health, education, and the local economy. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, involving field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that KKN plays a significant role in improving the quality of life in the village through infrastructure development, economic empowerment, and enhancements in education and public health. KKN students act as agents of change, successfully introducing innovations and sustainable practices to the village. In conclusion, the participatory approach implemented in the KKN program has proven effective in promoting sustainable development in Sumber Padi Village and can serve as a model for similar programs in other regions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of shyness on interpersonal communication anxiety in first-year students of the Faculty of Psychology who come from outside Makassar City. Respondents in this study were 106 first-year students of the Faculty of Psychology who migrated or came from outside the agglomeration area. The results of data analysis using exponential regression analysis show a significant value of 0.000, meaning that shyness affects interpersonal communication anxiety in first-year students who come from outside Makassar City. The R-value is 0.760, indicating that shyness and interpersonal communication anxiety are in a very strong category. The R Square value is 0.577, meaning that shyness affects interpersonal communication anxiety, contributing 57.7%..

Abstract

PT. Antam is a mining company under the auspices of BUMN which manages various mineral resources such as nickel ore, ferronickel, gold, silver, bauxite and also coal. In May 2024 it was circulated that six high-ranking officials of PT. Antam committed corruption and produced 109 tonnes of illegal gold and forged stamps. The aim of this research is how the crisis management strategy of PT. Antam and how does PT. Antam improved its image and reputation after this news. The theory used in this research is William Benoit regarding how organizations respond to threats to their image after experiencing a crisis, namely image repair. The methodusedin this researchis qualitativeby collecting data from literature studies, data collection, and monitoring news in online media. The results of this research show that from the image repair theory with crisis management at PT. Antam received an award as a company with a good reputation and performance, reducing the amount of news about this case.

Abstract

The development of micro and small businesses in Sleman plays a role in absorbing labor and supporting regional gross domestic income. Based on this role, it is hoped that micro and small businesses can continue to develop and carry out business in a sustainable manner. In achieving continuous business continuity, the accounting information system is an effort to deal with financial management problems in micro and small businesses. Entrepreneurs have difficulty making decisions when their accounting and information technology knowledge and skills are low. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of various aspects of skills and knowledge on the use of accounting information systems in micro and small businesses in Sleman. This research was conducted in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta, the data used was primary data obtained through questionnaires and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The tool used to carry out this test is SPSS 25 software. The results obtained by the variables of business scale, age of business, level of education and accounting training have a significant positive influence on the use of accounting information systems in MSEs..
