Abstract

 Early childhood education (PAUD) institution management plays a crucial role in supporting the success of classroom learning. Effective institution management can influence the learning strategies implemented by teachers in children's learning activities. This study aims to analyze the influence of PAUD institution management on teachers' classroom learning strategies through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review, analyzing various relevant scientific articles from the past five years. Data were obtained from indexed national journals discussing early childhood education management and teacher learning strategies. Data analysis was conducted through a process of identification, evaluation, and synthesis of relevant research findings. The study results indicate that effective PAUD institution management can support teachers in designing creative and innovative learning strategies that are aligned with the developmental characteristics of early childhood. Therefore, improving the quality of PAUD institution management is a crucial factor in enhancing the quality of classroom learning.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of influencer marketing on brand awareness of gadget products among TikTok users in Indonesia through a qualitative systematic literature review approach. Drawing on seven empirical studies published between 2021 and 2026, this research synthesizes findings on how influencer marketing analyzed through the lens of Source Credibility Theory shapes consumer brand awareness and purchase intention in the context of digital technology products. The findings indicate that influencer credibility, comprising trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness, is the primary driver of brand awareness formation, with influencer credibility explaining up to 27.0% of variance in purchase intention (Istimaroh, 2025) and influencer marketing explaining 49.7% of variance in purchase intention for gadget products (Maesaroh, 2025). TikTok-specific studies confirm that influencer content on the platform contributes to sales performance increases of 25–30% for brands (Sakir, 2025), while brand awareness consistently emerges as a critical mediating variable between influencer marketing activities and consumer behavioral outcomes. The study further identifies that the authenticity of influencer content and the quality of parasocial relationships between influencers and their audiences are key determinants of the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns in building gadget brand awareness. This study concludes that a credibility-centered influencer marketing strategy represents the most sustainable approach for gadget brands seeking to build meaningful brand awareness among Indonesian TikTok users.

Abstract

This study aims to explore adolescents' enthusiasm in continuing their education and understand the dynamics of factors influencing it. In social life, adolescents have various considerations in determining their educational pathways after completing school. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation and interviews with several informants. The findings show that adolescents’ enthusiasm in continuing education is influenced by various factors such as economic conditions, perceptions of education, and social environment. These factors not only present challenges but also shape adolescents' perspectives and decisions regarding their future. Therefore, creative, flexible, and needs-based approaches in community education are needed to support and strengthen adolescents' enthusiasm for continuing education.

Abstract

Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) is an obligation for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to support sustainable development and improve community welfare. PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara Glenmore Sugar Factory Unit has implemented various TJSL programs in the fields of social, education, health, and environment. However, the implementation still faces challenges such as uneven program distribution and limited community participation. This study aims to analyze the strategic management of TJSL in improving community welfare. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis applies strategic management theory to examine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of TJSL programs. The results show that TJSL strategies have positively impacted the community, including improved economic welfare, job creation, and enhanced social and environmental quality. However, the effectiveness of the programs is not yet optimal due to limitations in program distribution and community participation. Therefore, strengthening strategic planning, increasing community collaboration, and continuous evaluation are needed to ensure more targeted and sustainable TJSL programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of educational facilities and infrastructure management and its role in improving the effectiveness of learning. The research employed a library research method by reviewing various literature sources such as books, scientific journals, and academic articles relevant to the research topic. Data collection was conducted through literature review and analysis of sources related to educational facilities and infrastructure management. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, roles, and management principles of educational facilities and infrastructure. The results of the study indicate that educational facilities and infrastructure play an important role in supporting effective learning. Proper, efficient, and sustainable management of facilities and infrastructure can create a conducive learning environment, increase students’ learning motivation, and assist teachers in delivering learning materials more effectively. Therefore, effective management of educational facilities and infrastructure becomes an important factor in improving the quality of the learning process in educational institutions.

Abstract

Islamic education has a strategic role in shaping the morality of individuals and society through the comprehensive internalization of Islamic values. The phenomenon of a moral crisis, characterized by increasing deviant behavior, low integrity, and weakening social values, has become a major challenge for today's educational world. This article aims to examine the concept of morality from the perspective of Islamic education, the nature of value education, strategies for implementing value education, as well as the challenges of value education in the modern era. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach. The study results show that morality in Islam is rooted in the concept of akhlak (character) derived from the Quran and Hadith. Values education in Islam is holistic, integrative, and transcendental, encompassing human relations with Allah, fellow humans, and the environment. The implementation of values education is carried out through role modeling, habituation, integration of values in learning, direct experience, moral reflection, strengthening of school culture, Islam-based digital literacy, as well as spiritual reinforcement. In the modern era, values education faces challenges such as cultural globalization, digital technology disruption, dominance of cognitive approaches, a crisis of role models, and weak synergy between family, school, and society. Therefore, an adaptive values education strategy is needed without losing the essence of Islamic values.

Abstract

This study analyzes the global marketing strategy of Indomie, a flagship instant noodle product of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, in penetrating and sustaining its competitive position in the Nigerian market. Nigeria represents one of the most strategically significant international markets for Indomie, where the brand has achieved a level of cultural embedding so deep that Nigerian consumers frequently use "Indomie" as a generic term for all instant noodles. Using a qualitative systematic literature review methodology, this study synthesizes findings from nine empirical sources to construct a comprehensive understanding of the strategic architecture behind Indomie's Nigerian success. The analysis is grounded in the OLI Paradigm (Dunning), Commercial Diplomacy Framework (Reuvers), and Brand Equity Theory (Aaker). The findings reveal that Indomie's market success in Nigeria rests on four interconnected strategic pillars: a joint venture entry strategy through Dufil Prima Foods in partnership with the Tolaram Group, product and cultural adaptation to Nigerian taste preferences and consumption contexts, sustained corporate social responsibility investments including polio vaccination programs that built community trust, and nostalgic brand positioning that transformed Indomie into a cultural institution. Empirical evidence confirms that brand elements explain approximately 60% of customer patronage variance for instant noodles in Nigeria (Ajibade Osuolale), and that nostalgic brand positioning, brand equity, and advertising are significant predictors of consumer repeat purchase behavior (Ikpeazu Ogbeide, 2026). The study concludes that Indomie's enduring competitiveness in Nigeria stems from its capacity to simultaneously function as a commercial product, a diplomatic instrument, a cultural symbol, and a community institution  a combination that no competitor has been able to replicate since Indomie first entered the Nigerian market in the late 1980s.

Abstract

This article examines the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the perspective of religiosity and character transformation in the digital era. Using a systematic literature review approach, this paper analyzes in depth the classical philosophical foundations of PAI evaluation drawn from the thought of Al-Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun, the nature of evaluation as an instrument for internalizing Islamic values, holistic and integrative evaluation principles, and the evolution of evaluation techniques from traditional methods to digital platforms based on learning analytics. This research also examines the strategic position and function of teachers as moral authorities amid the influx of artificial intelligence in contemporary educational evaluation systems. The findings indicate that comprehensive PAI evaluation must be capable of measuring cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions in a balanced and proportional manner, while maintaining the spiritual essence and moral authority of teachers as irreplaceable spiritual guides. The use of technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), multimodal-based digital portfolios, reflective journals as digital muhasabah media, and big data analytics provides new opportunities for personalized learning. However, the implementation of these technologies must always be balanced with a strict ethical approach, student privacy protection, and ecosystem synergy involving schools, families, and communities. These findings affirm that the success of PAI evaluation in the digital era is not solely determined by the sophistication of the technology used, but by the ability of educational institutions and their educators to balance digital innovation with Islamic spiritual values and the aspiration of forming the insan kamil as the highest goal of Islamic education.

Abstract

Spiritual crises, moral disorientation, and the increasing prevalence of mental health problems in modern society indicate the limitations of conventional counseling paradigms, which tend to be positivistic and fragmented. Modern psychological approaches generally separate spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions, thereby failing to understand human beings holistically. On the other hand, the study of transcendental values in Islamic Studies, Theology, and Sufism remains largely normative and has not yet been constructed as an applicable paradigm for social transformation and contemporary counseling practice. This study aims to reconstruct tawhid as an epistemology of transformation through the model of Integrative-Holistic Tawhid Counseling based on transcendental values. The research employs a qualitative approach based on library research with philosophical, theological, and interdisciplinary analysis of literature in Islamic Studies, Islamic psychology, and contemporary Sufism. This article argues that tawhid is not merely a theological doctrine but an epistemological paradigm capable of integrating spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions simultaneously. Transcendental values are positioned as both a therapeutic foundation and a spirit of social transformation that shapes self-awareness, mental health, and human ethics. The scholarly contribution of this study lies in the development of a new paradigm, “Integrative-Holistic Tawhid Counseling,” which bridges the dichotomy between religion and modern psychology and presents a transformative counseling model based on Islamic spirituality in addressing the crises of modern humanity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of comparative figurative language and their functions in constructing the rhetorical strategies of ethos, pathos, and logos in a sermon delivered by Abdul Somad, featured in the YouTube video entitled "Ngakak Parah! Ceramah Terbaru Ustadz Abdul Somad 2026 Bikin Jamaah Gak Kuat Tahan Tawa." This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and note-taking techniques from utterances in the 40-minute and 54-second video, and were analyzed through data reduction, classification, and interpretation stages. Data validity was ensured through technique triangulation. The findings reveal nine types of comparative figurative language used in the sermon: metaphor, personification, antithesis, hyperbole, allegory, periphrasis, pleonasm, anticipation, and correction (correctio). Functionally, these figurative expressions work synergistically to construct rhetorical strategies: ethos is built through consistency between the values taught and the preacher’s behavior; pathos is developed through humor, emotional surprises, and situations that resonate with the audience’s everyday experiences; and logos is established through rational cause-and-effect arguments concerning modern social phenomena.
