Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Madrasah Diniyah in efforts to develop children's character in Jlumpang Village, Bancak District, Semarang Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used are filling out questionnaires, observation and literature study to obtain data about how children's characters are developed. This research involved teachers who taught at Madrasah Diniyah in Jlumpang Village, Bancak District, Semarang Regency as samples. The research results show that Madrasah Diniyah has a very important role in developing children's character, both religiously and personally. This cannot be separated from the role of education which always shapes and directs them in their daily lives. Education in schools, families and the community are supporting factors in developing student character. In conclusion, Madrasah Diniyah plays an important role in developing children's character, and this role can be enhanced with good cooperation between Madrasah Diniyah, families and the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks carried out by the Jabar Saber Hoaks Team in tackling hoax news to the people of West Java. The writing method used is a qualitative method with the social media planning model The Circular Model of SoMe initiated by Regina Luttrell. Based on the results of observations and interviews, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks at the share stage can create content that is relevant to the issues circulating in the community and build public trust in the Jabar Saber Hoaks Unit. At the optimize stage, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks responsively receives and responds to complaints from the public through the direct message feature regarding issues that require fact checking and digital literacy. At the manage stage, the Jabar Saber Hoaks Team conducts media monitoring through the Instagram insight feature, and conducts quick responses. At the engage stage, Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks collaborates with other West Java Saber Hoaks Instagram accounts in publishing content. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the management of Instagram @jabarsaberhoaks has met several SoMe Model criteria, but needs to meet the aspects of optimizing all Instagram features, tools and using influencer relations.

Abstract

Regional governments must optimize local original income by maximizing existing capabilities without violating provisions. PAD as a regional recipient, illustrates the level of regional independence. This research aims to determine the influence of GRDP, regional spending, number of tourists and number of tourist attractions on local revenue in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province in 2016 - 2022. The data used is secondary data sourced from Bappeda. The data used in this research are GRDP, regional spending, number of tourists and number of tourist attractions in 2016-2022. The data analysis tool uses panel data regression. The results of this research show that GRDP has no effect, regional spending has no effect, the number of tourists has no effect and the number of tourist attractions has no effect on local revenue.

Abstract

This literature study aims to analyze the role of social workers in preventing domestic violence. Through analysis of various scientific sources, it was found that social workers have a crucial role in efforts to prevent domestic violence. The social worker's role involves cross-sectoral collaboration with various agencies to provide a comprehensive response to domestic violence. Training programs are needed that focus on increasing the competency of social workers in handling cases of violence effectively. Support for victims, including access to health and psychosocial services, as well as rehabilitation and reintegration into society, is also an important aspect of the social worker's role. These findings emphasize the important role of social workers in creating an environment that is safe and free from domestic violence through various comprehensive and sustainable prevention strategies.

Abstract

This company is one of the largest construction companies in Tulungagung and has a strong culture to support the achievement of strategic goals and enhance employee performance. The company's culture plays an important role in shaping the behavior, values, and attitudes of employees, which can influence the productivity and performance of the company. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted using observation, interviews, and documentation methods at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung. This study aims to investigate the Corporate Culture Implementation Strategy to build a Productive Work Ethic at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung. These findings can help identify the implementation strategy of corporate culture, the challenges faced, and the impacts produced. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for implementing corporate culture to build a productive work ethic at PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung requires a deep understanding of the employees and the factors that influence them because PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi has employees with varying levels of education. However, PT. Megah Bangunan Abadi Tulungagung has already implemented open and transparent communication as one of the strategies to strengthen the work ethic. Having a positive organizational culture can reinforce the existing culture within the company, especially if employees feel valued and supported, which can enhance performance, motivation, responsibility, creativity, and loyalty of the employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the forms of expressive speech acts produced by children playing in the H. Saemin area, Pondok Pinang. The method used is the observe-note-classify-analyze method with data collection techniques through observation. From the research results, conversation data was obtained for 7 illocutionary speech acts in the category of expressive speech acts. Through 7 conversation data from children with the initials RKY (K), RZA (Z), ADN (D), and AZM (A), 15 expressive utterances were obtained in the data game, including expressions of greeting, insulting, blaming, thanking. love, complain, praise, apologize and criticize.

Abstract

Procrastination behavior is often found in various patterns of human life, such as in this research which discusses procrastination among students. Procrastination itself arises due to several factors. The aim of this research is to find out how the influence of group counseling can reduce academic procrastination behavior with students as the subject. This research took subjects from students who were in the West Java Regional Student Organization in Malang. The sample taken was 15 people who were given group counseling treatment through positive reinforcement techniques, using quantitative methods, namely Quasi Experimental. After looking at the results, it was found that there were around 66.7% of the total population who had high academic procrastination before treatment, then after being given treatment it fell to 0.0% then 20% had the medium category and 80% had the low category. . It can be concluded from this research that there is a good influence in reducing academic procrastination in students by using group counseling through positive reinforcement techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. This research is conducted at Boncafe Pentacity Mall Balikpapan in 2024 where the researcher is face to face with the respondents. Respondents in this study are loyal visitors who visit more than once, the number of respondents in this study is set at 50 respondents by using Likert scale sampling technique to assess the variables under study. Data analysis was carried out through a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests to ensure instrument reliability, as well as coefficient of determination analysis, multiple linear regression, t test, and F test to test the research hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that: There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction. There is a direct positive effect of Satisfaction on Loyalty. There is a direct positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty. There is an indirect positive effect of Service Quality on Loyalty.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in mathematics subjects, especially composition and decomposition of flat shapes. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by polypad media at SD 3 Sidorejo in learning Composition and decomposition of flat shapes. the natural condition of the object, based on the philosophy of postpositivism, where the researcher is the main data collection tool. After implementing the Discovery Learning model assisted by Polypad Media on students, it can be seen from the posttest results in the table that learning using the Discovery Learning model assisted by Polypad Media can improve student learning outcomes. This supports students to better understand the material provided by the teacher. So learning will be fun and the material will be easier to understand because it is student-centered and carried out with many activities.

Abstract

The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is a unit index based on all types of shares traded on the stock exchange or stock market. The capital market plays a big role in a country's economy because it can influence and also encourage companies to develop. The role of the capital market in a country is as a driving force for the economy, because the capital market is a means of investing funds in the long term. Every country has a capital market that moves every day as seen from the fluctuating share prices. One of the indicators that causes movements in the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) is macroeconomic indicators. In the following research, the macroeconomic indicators used are inflation, exchange rates, interest rates and money supply. These macroeconomic indicators are fluctuating. This research aims to find out what the long-term and short-term influence of macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and money supply on the IHSG. The research data used is time series data from the macroeconomic variables mentioned as well as IHSG data taken from 2013-2022 (monthly) and obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Financial Services Authority, and Bank Indonesia (BI). The data that has been obtained is processed using the Eviews 10 analysis tool and the method used is the Vector Error Correction (VECM) method.
