Abstract

Divorce is a complex social phenomenon and can have a significant impact not only on divorced couples but also on the families involved, especially children who are an integral part of family dynamics. One aspect that can be affected by divorce is communication between children and parents. This study uses a qualitative approach to gain in-depth insight into how divorce affects communication between parents and children. The divorce of a parent can cause stress, stress, and depression leading to physical and psychological changes for family members. (Dagun, 1990 dalam Dewi Herdiyanto, 2018). The family is a parent whose social function is to bring the child into a more genuine and wider social life. (Amirulloh, 2015 dalam Kobandaha, 2019). From the above view, it can be concluded that marriage has a very important dimension in forming a happy and lasting family, as described in the law. Husbands and wives play a role in creating a peaceful, peaceful and loving life, forming the foundation of a prosperous family.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop dispute resolution options from the perspective of local wisdom in the Ngadhu-bhaga community, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. In socio-cultural reality, local wisdom is plural. The diversity of local wisdom is based on the cosmology of the local community. Conflict resolution is always directed at harmonious efforts. So, the resolution of customary land disputes from the perspective of local wisdom in the Ngadhu-Bhaga community is oriented towards this perspective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kerajaan-kerajaan Islam terhadap perkembangan bahasa dan sastra di Sumatera. Artikel ini membahas pengaruh signifikan yang diberikan oleh kerajaan-kerajaan Islam terhadap perkembangan bahasa dan sastra di pulau Sumatera. Penelitian ini menguraikan sejarah dan peran penting yangdimainkan oleh kerajaan-kerajaan Islam, seperti Sriwijaya, Aceh, dan Minangkabau, dalam memfasilitasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bahasa serta sastra di wilayah tersebut. Melalui analisis historis, artikel ini menelusuri perubahan-perubahan dalam struktur bahasa dan genre sastra yang terjadi akibat interaksi budaya antara kerajaan-kerajaan Islamdan masyarakat setempat. Faktor-faktor seperti perdagangan, agama, dan kebijakan pemerintah menjadi fokus utama dalam menjelaskan bagaimana kerajaan-kerajaan ini mempengaruhi literasi dan penciptaan karya sastra di Sumatera. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang warisan sastra dan linguistik dari periode kerajaan-kerajaan Islam di Sumatera serta relevansinya dalam konteks budaya dan sejarah Indonesia.

Abstract

Self-control is an individual's ability to direct, manage, regulate, and direct themselves in a positive direction. In general, people with high self-control are able to refrain from actions that go against the norms and regulations enforced in society. Inmates who have just been released from a correctional facility become correctional clients of the correctional facility. Correctional Centers are tasked with providing supervision and guidance through community counselors. One of those counseling is for helping prison inmates gain acceptance into society and strengthen their self-control to avoid criminal cases again.

Abstract

A brand is an image for a manufacturer and a good name for a company, but it is also part of a business strategy. There is no manufacturer that does not use a trademark as an identity for the products it produces or the services it provides. The identity of a brand is a distinguishing characteristic and differentiates a company's brand from other company brands. Therefore, brand disputes often arise. The research method used is normative juridical. As a result of this research, it was found that trademark registration can end due to the expiry of the validity period of the trademark, deletion of a trademark due to the trademark owner's own request, deletion of a registered trademark at the initiative of the Minister after receiving a recommendation from the Mark Appeal Commission, and deletion of a trademark due to a lawsuit from a party third. Trademark protection exists from the moment of trademark registration and trademark protection is valid for 10 years during the period of trademark registration and can be extended for the same period. Lawsuits are filed for either civil lawsuits, criminal charges or lawsuits. Administrative action in the form of rejection and cancellation of trademark registration.

Abstract

Allah SWT has explicitly commanded in the Quran, particularly in Surah An-Nisa, verse 58, that laws among humanity should be established with utmost justice. In the field of fiqh jinayah, these laws not only serve as tools for enforcing criminal justice but also reflect principles of justice derived from the Quran and Hadith. This research aims to investigate the underlying values of justice in the punishments of qishas and diyat as part of fiqh jinayah, and to comprehend their significance in resolving conflicts arising from violence or killings ordained by Allah SWT. The qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing literature review as the research method, is employed in crafting this article. The study concludes that the concepts of qishas and diyat demonstrate a sense of reconciliation in the conflict resolution process involving perpetrators, victims, and their families, especially with the implementation of diyat payments or full forgiveness. Consequently, the involvement of the victims' families plays a crucial role in determining the form of justice, serving as a counterbalance to the primary objectives of the Islamic justice system. In essence, the principles of qishas and diyat not only uphold justice but also promote reconciliation in the pursuit of a fair legal system.

Abstract

Islam strongly emphasizes humans to always maintain their physical health. Physical health is important to make it easier for humans to carry out their activities both work and worship. Through a strong and healthy body, a brilliant Islamic civilization will be created. In the Qur'an itself, there are quite a number of verses that explicitly and implicitly explain the urgency of implementing physical education. This research aims to find out how the concept of physical education in the perspective of the Qur'an so that later it can be implemented into Islamic education for students and children. The results of this study indicate that physical education is very important to maintain health and a healthy lifestyle so as to avoid all kinds of diseases. The implication of physical education in Islamic education is that it leads to its implementation for students in the educational process contained in the curriculum, infrastructure facilities must also support the implementation of physical education in educational institutions. Parents and educators must collaborate in providing physical education to children or students.

Abstract

This research aims to predict the sales of Go Chicken Karawang restaurant using linear regression method. Daily restaurant sales data during a certain period were collected and analyzed. Subsequently, a linear regression model was developed to predict sales based on the daily data of Go Chicken Karawang restaurant. The study used the Waikato Environment of Knowledge Analysis (WEKA) machine learning. The analysis results showed that the linear regression model was able to predict restaurant sales with the desired level of accuracy. This research can assist restaurant management in production planning, inventory, and marketing strategies.

Abstract

Akbar tanjung is one of HMI members who could socialize with everyone easily without differing each other. His great personality and qualified ideas influenced by Nurcholis Majid encourage him to be known in whole society as a reformist and a pluralistic person from HMI and Youth community. His bright ideas have born many organizations such as Cipayung Community, KNPI and AMPI. In addition, this essay will describe how the situational leadership of Akbar Tanjung leads PB HMI between 1972 and 1974 and also supporting factor of his success during his period. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive using deepen interview method and literature study.  Analysis research said that the leadership of Akbar Tanjung could complete the situational leadershipparameter and his success to lead this organization supported by his capable communication skill and his good attitude while coordinating with other youth organizations. Moreover, this research shows that his leadership has proven the influence and could be adopted by the following leader.

Abstract

Understanding gender has great significance for various levels of society, including children, adolescents and adults. Gender identity refers to the term used to describe an individual's tendencies regarding female and male roles. This research aims to explore information about the importance of the role of parents in the formation of gender behavior through a literature review from various sources. The qualitative descriptive method in this article uses a type of research in the form of library research (literature review), specifically collecting information or scientific articles related to literature reviews of a library nature. From the previous evaluation, it can be concluded that the care provided by parents has a significant impact in forming gender identity in young children.
