Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indonesia presents both significant opportunities and challenges that require specific regulations. Although the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE Law) regulates digital aspects, this regulation is considered inadequate to handle the complexity of AI. Issues of privacy and data misuse underscore the importance of stringent regulations. Through the Social Engineering approach by Roscoe Pound, law as a tool of social control can ensure responsible AI use. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches to analyze the urgency and obstacles of forming AI regulations. Collaboration between the government, private sector, and society is necessary to create regulations that protect individual interests and promote innovation. With effective regulations, Indonesia can optimize the potential of AI safely and sustainably, ensuring justice and inclusivity in accessing this technology.

Abstract

There are two languages in Brebes; Javanese and sundanese Brebes. The study focuses on Humor in Javanese language Brebes dialect. People living in Brebes has a particular humor, such as Balada Wanyad dan Darkonah which is well-known in the regency. There were several investigations regarding the language and the use of pragmatic in it. The aim of this paper is to figure out how the description and analysis of Deixis on humor Balada Wanyad dan Darkonah. The result of the research indicates that the most deixis and deictic appearing is personal deixis, showed as follows; 47 person deixis (31,33 %), 38 Temporal deixis (25, 33 %), 46 social deixis (30, 66 %), 8 spatial deixis (5, 33 %), 11 discourse deixis (7, 33 %).

Abstract

Based on the results of pre-research in teaching and learning activities in class and the results of interviews with class VII Indonesian language study teachers at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang, researchers found various problems that emerged as a result of low student learning outcomes, especially writing letters. Several factors cause students to not be able to write personal letters, namely: 1) students still find it difficult to put ideas into letters, 2) the writing of words and content is still not fully expressed, because students are not yet able to optimally put together words. one word with another or one sentence with another sentence, 3) incorrect use of spelling and punctuation. The type of research carried out is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research procedure carried out refers to the research design proposed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart, namely a cyclical form and each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects of this research were students in class VII.2 of SMP Negeri 10 Palembang, totaling 27 students consisting of 14 boys and 13 girls. Based on the results of classroom action research which has been carried out in two cycles, the aim is to improve the learning outcomes of class VII.2 students at SMP Negeri 10 Palembang using the problem based learning model. Based on the pre-action results, it shows that as many as 12 students or 44.44% completed their studies with an average score of 68.22. The test results in cycle I increased to 14 students or 51.85% who were declared complete in learning with the average score increasing to 73.70. From the results of the second cycle test, meeting 1, data was obtained with an average value of 80.15 and at meeting 2, data was obtained with an average value of 81.78. The test results in cycle II increased to 24 students or 88.88% who were declared complete in learning with the average score increasing to 81.44.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between the presentation of clarification information about the Recycle Station program on the Instagram account @mamaserbabisa and netizens' attitudes toward Sociolla. The study tested the information integration theory to understand the extent of the relationship between the valence and weight of the clarification information about the Recycle Station program and netizens' cognitive, affective, and conative attitudes toward Sociolla. This research used a quantitative method with a correlational approach and Spearman Rank correlation test. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and literature studies from books, online journals, and other secondary references. The respondents of this study were 98 accounts that liked the post about the Recycle Station program on the Instagram account @mamaserbabisa, selected through simple random sampling. The results of this study showed that the presentation of clarification information about the Recycle Station program had a strong and significant relationship with netizens' attitudes.

Abstract

The implementation of the current system of government is all towards the system of Good Governance. The aim of this study is to analyse the extent to which the principles of Good Governance (accountability, transparency, openness and rule of law) are applied to the BPK Office of the Provincial Representative of Gorontalo. The research methods used in this research are qualitative methods, and the research produced is descriptive data which means that the data is obtained from writing, words or speech. The results of the research show that the application of the principles of Good Governance to the BPK Office of the Provincial Representative of Gorontalo has been well implemented. The implementation of accountability in the BPK office has been reflected in the character of the staff in the office which is responsible, professional, careful, thorough and with a high degree of integrity. On the application of the principle of transparency seen from the honest, objective, and impeccable service, just need to be enhanced on the update of information on the website. Regarding the implementation of openness, the BPK Office provides a special place for the public who will give criticism and advice. The last one relates to the rule of law, all the officers in duty are as orderly, disciplined and not deviating from the existing rules.

Abstract

Keeping up with technological advancements is certainly not an easy task, especially developments in the website accessibility sector. In fact, the concept of accessibility itself should pave the way for obtaining similar information for everyone, especially on public information websites such as non-structural institutions. However, researchers have found that non-structural institution websites still cannot be fully utilized by people with disabilities, so that the distribution of public information is hampered. This can happen due to a lack of understanding of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR). In this research, the researcher aims to analyze the accessibility of websites of non-structural institutions in Indonesia, so that website developers can improve the quality of accessibility. Researchers used Silktide Accessibility Checker to carry out automatic evaluations with WCAG 2.2 AAA standards. The number of websites studied was 60 non-structural institution websites where researchers found 34 types of violations which reached a total of 7,465 accessibility violations, grouped into 3 categories, namely Critical, Serious and Moderate. This matter is certainly very important for people who have various physical limitations in accessing non-structural institution websites. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a review by the government to ensure that all community groups receive the same information.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is the main key in supporting company growth because loyal customers tend to choose to return to buy products regularly. The aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of location, price and brand image on customer loyalty. The research population is Point Coffee customers at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo whose number is not known with certainty (infinite) because there is no recording of the exact number. Based on a simple random sampling technique, the research sample was taken from 100 Point Coffee customers at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo who the researchers met when distributing the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The conclusion of this research is that location influences customer loyalty. Price influences customer loyalty. Brand image influences customer loyalty. Location, price and brand image simultaneously influence customer loyalty. This shows that Point Coffee customer loyalty at Indomaret S. Parman Waru Sidoarjo is influenced by strategic location, Point Coffee prices, as well as Point Coffee's good brand image in the community.

Abstract

This empowerment aims to increase the role of village government in improving community welfare and reducing inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of descriptive research. The selection of informants was carried out purposively, where data was collected using interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data is collected from various sources until sufficient data is obtained. The data obtained is then analyzed interactively. Community empowerment in Bayongbong Village, Garut Regency, which is carried out by the village government, is carried out through human development, business development, environmental development and institutional development activities, however, in community empowerment there are still various obstacles, including socialization that has not been maximized, a community mindset that finds it difficult to take innovation for granted. , new ideas and knowledge, limited budgets and the existence of several government regulations which are considered to hinder community empowerment because they are not in accordance with regional needs and potential, so it is necessary to increase and strengthen the government's role in community empowerment which must be further optimized, village government officials to increase cooperation well and fostering harmonious relationships both with community institutions and with the community, it is necessary to pay attention to the obstacles that hinder the community empowerment process so that they can be used as a reference in the next program.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the Principles of Economics in Islam and the Concept of Decent Living in Islam. The results of this research show: 1) The definition of Islamic economics in the scientific literature includes several perspectives from experts, but substantively, Islamic economics is a science that studies human behavior in efforts to meet needs with limited resources within the framework of Sharia. Another definition formulates that Islamic economics is a science that studies the behavior of a Muslim in an Islamic society framed by Sharia. The principles of Islamic economics, which form the structure of Islamic economics, are based on five universal values, namely: tauhid (faith), 'adl (justice), nubuwwah (prophethood), khilafah (government), and ma'ad (result); 2) Islamic economics, which is part of Islamic law, naturally has goals that cannot be separated from the main objectives of Islamic law. The main goal of Islamic economics is to achieve human objectives of attaining happiness in this world and the hereafter (falah) and a good and honorable life (al-hayah al-thayyibah). This is the definition of welfare in the Islamic approach, which is certainly different from the concept of welfare in traditional secular and materialistic economics.

Abstract

Learning Arabic is not easy. So we must be able to choose ways or methods to use in the learning process that can increase students’ interest and ability in maharag Qiro’ah. Here I only use the Qiro’ah method wuth the aim that students can read well and correctly. The implementation of the Qiro’ah method Arabic language learning is carried out it several stages, including preparation stage the teacher first introduces hijaiyyah letters and Arabic numbers meanwhile, the implementation stage consists of initial activities with a classical or private system. And in the evaluation stage, teachers carry out daily or weekly evaluations which aim to find out the extent of their abilities in learning maharah Qiro’ah.
