Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi keuangan dan penggunaan e-commerce dalam mendorong perilaku konsumtif. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai studi yang relevan terkait literasi keuangan, e-commerce, dan perilaku konsumtif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki peran signifikan dengan hubungan negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat literasi keuangan, maka semakin rendah kecenderungan perilaku konsumtif individu. E-commerce berperan secara positif karena adanya faktor kemudahan akses, promosi, cashback, dan kenyamanan dalam transaksi yang menjadi pemicu perilaku konsumtif pada Generasi Z.

Abstract

As a new policy, the implementation of the Independent Curriculum brings big challenges, especially in terms of teacher readiness to face it. Teacher readiness, both in terms of professional competence and ability to use technology in learning, is the key to the successful implementation of this curriculum. This research uses the literature review method. Literature review is a research method for identifying, evaluating and interpreting all relevant research results related to certain research questions, certain topics, or phenomena of concern. The aim of this research is to explore the role of the Independent Curriculum policy on teachers' readiness to implement it and its impact on student learning outcomes, Basic Concepts of the Independent Curriculum Policy, Teacher Readiness in Implementing the Independent Curriculum, Strategy for Developing Teacher Competence in the Independent Curriculum, Impact of the Independent Curriculum Policy on Learning Outcomes Students, Challenges and Solutions in Implementing the Independent Curriculum. The research results show that the implementation of this curriculum faces various challenges, especially related to teacher readiness. Teacher readiness, both in terms of professional competence and ability to use technology, is a key factor for successful curriculum implementation. This research emphasizes the importance of teacher capacity development programs, such as training and workshops, to increase learning effectiveness.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought major changes in the banking industry, including Islamic banking which is now increasingly focusing on digital banking services. This research aims to identify the challenges faced and solutions applied in the use of hardware, such as ATMs, in supporting Islamic digital banking services. By using a qualitative descriptive method through case studies, this study highlights the aspects of security, network stability, and hardware operational costs which are often the main obstacles. The findings suggest that some common issues, such as transaction failures due to unstable networks and high maintenance costs, affect service efficiency. To overcome these obstacles, Islamic banks are expected to improve control management over hardware and implement damage prevention measures. This research provides practical insights for Islamic banks in maximizing digital services and increasing customer satisfaction, as well as offering a theoretical foundation for the development of sharia-based digital banking systems in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study can prove the comparison of Mathematics learning outcomes with picture media or students taught with video media. This study was analyzed for 1 week to be precise, in October, with a sample of 60 class students. Precisely 30 grade IIA students who were given mathematics lessons using Image Media and 30 grade IIB students who were given Mathematics learning using Video Media, the selection of the research sample was carried out by a simple random sampling method based on calculations obtained from data that the average student learning outcomes through image media had an average of 57.97 with a standard deviation of 11.58, a median of 58.5 and a mode of 58. Furthermore, the learning outcomes of students taught through video media have an average of 74.37 with a standard deviation of 9.84, a median of 80 and a mode of 79.8. Based on the hypothesis test obtained by Table (19.292.002), there is a comparison of student learning taught using image media and video media.

Abstract

Children with low vision are part of the special needs group who still retain limited visual abilities that can be maximized with proper support. This study explores the importance of adapting teaching media, instructional methods, and inclusive school environments for low vision children, focusing on a case study at SD Negeri Purwantoro 7, Malang City. The findings reveal that concrete learning media and inclusive social interactions play a vital role in boosting the motivation and understanding of low vision students. Support from teachers, peers, and the broader community is essential for creating equitable and meaningful education.

Abstract

This scientific paper aims to analyze the legal protection for policyholders in the context of violations of the principle of utmost good faith committed by insurance companies during the conclusion of life insurance policies. The principle of utmost good faith is a crucial foundation in the relationship between insurance companies and policyholders, requiring both parties to act honestly and transparently. This research utilizes a case study from Decision No. 135/Pdt.G/2022/PN Jkt.Sel, which illustrates how violations of this principle can impact the rights of policyholders. The findings indicate that violations of the utmost good faith principle can result in losses for policyholders, both financially and legally. Furthermore, the court's decision in this case study provides an important precedent regarding the responsibility of insurance companies and the legal protections available to policyholders. Thus, this paper emphasizes the importance of awareness of the legal rights of policyholders and the necessity for stricter regulations to protect the interests of clients within the insurance industry.

Abstract

In the world of architecture, choosing a wall color is one of the important things that will affect the style and function of the building itself. Color helps create visual balance and form an atmosphere that is appropriate for its environment. For example, bright yellow in a room can stimulate its occupants to be more creative and attractive. In contrast to a room painted black, it will give an impression of sadness. Therefore, the presence of color can give a different impression to each room. The method used in this study was qualitative observation and interviews to determine the emotional sensitivity of students at SDN Kalirungkut 1 Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that more elementary school students choose bright colors than dark colors. This can be caused by several factors, such as visual, psychological, social, and cultural aspects. This study highlights the importance of the role of color in creating a learning environment that supports students' comfort and creativity. Therefore, the selection of colors in learning spaces should consider the psychological impact they generate.

Abstract

The largest source of state funding comes from taxes. This income tax is imposed on individuals and business entities that earn income will be taxed. The higher the income earned, the higher the tax burden will be. This study aims to examine in depth the factors that influence the amount of corporate income tax payable. This tax has a large contribution to tax revenue so that companies as the main contributors of income tax have an important role in state revenue. The method used is a descriptive approach using literature studies which are taken from journals and articles that are relevant to the research topic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach on the learning process of visually impaired children at SLB ABD Negeri Kedungkandang, Malang City. The CTL approach connects the learning material with real situations, so that students can understand concepts in depth and applicatively. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of the CTL approach has a positive impact on the understanding of visually impaired students, their motivation to learn, and their ability to relate lessons to daily life. Visually impaired students who engage in contextual-based learning show significant improvements in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills. Supporting factors for the successful implementation of CTL include the role of teachers as facilitators, the use of learning media that suit the needs of visually impaired students, and an inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

The fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN MUI) plays a crucial role in addressing issues of default (failure to fulfill agreements) in sharia-based contracts. In Sharia financial transactions, default needs to be resolved fairly and in accordance with Islamic principles, which prohibit elements of riba (unjust enrichment), gharar (uncertainty), and zalim (oppression). (penindasan). The DSN MUI fatwa provides guidance on ta’widh or compensation as a form of recompense for the actual losses suffered by the aggrieved party, unlike fines which are more punitive or seek additional profit. Through this fatwa, DSN MUI encourages adherence to contracts, maintains the balance of rights and obligations, and ensures that the resolution of default is carried out without harming either party. The procedures in this research were carried out in stages, namely collecting library data, reading, taking notes, reviewing, gathering concepts or manuscripts, and then elaborating and explaining the collected data or texts related to the main discussion topic in this research. This article discusses the important role of the DSN MUI fatwa in creating transparency, justice, and adherence to Sharia principles in addressing default, as well as its impact on the integrity of Sharia financial transactions in Indonesia.
