<![CDATA[Memorizing the Qur’an is an activity that everyone can do. The large number of people memorizing the Al-Quran is one way to maintain the purity of the Al-Quran, so lucky are those people who can maintain the Al-Quran by memorizing it. Because the Al-Quran itself is the word of Allah which functions as a guide and guidance for mankind, to understand the contents of the Al-Quran by memorizing and practicing it in everyday life. A memorizer of the Al-Quran is required to have a high interest in the Al-Quran, both in the process of memorizing and at the end of memorizing. One of them is by knowing the virtues and wisdom in reading and memorizing the Al-Quran. However, memorizing theAl-Quran is not an easy matter but it is also not something that is impossible nowadays,because at the time of the Prophet many people memorized the Qur'an. The research location is at MTsN 7 Agam. This type of research is field research. Field research is research carried out in the community or school to provide a complete picture of a situation. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The approach, where this research has a distinctive characteristic, is that it lies in its objectives. A descriptive approach is research to explore and clarify a phenomenon and the reality that occurs, namely by describing a number of variables related to the problem being studied. Based on research, the Al-Qur'an literacy program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 7 Agam is carried out by carrying out routine tahfizh for 1 hour of learning after the Dhuha prayer and before the start of study hours at school as well as special lesson hours for tahfizh subjects. This Al-Qur'an literacy program is a mandatory program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 7 Agam which is included in the mandatory lesson schedule. Al-Qur'an literacy programs vary in each school. At MTsN 7 Agam, the Al-Qur'an literacy program through tahfizh activities is carried out by memorization and deposit and is tested for the special tahfizh subject. If students have memorized several juz then a tahfizh graduation event will be held at MTsN 7 Agam.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media has become an integral part of Generation Z's lives, raising questions about its impact on their social English skills. Through a systematic literature review, we aim to reveal the impact of social media use on Generation Z's social English. Research findings show that social media has a mixed impact on Generation Z's social English skills. This can be both beneficial and detrimental. On the positive side, it helps grow social English through engagement with influencers and content. On the negative side, issues such as information overload, FOMO, imitation of inappropriate content, and mental health problems can harm social English skills. Additionally, it influences communication styles through the widespread use of emojis, acronyms and emoticons. This must be balanced with proficiency in formal social English for effective communication.]]>

<![CDATA[In an agreement, there is often a situation where one party fails to fulfill its obligations as previously agreed upon in the contract, resulting in an occurrence commonly known as a breach of contract. As regulated in Article 1243 of KUHPerdata, the occurrence of a breach of contract can lead to claims for compensation. This research discusses a case study on the position of breach of contract in the investment of apartments and hotels by Yusuf Mansur, as well as the resolution of the case. The research method used in this article is a qualitative approach and literature review. The case has been resolved through litigation by filing a breach of contract lawsuit in the Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini maka kondisi yang terjadi sudah jauh sekali berubah, masyarakat sudah tumbuh dalam dan berkembang dalam suasana yang begitu terbuka. Berbagai informasi bisa diperoleh dengan cepat, dan berbagai keputusan bisa dilakukan dengan mudah. Kondisi ini tidak terkecuali pada saat transaksi bisnis mengikutkan diperganakannya valuta asing sebagai alat pembayaran. Para manajer keuangan berusaha kuat dengan menerapkan bergbagai formula mampu menempatkan dan memperkirakan kestabilan valas secara konstan dalam suatu kurun waktu akuntansi. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Kencana Medan adalah perusahaan yang begerak dibidang penjualan nilai tukar uang asing atau biasa disebut valas. PT. Kencana Medan menyediakan berbagai jenis mata uang. Sebagai perusahaan terkemuka, PT. Kencana Medan terletak di Jalan Asia No. 606 Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jasa dan pelayanan prima berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Itu dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung pada variabel kualitas jasa dan pelayanan prima lebih besar daripada ttabel. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel pelayanan prima karena nilai koefisien regresinya lebih besar daripada variabel kualitas jasa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas, diketahui bahwa Fhitung Ftabel (44,5653,012) yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Artinya, variabel kualitas jasa dan pelayanan prima berpengaruh signifikan positif secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) diketahui bahwa kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi secara bersama-sama oleh variabel kualitas jasa, e-marketing dan pelayanan prima sebesar 0,543 atau 54,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan suatu gambaran tentang tinjauan hukum Tas’ir Al-Jabbariy dalam fiqih muamalah terhadap mekanisme penetapan upah minimum yang dilakukan pemerintah melalui undang undang dan peraturan turunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka. dan membahasnya melalui dua metode analisis yaitu Metode Deskriptif Analitis dan secara Normatif kualitatif yaitu pembahasan dan penjabaran data hasil penelitian yang mendasarkan pada norma-norma atau kaidah-kaidah hukum serta doktrin-doktrin yang relevan dengan permasalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan klausul- klausul baik dalam pasal pasal ataupun peraturan teknis turunanya yang menunjukan bahwa UU No.13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan khususnya berkaitan dengan penetapan upah adalah dalam rangka melindungi hak baik dari sisi buruh maupun dari sisi pengusaha, senada dengan itu maka ketika maksudnya adalah untuk perlindungan maka sesuai dengan kondisi diperbolehkannya pemerintah untuk turut campur dalam mengendalikan Harga baik komoditi ataupun jasa.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS ver 24. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dioeroleh 26 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman periode 2020-2022. Secara parsial, variabel profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman pada tahun 2020-2022.]]>

<![CDATA[The MBS Tahfid Al Hidayah Wonopringgo Islamic Boarding School is a modern formal education institution that has an excellent Al-Qur'an memorization program and has an integrated education curriculum with the Wonopringgo Muhammadiyah Middle School. In contrast to orphanages as social institutions whose curriculum administration has not been written neatly, Islamic boarding schools are better able to form children with noble morals. The importance of integrating Islamic boarding school education and orphanages can change the character of foster children who come to orphanages with various family, economic and character problems for the better, and have a mindset that foster children come to orphanages not only to fulfill economic needs, but more about change and the intention to gain the knowledge of memorizing the Koran. This research is qualitative research, descriptive in nature and uses analysis with an inductive approach. The results of this research show that foster children from orphanages live and participate integrally and comprehensively in activities at the Islamic boarding school with all the rules and discipline. The main activities of foster children in Islamic boarding schools are memorizing the Koran, formal schooling, cadre development, extracurricular activities and worship. The integration of Islamic boarding school education and orphanages increases the potential and achievements of foster children in memorizing the Al-Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to uncover alternative dispute resolutions from the perspective of the traditional and cultural institutions of the Malay community, Medang Deras District. To construct the research objectives, empirical legal research was conducted. This is because the primary research data are the words and actions of the research subjects. Based on the findings in the field, viewed from the perspective of legal anthropology, the alternative dispute resolution carried out by the Medang Deras Malay community is a combination of mediation and negotiation. This alternative is considered more effective and efficient than the litigation pathway. In this case, mediation and negotiation as traditional and cultural institutions of the Medang Deras Malay community are primarily determined by a neutral third party, termed obay.]]>

<![CDATA[Social media, as an influential platform in human social life, often leads to alienation, where individuals become distorted from their surrounding reality. This research falls under literature study or library research, utilizing content analysis to explore alienation arising from interactions with social media, with a specific focus on the Indonesian context. Karl Marx's Alienation Theory is used as a foundation to comprehend this phenomenon. Through content analysis, the research identifies patterns of behavior and messages on social media contributing to individual alienation. The study's findings are expected to provide further insights into the impact of social media on the essence of humanity, particularly within the context of alienation in Indonesian society.]]>
